Conveniently located within easy reach of everything the island has to offer like restaurants, beaches, parks, trails, entertainment and shopping. Whether you are winter whale watching, summer surfing, or lounging poolside, this cozy tucked away retreat is a surprising little gem! The condo is tastefully appointed with comfortable furniture and a full kitchen stocked with basics. The screened in rear deck overlooks the wildlife reserve and pond where you can view or photograph Florida wildlife. The ocean beach is just steps away (7-10 min walk on a private path) where you can relax and play. Looking to mix work and play? Bring your dock and plug in to the full size monitor, fully adjustable wireless keyboard, wireless mouse and USB hub with excellent WIFI. Free on site parking. Great location to the beach! Property is as described and Trish is quick with responses. The unit is equipped with beach chairs, umbrellas, and so much more- so leave the stress at home and enjoy the beach. We loved our time, as usual, and can't wait to return!

The condo was very nice and clean. We are older women and didn’t realize there was no elevator and had to climb 5 flights of stairs only downside about the condo.

Property was clean, beds were comfortable. The property description doesn’t specify the condo is on the third floor with 33 steps to climb up and down. Not good for seniors!

We had a wonderful stay in the Island Treehouse, The unit was very clean and well organized. Location was great. Our favorite parts of the day were morning coffee on the screened in porch watching wildlife and the walks on the beach.

Very clean and private with beautiful screened porch.It rained most of our stay but we were perfectly comfortable in this snug little condo. It was a great place to get away for the weekend.

The unit was excellent. Many spices, things like paper towels, soap, dishwasher soap, etc was included. Lots of pans and dishes, plenty to cook a meal with. Two things to note. It IS a third story unit, 35 steps up with no elevator. Had my husband who has cancer gone with us he would not have been able to make it up the stairs. Second thing is the king in the master is very firm. If you like or need a softer bed, bring a mattress topper. But the view and accommodations cannot be beat, the convenience to the beach was great, and the price was amazing for what we got. Very glad we stayed here for our Mother Daughter trip.

Fall long weekend

We took a long weekend to attend a concert in Jacksonville and wanted to check out the island. Great location, quiet and peaceful. Very convenient to the beach’s and shops. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Beach getaway.

Spotless condo with nice views from spacious back porch..Excellent pool area. Nice pathway to beach. Close to Fort Clinch and also Amelia state park. Kitchen is complete with spices, nice silverware, and cooking utensils.

Always Amazing

The condo is clean and nicely decorated and furnished. Very close to the beautiful beach and if staying home the back porch is serene and peaceful. Highly recommend this unit at Amelia Landings!

Hi. I'm Trish, your host. My family and I have been coming to Amelia Island for years and we just love it here. It helps that we have family here as well. After twenty plus years of operating my own small business I retired and decided to explore the vacation rental business. It's been my dream to be on permanent vacation someday. I hope you enjoy our place as much as we do.

We were looking for a turn key operation and this property came up for sale. Maybe I am partial because its ours but I really think our house in the treetops offers the best in privacy, comfort, and the most amazing views of Florida wildlife. We love that we are just a 7 minute walk away from the beach and if it gets too hot we can retreat to our lofty balcony nestled in the shade of the tall oak trees.

O que faz essa propriedade ser única?

This location is convenient to everything on the island. Downtown, beaches, museums, state parks, restaurants, nightlife, grocery, shopping you name it. Step out onto the front landing and hear the waves crashing on the beach. Every day brings wildlife to our backyard. There are wood storks, herons, alligators, turtles and more. Best of all is that you will leave here feeling refreshed and spiritually renewed. Despite our little community being tucked away and surprisingly quiet, everything is just a few minutes away or within walking distance. Walk (10 minutes) or drive (1 minute) to the beach. Want to see more? Historic St. Augustine is just a short drive. You'll never run out of things to see and do.
