The Colorado Cabin is perfect for a couple or a small family.

There is even a wheel chair ramp on the side of the cabin.

If you need more space and want to have family & friends close by, they can stay at our Branson Cabin right next door. It sleeps 6 as well.

The Colorado Cabin is an adorable, quaint cabin which includes a Foosball Table, Roku, Fire Pit, Cornhole Board and a Charcoal Grill.

The cabin has a queen size bedroom downstairs and a full size bathroom. The kitchen is fully stocked and has a sitting bar area and a kitchen table. The living room has a nice wood-burning fireplace, a 54" TV with Roku, DVD Player, Wi-Fi and a sleeper sofa.

The upstairs bedroom has a bunk bed with a queen size bed on the bottom and twin on top. Also, there is a foosball table. There is a bathroom off of the bedroom.

It is located near all we have to do in our area, just 2 to 5 blocks from the restaurants, pubs, shopping, wineries, breweries, and much more. The cabin is 3.5 miles from Beavers Bend Marina at Broken Bow Lake and 6.8 miles from the beach at Broken Bow State Park. We are across US Hwy 259 from the new Gutter Chaos Sports Bar and Bowling Alley.

The loft bedroom is not fully enclosed. The loft bedroom does not have its own door for entry.*

Insect Paradise & Unresponsive Host

Beggars can’t be choosers when it comes to last minute booking. That being said, we thought we grabbed a steal of place when finding this listing a week ago. Unfortunately, there’s a reason why this listing was still available. Didn’t catch that the hot tub would be unavailable for our stay. I reread the listing & saw the literal last sentence in the property details saying hot tub out of order. Previous reviews stated the hot tub has been inoperable for quite some time (maybe don’t list hot tub in the title until it’s fixed). Part of checking in is letting the host know within 24 hours of check in time if there are issues with maintenance or housekeeping so they can remedy the situation prior to you leaving a review. Unfortunately, we noticed issues immediately after our late arrival. Upstairs has standing water in the shower with several bugs going for a summer swim and partying like at an all-inclusive resort. Upstairs we also found some dead cockroaches as well as hair and lint on the pillows. The living room, had our kids freaked out with cockroaches running around and the downstairs bathroom having bugs all in the tub as well. Spider webs & crumbs left in several areas. I tried texting the number provided for maintenance/housekeeping with pictures of what was going on but nothing. Called - no voicemail option. Then left a message on VRBO & still nothing. Found old laundry still in the washer. The property was poorly cleaned & looks as if it’s been empty for awhile.

Nice getaway-close to attractions

Cabin was pretty good, just a little close to the to main road. (Could hear traffic while outside). However, it was also close to local attractions, which was nice. Had a couple of minor maintenence issues that that needed to be addressed (lock on patio door, needs to be fixed, hot tub was not working at the time) but overall, it was a nice, relaxing stay..

Perfect location

Loved our stay! This is in the best location and near hiking and restaurants that were on our list to visit! Hot tub was so nice!

Great getaway

It was the perfect location. Close to everything but secluded enough that you still get the rustic feel of being in the woods. The cabin was beautiful and welcoming. I would definitely stay again!
