Our two week stay at Mariannaā€™s was very enjoyable!

Her home was very clean, filled with useful items, and near the center of Provincetown but in a quiet location. It was a perfect place for 2 adults and a small dog. We had our own parking spot, the AC was a lifesaver, and the neighbors were very friendly. Marianna made sure we were comfortable and made our stay very carefree!

Great place for 2!

#1. Perfect parking spot just outside your door. I spent a week here and enjoyed the 2 block walk to Commercial St. Perfect size for 2 of us to relax in the living room area. Full sized fridge (for food for the week) and stove for cooking if you want to stay in. Plenty of appliances/dinnerware/kitchen utensil for use. We were able to use the grill for a night of dinner. Watched DVD's when we were relaxing around the house and there was also an iPod hook up to listen to music. The rain shower head was a huge hit! Both the bedroom and living room have air-conditioning for the warm days. Bikes were available for us and wish I had taken more advantage of the front deck. Beach umbrellas/chairs/towels available for use. This place pretty much had everything you could need for a vacation. Felt very safe and apartment was very clean.

Discovering Provincetown

My family and I wanted to visit Provincetown and through this website I found the little apt./cond I rented. It was a little condo with huge ambience and comfort. It had everything you would need for that region except your clothes and swimwear. It was a one bedroom cond with a well-equipped modern kitchen, a comfortable living room, a cozy one bedroom and a small but smart bathroom The apartment was clean. This place has a front patio with a gas grill and a seating area. The one car parking was a blessing. The apartment was at walking distace from the main street which is Commercial. The night life in Provincetown was alive!!!! Fun, fun, fun. I felt like walking in an open air museum when I encountered numerous art galleries all still opened at 9 PM. Lots of tourists just like us, and all well behaved. If you are a beachcomber---Herring Cove and Race Point beaches were just there. You had to drive for a couple of minutes and you would have ended up in a spotless picture perfect beach. The U.S. protects these beaches so you'll feel like being away from everything because there are no condominiums, houses, cottages aroud. The house has a closet with a beach umbrella, chairs, cooler and more. So basically, you really don't have to pack that much to come here. I loved this little apt./condo and I already told some friends about it. I am looking forward in renting it again. Word of advice: The place is more suitable for two adults and one child/teenager. The owner and her agent were available immediately. The agent was punctual and cordial. The price was reasonable. I do recommend this place.

Great outdoor front patio with plenty of seating, nice kitchen with dishwasher, comfy bedroom that has closet space and plenty of draws to use, living room is modern yet cozy, it's great to also have a parking space. A Terrific Find

A real gem. Found the condo tastefully decorated, very clean and everything you need for a comfortable stay. Our friends were staying at an Inn and were so amazed at the condo and asked how we found it. A stroke of luck. It's conveniently located, a short walk to the center of town. A block away is a market, Far Land Provisions, which offers a wide selection plus breakfast, lunch, dinner and even wine. Marianna was so responsive and concerned that it met our expectations, which it did then some. I was so impressed with her when she offered to drive us to Stop & Shop since we didn't have a car. What owner does that. Any questions or concerns, she's available to help. Consider yourself lucky if it's available when you are visiting. I highly recommend without reservations.

Great Week in Provincetown

We (my boyfriend, dog and I) had a great week in Provincetown. We didn't mind the busy street, because Marianna's place is so well-located- near a great market, a coffee place, the beach, lots of restaurants, etc. We like to walk or ride bikes everywhere, and we could certainly do that staying at Marianna's. And by the way, Provincetown is fabulous for dogs (they can run on the beach, go to restaurants, visit the largest/cleanest dog run I've ever seen.) As opposed to staying at an inn, it was ideal having a full kitchen. And Marianna supplies towels, beach chairs and a bottle of wine. We would have liked more places to put things and ESPN (for the US Open,) but otherwise, we highly recommend Marianna's place.

