Coast Away, built in 2016, is a raised ranch home with all of the bedrooms and living space on a single level.Ā Ā The layout offers all of the benefits of a home with multiple levels, minus the challenges of additional stairs.Ā Ā It mixes an amazing view, spacious gathering areas, and easy access to all living areas.

*The main level includes a roomy kitchen, dining area and family room.Ā Ā The dining table seats 6, with seating for 3 more at the kitchen island. The kitchen is loaded with prep and serving amenities as well as stainless appliances including range, microwave, dishwasher and side-by-side fridge with ice-maker.

*The room is spacious and airy with vaulted ceilings, and opens to a large, screened porch and deck. There is a king master suite; a queen guest room, and another guest room with two twin beds. These guest rooms share a bath, and each have TVā€™s.Ā Ā 

*On the ground floor there is parking for up to 5 cars; an outdoor shower and a fish cleaning bench and sink.

You have only a short walk to the water's edge where the shells are plentiful and the fishing canā€™t be beat!Ā Ā

What a beautiful home with direct access to the beach!! We especially enjoyed the amazing sunsets and time spent on the screened in porch. The beds were very comfortable and kitchen was fully stocked. Donna was awesome to work with. We are already looking to book again at the same time next year!

Family getaway

The location of Coast Away was great! The home was clean and well stocked. Grandparents, parents and children all had a wonderful time. We definitely recommend this home as a perfect getaway for the family.

Coastaway in May

The house is nicely furnished and comfortable. We have enjoyed staying there several times. The only complaints about the property are that the front bedroom with the queen sized bed doesn't get good air conditioning, so it's quite warm. And the mattress in that bedroom is a little mushy. Otherwise, everything was great!

Best Beach House Ever

Amazing property, amazing service! First, the location is perfect. Right on the beach, powder sugar sand, gentle waves, phenomenal sunsets. The home is immaculate. Donā€™t know how they do this considering, you know, sand. Well equipped, lots of room. The managers were super responsive. Class act all around. Perfect for a family with children that just love being at the beach, we do. Be back soon.

It is just steps from the beach and the house has a wonderful floor plan. Great sunsets and even a nice place to grill under the house to enjoy a nice shade area or rain shelter to gather and still enjoy the ocean views. It was spring break time and we loved how the area was not too crowded. Loved the screen porch and the wonder sunsets from the deck. Donna was quick to respond to all my questions. The booking & checking in was a smooth process. We would love to come here again.

Second stay

Second time here. Love this house and itā€™s proximity to the beach; steps away is true! Beautifully decorated and comfortable (Master bed mattress needs replacing-uncomfortable) New grill this year , but tiny and difficult to use for 5 of us. Bring BBQ utensils as everything in the kitchen is plastic. Last year the place was spotless on arrival-this year not so much.

Boardwalk steps are incompatible for older people . Last step is 2 feet from the sand. Code is 7 inches. My wife was unable to use the boardwalk safely.

There were more houses around us than I expected, so there were more people than I expected. Unfortunately, the weather was quite stormy most of the time we were there, so we didn't get as much beach time as hoped for. Over all the experience was pretty good. The food was fantastic. Longbills, Sweet Bunz, Uptown and Krazyfish are a must to visit.

The house was so very clean and comfortably decorated. We did not really cook but had everything we needed for breakfast and lunch. Donna was very helpful with little things that we had to inquire about. The only thing we needed that we did not have was an elevator but we knew that before we arrived. The place was so wonderful I was willing to do the steps. I had planned to just sit on the screened porch and enjoy the view but the beach is so beautiful and close that I just had to go down to the sand and shells.
