To explore beyond the local beach and neighborhood, a car is necessary in Dennis Port. Fortunately, it's strategically located amidst all that Cape Cod offers! Just off Rte 28, you're moments from South Yarmouth's abundance of restaurants and mini-golf. Venture a bit further to bustling Hyannis for excellent shopping and dining. Alternatively, head in the opposite direction for a day in charming Harwich or Chatham, or continue on to vibrant Provincetown within an hour.

- The guest who books must be one of the guests staying on the property (sorry - no booking for others).

- Minimum booking age is 25 and must show proof of a valid ID if asked

- We have an additional 5 Str Co-Host Guest Agreement separate from the booking platform. By booking this home, you agree to this process. The Guest Agreement is a legal document from our law firm that details the rules and policies for staying here.

- After you book, you’ll receive a message with a link to the Renter’s Agreement. Please read it carefully and sign it to complete your booking. Signing this agreement is required for your stay in our home.

- Unexpected things can happen, so WE STRONGLY RECOMMEND getting travel insurance in case you need to cancel your booking.
