A sofa sleeper downstairs catches the overflow - fourteen guests across five bedrooms - and four and a half baths keep mornings friction-free.

The upstairs great room hosts the big moments: dinners at the long table, stories by the stone fireplace, cooks jostling happily around the double islands. Downstairs becomes kid country, with foosball tournaments and movie nights on the second TV.
