Enjoy our spectacular, 1655 sqft condo, located just 4.7 miles (as the crow flies) from Disney’s Animal Kingdom. The property is located within a secure gated community with lush landscaped grounds.

As you approach the condo, you will notice it is located on the third level, which means a good night sleep without hearing footsteps above. Coming up to the door, you will find a Smart Lock, so you don’t have to be worried about keeping track of a key. Once you open the door, you will see all of the modern conveniences of home.

Inside the unit, you will see that we have tried to think of everything.

You will first come to the laundry room where there is a full-sized washer and dryer.

Just past the laundry is the well-equipped kitchen, which has been completely updated with new stainless-steel appliances and under cabinet motion-controlled lighting. The refrigerator has an ice maker and filtered drinking water for your convenience. The upgraded induction range generates energy from an electromagnetic field below the glass cooktop surface, which then transfers current directly to magnetic cookware, causing it to heat up, making it safer than the traditional burner style which stays hot longer. Inside the newly faced cupboards you will find other conveniences such as an Air Fryer, Slow-Cooker, Blender and top-notch induction rated pots and pans along with all of the things you need to cook your own meals, thus saving you money to use for the other fun things in the area.

Leaving the kitchen, you will find a large dining and living area. The dining area has a large custom table for six along with counter seating at the breakfast bar for four, so your new friends you met at one of the beautiful pools can join you for a meal. Moving into the living room, you will find a 65-inch, Samsung Smart TV, equipped with a Firestick with international TV stations and free Pay-per-view so you don’t miss that very important game from home. There is also an electric leather recliner for your comfort and an entrance to the screened in large lanai, overlooking the pond.

Off of the living room, you will find the large primary bedroom, featuring a king-sized bed and a smart TV. The primary bedroom has a desk where you can work from home if you need to get a few things done while on vacation. Attached to the primary bedroom is a massive, primary bathroom featuring a walk-in shower and large soaker tub.

Just off the Primary bedroom you will find a second walk-out to the large screened in lanai which has a dining table for four so you can enjoy a meal or your morning coffee overlooking the wild-life in the pond below.

On the other side of the unit, there are two more bedrooms and the main bathroom, again with a walk-in shower, soaker tub, and double sinks.
The second bedroom features a queen-sized bed, a smart TV, and a patio door providing access to its own separate private lanai with seating for two, also overlooking the pond below. This bedroom also has direct access to the main bath.

The third bedroom features two twin beds, one with a twin trundle below and is tastefully decorated in a Mickey-Mouse theme for the kids. This bedroom also has a Smart TV, so the kids can settle down after a busy day, giving the adults a chance to wind down on their own. This room is directly across from the main bath.

The grounds of the resort are beautifully landscaped to be like a Caribbean resort and feature four pools, sports court (Basketball, Tennis, Pickle Ball), a Shuffleboard and a walking trail winding throughout the property where you can take a walk to see the various wildlife at either of the two ponds. There is a dock at Old Davenport Lake if you would like to drop a line (after getting a fishing license at the front desk).

The pool at the main clubhouse (open until 11pm) has a children’s splash pad along side of it for the younger ones. There are also two hot tubs around the pool.

The pool by the lake (open until 10 pm) also has two hot tubs and is served by the onsite restaurant, Tradewinds, which serves drinks and pub-like food and pizza. Just off of this pool is a sandy beach alongside the lake, which is fenced for safety from the local wildlife. Just off of the beach, you will find the fishing dock, where you can drop that fishing line and see the beautiful sunsets.

There are two other smaller pools onsite for those who want a more relaxing atmosphere, which are open from morning until dusk.
