This property is a spacious 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom, that will occupy six comfortably 715 is located on the 7th floor featuring a balcony overlooking the Gulf of Mexico and the sugar white sands of the Gulf Coast. The living room with flat screen TV and balcony access opens to the expansive view of the Gulf. It is decorated in soothing colors, welcoming and cozy. The dining area seats 4 with 2 additional bar stools at the kitchen counter, which meets the occupancy of the property. Speaking of the kitchen; it is updated with granite and stainless and is fully stocked. You can whip up a nice meal while watching the waves! The master has a comfortable king bed with a private bath, balcony access and a flat screen TV. The second guest bedroom has 2 double size beds and flat screen TV. The luxury and peacefulness of your vacation doesn't stop there.

Phoenix V amenities include an outdoor pool, pirate-themed splash pad with slide, large indoor heated pool with hot tubs, racquetball court, tennis courts, boardwalk, grilling area with gazebo, sauna, fitness room and wireless internet access.

Phoenix V is conveniently located right in the middle of Orange Beach and just minutes away from all the wonderful shopping, dining, and night life, Alabama’s Gulf Coast has to offer. ***Phoenix V is a non-smoking complex. Smoking is forbidden in units or on balconies.

***The sleeper sofa is not part of the sleeping arrangements and has been secured closed. Thank you.

***Guest Registration is $56.46 for each vehicle, this includes amenities bands that must be worn while on property, per vehicle for the length of your stay. A maximum of two passes are allowed to be purchased. Please note that the cost of parking passes is set by the HOA and is subject to change without notice.

Great for toddlers

This was a great place to stay if you have toddlers. My two year old had a blast in the splash pad area. The condo was nice and clean. We would definitely recommend this condo and the Phoenix V.

Needs a Little Attention

We were disappointed with several things in our condo. The sofa sleeper would not pull out all the way and little we could see was dirty. No sheets or blanket for the sofa bed. We had to rearrange our whole sleeping situation. The lounger on the balcony was broken, my daughter fell backwards when she sat down on it. The area rug in the living area was dirty. The highlight of our stay here was the splash pad and pool. We chose the place because it had the splash pad for the little ones and it was a big hit. They loved it. We may stay at the complex again, but definitely not in the same condo.