Cute 1 bedroom condo

We really enjoyed our stay here! The condo is clean and well-maintained. The kitchen is fully stocked so it made cooking at home easy. The owner, Marianna, is great; she made every effort to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. She even had a bottle of wine waiting for us when we arrived! It sits on a semi-busy street, but is also conveniently located 1 block from a nice little market, and 2 blocks from the main street (Commercial) in Provincetown! There aren't many places that are dog friendly, but Marianna made sure our furry friends felt very welcome :) On that note, P-town is awesome for dogs! Town beaches allow dogs off-leash from 6-9am and 6-9pm (in the summer) and national park beaches (e.g. Herring Cove Beach) allow dogs on-leash.

Could not have been more pleased with this adorable little condo, perfect place for 2 & our dog. The landlord paid special attention to details, decorations and all. Perfect first experience in Ptown!!

What a fantastic hideaway in Ptown! This was our first trip here and I have to say, this condo truly made it enjoyable! Marianna (the owner) has created the ultimate getaway! Cooridnating our stay was super easy and stress free! She is VERY responsive and catered to our every need! The condo was nice and clean upon our arrival and she has all the supplies available to keep it clean during your stay! It's very well appointed with everything you need for the perfect getaway! Just bring a little food and your cloths! Marianna has taken care of the rest! Very short walk to all the hustle and bustle of Commercial St! Condo is very quiet and peaceful inside! Convenient parking as well! We highly recommend it!!

Perfect spot for a Provincetown vacation

This is just the perfect spot. The condo is immaculate and complete with all the amenities. It's a quick walk to the center of town where all the action is, but set off enough that you can have a quiet place to yourself. I took a class at the nearby Fine Arts Work Center and it couldn't have been more convenient. Marianna was also readily available for any questions that we had. We would definitely stay there again!

Great location

Marianna is a wonderful owner. She clearly cares about the comfort of her guests and was very responsive when we had a problem with the DVD player. You can't beat the location of this unit. We were able to walk to all the attractions in town, including some awesome restaurants. Yet, we were away from the frenzied tourist scene. My only suggestion to Marianna is that she provide a binder with info on all the appliances , what to do with the garbage, where the bikes are, restaurants, beach locations etc. This would be particularly helpful to first timers , and would eliminate some phone calls. All in all the place is clean, reasonably priced, and convenient to all P-town has to offer

Great place and location

The Home was charming and in a great location. Marianna called as soon as we arrived to make sure we had everything we needed. The home comes with bikes to ride around and all the necessities you can think of when you are on vacation. We were greeted with a bottle of wine which was a nice touch. i stayed for most iof the month of sept. the pics don't lie, it is a seriously beautiful condo & mariana is a wonderful landlady. she has taken care of all of one's needs, from bikes to beach chairs, cooler, beach towels & even an umbrella. there is also an iron w/ board. the place is immaculately clean & centrally located 2 the center of town. this will be my go to condo when in p-town!

Perfect Provincetown getaway!

This lovely, modern, spotless condo makes for the perfect Provincetown getaway. Walk to all the attractions on Commercial. Interior is very tastefully decorated and thoughtfully stocked with every houseware you might need. Extra nice touches/amenities like a barbecue area, bikes and beach supplies. I've stayed in 10+ rentals in town over the past few years and this one is the best I've experienced -- it's really like staying in the home of a thoughtful friend with great taste! Marianna is great to interact with, and I could tell it was important to her that the experience was good. Can't wait to go back, highly recommended!!!

