Newly renovated 5 bedroom/2 bath home with deck, grill & open floor plan. Great setup for family with 3-4 children or 2 smaller families. Upstairs has 3 bedrooms, full bath & living space. Downstairs has 2 bedrooms, full bath & living space. 5 minute walk to private beach in small beach association community. Close to Mystic, Niantic, Mohegan Sun, Foxwoods, Mitchell College, USGCA, Connecticut College, Harkness State Park & the US Naval Museum/Sub Base.
(please note that owners have a dog that sometimes stays at the property with them)

Wonderful family vacation!

We were here for a long weekend, the host made our check-in/check-out process seamless, and the house very clean and in a wonderful location with easy beach access. Just the little get away we needed!

Family trip

We had a great family trip to Waterford. Loved the private beach just a short walk from the house. Would definitely recommend this house for a family stay!

Great house with beach access!

The house was perfect for our two families! We enjoyed the private beach that was a short walk away, and the outdoor shower was an added bonus.

We were impressed with the number of amenities, groceries/snacks, towels, washcloths, and every other "just in case" items. We enjoyed the fact that we could cook absolutely anything, given the well-appointed kitchen. It's as though you thought of everything! We also enjoy being in a house with artwork and being so close to the beach.

Celebrating our Coastie!

Great home that suited our needs perfectly. Host was responsive and accommodating. Weather was bad but nice area to find other things to do in our spare time.

I took my wife, myself, my son and daughter-in-law, along with 3 grandchildren to stay in Sarah's beach house. The accomodations were amazing. She had a completely supplied kitchen, laundry room, games, etc. All of us enjoyed our time there very much. Next year we would like to rent the house again, but this time for a week. The beach was gorgeous and the kids had a ball swimming there. Sarah was a great host and I can't say enough about the house. Jeff Pagano

Wonderful memories

We loved our stay and enjoyed almost every aspect of the house! Great open floor plan and plenty of space for the whole family to spread out. WiFi was a bit of an issue as it was sporadic at times, but we made due. We look forward to our next visit to this lovely beach house setting.

Great location for CGA events!

We stayed at this lovely property during the CGA parents weekend (extended to a full week stay!). We loved our time at the house and were very comfortable! There is a lot of outdoor space to enjoy family/friend time and just hang out! We will be checking for availability of this home on our return visits.

Nice house in a great location

Excellent location with private beach. Lots of space in house to spread out, relax, and spend time with family. Great kitchen with large island. Some furniture was dirty and broken prior to arrival, which was the only drawback. I would definitely stay here again with my family though! Thanks for the great stay.

Great Home Near Lovey Beach!

We loved staying here! The house was perfect - we were two families and both had children. There was plenty of room, the house was very comfortable and a great set up on both floors, the kids loved exploring the toys/games, and of course the beach was a huge hit. It’s a beautiful, quiet area with a very family friendly beach (shallow water for a long ways at low tide, when we were mostly there). The host was lovely - very responsive, helpful and patient with our questions. We wish we could have stayed longer!

Amazing week!!

We (A group of 40+ women) stayed here for our annual ladies trip this year. We had such an amazing time. The house is absolutely gorgeous and well stocked. Very impressive!!! The beach is at most a 5 minute walk away. We loved the beach. Not a ton of people there so that was an added bonus. We highly recommend!

Waterford Retreat

Great communication with property owner from the time of booking up through check-in. Lots of space which was great for our stay, as we had some extended family for commencement events throughout the week. Also, a short distance (walk) to the water which was so peaceful. The pantry was well stocked with items such as TP and garbage bags. The only negative thing I can say is that a train runs near the property but didn't cause much of a disruption. I would certainly rent this property again!!

Spacious weekend getaway

The house was great and had plenty of space for our family (5 adults (two couples, one single) and two teenagers). The kitchen was well stocked and there were plenty of beach towels and regular towels. The couch and dining room were comfortable and we had plenty of space to relax all together - including the very spacious deck. The kids loved having their own living room, bathroom, and TV downstairs. Beach access could not have been easier, maybe a five minute walk from the house to the sand. The beach wasn’t crowded, is nicely maintained and the water was warm because of the sand bar (which the kids also loved). We would definitely come back.

Girl’s Trip

This property was perfect for our group of three. It was more space than we needed but it was conducive to grown women who need our space. The house is located in a nice and quiet neighborhood. The private beach was lovely for morning walks. The deck was the perfect place to enjoy coffee around the fire pit. We enjoyed the provided games in the evenings. There is a train that goes by quite close to the house but it added to the charm. We especially enjoyed hearing owls calling to each other at night. The owner was immediately responsive when I reached out. It was the perfect spot for us to have lots of laughs, relaxation, impromptu dance breaks, and connection. We would definitely stay again.

Great For The Family

This property was just as advertised. Lots of room, well appointed, no need for anything. The only issue I would have to talk about was the people in the neighborhood. They definitely gave us the feeling they did not like the renters. One man in particular gave us a very hard time at the beach, accusing our grandchildren of damaging a spigot for rinsing off your feet. We did not damage it and he was extremely rude to my wife, daughter and grandchildren. He didn't say anything to me oddly enough! Other than this unfortunate incident, we had a wonderful time. Great access to the beach, all in all great time. Loved the outdoor shower!

Outstanding Stay

My daughter got married over the weekend at Eolia Mansion. This home become "our home" for the wedding weekend. Excellent location, very neat, organized, and well-stocked. It was perfect in every way. Thank you, Sarah, for being so accommodating.

Good stay; good property

We had one preschooler and seven adults. The property worked well. The kitchen was nice as was the dining area. The upstairs bathroom with the dresser was excellent for four adults and the preschooler Three adults slept in the basement rooms that are decorated for young kids. We enjoyed the short walk to the beach
