This charming 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom Forest Ridge townhome has everything you could desire in a seaside retreat for a little rest and relaxation. A serene color scheme, coastal embellishments, and comfortable furnishings adorn the entirety of this unique villa.

The main living area boasts an open floor plan where two comfy leather sofas immediately tempt guests to kick their feet up, flip on the TV, and relax after a day of fun in the sun.

Overlooking the great room is a fully stocked updated kitchen with white shaker cabinets, quartz counter tops, and a California bar top perfect for serving meals! An adjacent high-top dining table seats four and is also part of the great room.

Just off the main living area on the first floor you'll find a wonderful master suite with all handmade wooden furniture, a brand-new king-sized Nectar bed, a flat screen TV, and a private master bathroom with a walk-in shower. The laundry area is also conveniently located in this bathroom.

If staying inside on a beautiful day is not your cup of tea, grab a good read, head out the back sliding glass door, and enjoy the spacious back porch! This spacious private balcony hosts a table seating four with a sun shade umbrella as well as a teak wood 2 seater bench.

Through the quaint entry foyer and up the stairs you'll find two additional bedrooms as well as the second bathroom open to the hallway for use by both bedrooms and offering a shower/tub combo. The first bedroom is host to all handmade wooden furniture, two queen sized Nectar mattresses and a flat screen TV. The third bedroom features one queen sized Nectar mattress and a flat screen TV.

This marvelous vacation getaway is only a 5-7 minute walk from the pristine Amelia Island beach. Only a short walk from the villa is a community pool, tennis courts, pickle ball courts, a picnic and grilling area, and a playground. The scenic paved walk around the Forest Ridge community provides a safe recreational venue and a great place walking pets!

What a great stay on really comfortable beds, very clean house, great location, well stocked kitchen, very short walk to the beach, and best of all, pet friendly! The communication was excellent!! We were well taken care of and would stay in this place again!! The pictures matched perfectly!!

Hidden gem

The place has everything we needed and close to beach and other activities. Nice amenities at the resort itself also. The rain didn’t stop the fun we had there!

Perfect Vacation

This was our first visit to Amelia Island and it was perfect! This property is close to the pool, beach, parks, and yummy food. When needed for questions, management was super quick to reply and always making sure we had what we needed. I would definitely recommend this property and Amelia Island.

Great place

The apartment was awesome and as described. Plenty of room for the kids to play. The back deck was great for lunches after the beach and a beer at the end of the day. Off the main road so quiet at night, but close enough for an easy walk to the beach. The pool was good too, perfect for kids.

Great Location

The condo is located just a quick walk to the beach and public beach access. There was plenty of room for our 8-person group and the kitchen was well stocked. The pool is also right behind the condo. All in all, we had a fabulous time! The kids want to know when we can go back already!

Great Place in Nice Community, Close to the Beach

Clean and well appointed townhouse, beautifully furnished and decorated. The hosts are responsive but not at all intrusive. Great value.

While the location and setting was great for our small family get together, this property had some issues. The pictures and description looked great, however, the devil is in the details. Interior doors were very scuffed and needed painting, bedroom door upstairs did not close completely and was unable to be locked, dishwasher had prongs that were extremely sharp causing one of us to be injured while putting dishes in the washer, and shower door bars were loose. We did not contact the management about these issues as we had limited time on our vacation and did not want to take up our time managing repairs that should not have been needed. The pickleball court on one side is under repair and the other side has chunks of asphalt missing. Potential guests should be aware that there are many, many rules that you are not aware of until you are ready to check in including rules about the allowed temperature in the units, no open windows/doors, no items allowed on the deck, etc. Pool area was nice, but again, lots of rules.

We are so sorry about these issues, as this is certainly not our standard! We are always happy to come out and address anything like this during a guest’s stay, and we really do rely heavily on guest feedback since some things can be harder to catch in a quick walkthrough after cleaning compared to actually staying in the home! We do a full inspection after every stay, and we had not received any prior complaints about these items. Now that it has been mentioned, we have checked everything and to make sure it has been remedied. We truly try to be very proactive so issues are taken care of quickly, and we apologize again for any inconvenience this may have caused! We also understand that this complex does have some unique HOA rules that can occasionally be a bit frustrating. Most of our guests are wonderful and take great care of the properties, but unfortunately there are a few situations where that is not always the case, which is why some of these rules and procedures are in place. It does stink a few bad apples have to ruin it for all of our respectful, wonderful guests! Thank you again for bringing this to our attention—we really appreciate your feedback!

Great townhouse in a great location.

House was super clean. Great location near the ocean. Very quiet neighborhood as well as quiet unit (never heard any noise from neighbors). We’ll be back next year!

Nice townhome

My husband and I stayed with our married son, his wife and 3 children. They stayed upstairs, and we had a king bed downstairs. It was nice separation and enough room considering they wanted to be at the beach most of the time. My husband and I enjoyed the big pool while they enjoyed the beach. No complaints.

Last minute get away!

This place was really great and dog friendly! We cooked in a lot because everything was closed during corona and the kitchen is loaded with everything you could need! Toilet paper, paper towels, and bath towels were provided. Overall very comfortable place! I would love to go back when pools and beaches are open!