Home Away from Home

This beautifully decorated and professionally maintained condo made vacation in Provincetown that much sweeter. We stayed in this lovely unit while visiting in the summer of 2011. We wanted a place that was close to the action of Commercial Street, but far enough away to avoid the noise and excitement. The location approximately two blocks from the center of Commercial Street on a quiet residential street. The condo itself far exceeded our expectations as it was exceptionally clean, nicely appointed, and very well maintained. The kitchen was fully equipped including a coffee maker, a blender, a toaster, and a panini maker. The living room has two couches, one a pull-out, in lieu of an over night guest. The front patio was a great addition for an afternoon cocktail. Moreover, there are two ac units, adequately positioned, to keep the unit cool and comfortable. The owner of the property was extremely helpful and made sure that our stay was enjoyable. There are great neighbors that live around the unit as well; they make you feel welcome while you are visiting. We have been to Provincetown many many times and will always try to reserve this lovely condo.

Very Clean Unit & Great Owners to Work With

We really enjoyed our stay in this very clean and very well equipped unit - which included everything from shampoo to bikes. (In fact, we forgot our dog's food dish and found one in the cupboard!) "Fabulous!"

My partner and I rented this lovely condo for a week in July (our second year in a row) and once again enjoyed our stay immensely. The condo is perfectly sized for two people to have a home away from home vacation in Provincetown. All the comforts are here. The furnishings and decorations are very tasteful. The location is an easy walk to everything and yet far enough from the roar of the crowd to be a quiet retreat from it all. We plan on renting again next year if it is available.

A HOME AWAY FROM HOME

Four summers in a row now I have rented this condo for a week and I could not be happier with the arrangement. This bright, comfortable one bedroom condo is exactly as it is represented in the description. The unit is new, clean, nicely appointed and very well maintained. The kitchen is completely equipped- full sized refrigerator, dishwasher, utensils, plates, bowls, cups, coffee maker-just like home. The living room is very comfortable with a nice TV and sound system. In fact, the music collection in the unit is so interesting and eclectic that I discovered some new artists with whom I was previously unfamiliar. There is even a bookshelf full of reading material to supplement whatever you may bring along. There are two window air conditioning units-one in the dining/living room area and one in the bedroom- so that one can stay completely cool and comfortable, something very important to me. The bedroom has a flat TV and plenty of shelf space to unpack your clothes. The bathroom is clean and includes a shower with full tub. It is a pleasure to do business with the owner. She is honest, forthright and responsive- a very nice person for sure. My security deposit was promptly refunded each year after my stay. And it also comes with a parking right next to the condo. I would recomend this condo to all my friends and family for sure. I recommend riding a bike when in PTown as this is the most efficient, effective mode of transportation given the small, often crowded streets. From this condo one can easily get to the beach or anywhere in town on bicycle. The bike paths in the dunes are great. The gyms are only a few minutes away on bike. For many years before I discovered this condo I stayed in guesthouses when in PTown. Frankly, I found them to be far more expensive and not nearly so private as this condo. For me, this is a better arrangement hands down. I would recommend staying here to anybody who enjoys PTown. Recommended for: Age 55+, Adventure Seekers, Tourists without a Car, Sightseeing, Romantic Getaway

My partner and I stayed at this lovely condo the summer of 2010 and loved it. The condo is beautifully decorated and conveniently located. The kitchen is fully equipped. We could walk anywhere in a matter of minutes. There were mountain bikes available for longer trips. Our friends who visited were all impressed and jealous. Very fun!

AMAZING

This property really is a home away from home. Tastefully decorated and has a beautiful gormet kitchen space. The layout is great and the parking a blessing. This property was clean and well maintained. Located just minutes to the town centre everything was available within walking distance. Galleries, shops, reastaurants you name it we could walk there-even to the ocean. Pet friendly, the owner also provided beach chairs, cooler, beach umbrella. We didn't need to pack those little extras. The owner and agent were both great to deal with and were available should we have had any questions. Very reasonably priced. I would recommend this place to anyone. There is nothing bad to say, only good and we can't wait to rent it again. Thanks again for a wonderful week : )

Perfect location, well maintained, clean, convenient to everything Ptown has to offer! Has parking which is rare in Ptown. The front patio is perfect way to unwind and relax and also great people watching!
