Cozy studio w/ pool and jacuzzi close to beach!

Our home is located just off of Oakland Park Boulevard just west of Federal Highway. Within walking distance of restaurants, shopping, and bars this is THE location for a great stay in the Ft. Lauderdale area! Beach is only 1.4 miles away - take the bus, or an Uber or a 25 minute walk!

Reminiscent of a boutique hotel; relax in the jacuzzi or take a dip in our beautiful pool. BBQ and relax on the outdoor patio while soaking in the beautiful South Florida weather.

The space

Please note that we are fully licensed to rent our studio to you by the State of Florida, Broward County, and the City of Fort Lauderdale. We have passed all inspections so you can have peace-of-mind for your stay with us.

Guest access

We live in the main house but you will have your own private entrance to the studio complete with private front patio where you can sip and enjoy your morning coffee. Full access to shared pool, jacuzzi, your own washer and dryer, and shared outdoor patio/dining area. There will also be a BBQ grill with propane available for use.

Interaction with guests

We live in the main house but understand your need for privacy while you relax. We will be available via phone and text for anything you need during your stay.

Other things to note

Please note that if you would like the pool heated there is an additional cost of $35 per day and we will need a minimum of 24 hours notice to heat it. You can decide to heat it for just one day or all of your stay for your convenience.

If you would like to use the hot tub there is an additional cost of $10 per day to cover the cost and we will need a minimum of 5 hours notice to heat it.
