Incredibly comfortable!! Relax on your own private lanai, steps off the First Fairway. Feel the wonderful trade winds sweep across the greens and take in the aroma of the beautiful Plumeria trees and Hawaiian foliage. The kitchen features plenty of counter space for the chef of the family, stainless steel appliances, and is fully stocked with the amenities needed to make you feel right at home! Enjoy the comfort of air conditioning, complimentary wifi, and beautiful furnishings or step out onto the lanai and watch the golfers play.

The spacious primary bedroom features a king-size bed with an en suite bathroom. A comfortable pull-out sleeper sofa in the living room and a second guest bathroom make this unit perfect for couples and small families.

Great stay!

We had a wonderful week, watching the golfers go by, relaxing at the pool and walking to a multitude of bars and restaurants. The unit was big (2 bathrooms!) and very clean, with great cross wind ventilation so no need for the air conditioner. The condo complex was also very quiet and well cared for. We would definitely stay again!

Amazing !

this was our third trip visiting Maui staying at Grand Champions. The property is terrific as was our unit. Amenities are close by including three excellent golf courses.

This condo was beautiful! It is located in beautiful Wailea with gorgeous views. The condo is very spacious and equipped with everything you need to make your stay comfortable and relaxing. We can't wait to visit again.

Condo was very comfortable. Had a beautiful view of the golf course and evening sunsets. The kitchen was well stocked. The bed was very comfortable. Thank you for the beach towels and chairs. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Great Condo

This was a great place to spend a week. The unit was extremely clean and well equiped. We would not hesitate to stay here again. The only criticism was that at certain times of the day the lanai was too hot and sunny to use. A sun shade curtain, like other units had, would make a huge difference.

Nice, quiet stay

I didn’t rate communication with property management because I never had a reason to do so. Place was quiet, adult pool was nice and view on golf course terrific. Only negative, and this is minor, a/c was window units.

Lovely, well cared for property. Overlooks beautiful golf course. Within walking distance of several restaurants and coffee shops. Also close to Shoppes At Wailea, which has many high end stores and restaurants. Short distance to the Fairmont, Four Seasons, and Marriot resorts. to the Well kept grounds and 2 pool areas. Would definately recommend !!

5th time on Maui and never a disappointment. Of course this year the weather was absolutely perfect and that helps!! The unit was just as described with beautiful golf course views.

Paradise with a patio!!

Awesome location, short walk or a minutes drive to all the beaches and shops in wailea. Clean property and frequently saw the property’s security at the gate or walking around. Parking spot close to condo. The Condo was larger than the pictures show, with plenty extra pillows blankets and necessities. The lanai faces the ocean and golf course, which was awesome for the NYE fireworks! The pools were a bit smaller than what we anticipated, I would suggest getting there early to get a spot. Overall I highly recommend!

Relaxation in Maui

The location is excellent within walking distance to the Shops at Wailea and a very short drive to a variety of great beaches. Unit 145 faced the 1st green on the Wailea blue course so the unit was very quiet. It faced a he sun sets so every evening was nice. The unit was very clean and spacious for a 1 bedroom. The kitchen was roomy and renovated. Bed was a king size and comfortable. Overall a great experience. Thank you for sharing your condo with us

Soap and AC

Unit was clean and otherwise well equipped. Definitely could have been more bars of soap in each bathroom (1 mini bar per bathroom to accommodate both shower and hand washing was insufficient.). Also, while it was good that corporate called to see how things were - the fact that they sent someone unannounced (although requested to be notified) to replace air conditioner on the morning we were leaving was disturbing. We walked into our unit to find door wide open and 2 men in our bedroom….. very unnerving.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great time in Maui, hard not too when in Wailea. The condo is a spacious 1 bdrm with 2 baths. Very nice, nice furnishings, short walks to the Shops at Wailea. We would definitely stay in this condo again. Washer and Dryer worked well, nice kitchen appliances, and plenty of cookware.The AC units are window type of units, one in the bdrm and a larger one in the living room. They're close to end of life and did not cool the place as well as we would have liked. They should be replaced sometime in the near future. But other than that we would highly recommend staying at this condo.

Wonderful Wailea Condo

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We very much enjoyed this condo. It’s our second time staying here. Good views looking over the first Tee of the Wailea Blue golf course. It’s a short walk to the Shoos at Wailea and the walkway along the ocean by all the Wailea resorts. The condo is smartly decorated with a well stocked kitchen. For us it definitely make the vacation experience feel tropical, relaxing and pleasurable. The only issue we had on our second visit is that the over/under clothes washer/dryer failed during our visit. The property management company sent their maintenance team to repair the machine but we’re unable during our visit. And as there’s a shortage of appliances on the island replacement during our visit was not possible either. So we went without. It was a little bit of a hassle. In return CBIP vacations refunded the equivalent of one day. Which satisfied us. I will stay there again in the future. It’s so nice that it makes leaving Maui very difficult.

Great relaxing vacation

This is a great spot for relaxing. You’re close to the beach and all the resort amenities without paying the insane resort prices. Not a lot of night life but it was perfect for our low key romantic getaway. Keyless check in was super easy and the owners responded immediately when I let them know we needed a new parking pass. No complaints at all and would gladly stay here again and recommend it to friends.

excellent location, EZ check in and check out, fully furnished, well stocked with all utensils etc. very clean. Responsive management Maui was unusually hot and humid. needed AC. Two wall units, barely got the rooms cold enough , and were quiet noisy, specially the bedroom unit. otherwise a nice place over all

Better Than Expected

The condo was very clean and everything we needed was provided. One big concern I always have with a rental, 'is the bed comfortable?" It was very comfortable and the air conditioner was great to have at night. We especially enjoyed the lanai overlooking the golf course and beautiful sunsets each evening. Lovely landscaping and two great pools were a plus! Wailea is a great area; great restaurants, shopping and beaches very near by. Highly recommend!

Great Location, but Property Management Communication is poor.

My husband and I stayed here for our anniversary trip and truly enjoyed the location! We loved watching the golfers, and being so close to Akamai Coffee and Wailea beach. The place is bigger than the photos led on, and the pools are well kept and enjoyable! Our few gripes with this rental is the communication by Coldwell Banker was poor and the coolers were falling apart. I requested a late check out the day we booked, since we didn’t leave till 8pm, and never received a response. I reached out the week of our stay to see if the late checkout could be accommodated and was told it is no longer available. Also, I had to reach out the day we arrived to get check in information because it was never sent to me the week before as promised. The last thing was we came back TWICE during our stay to find a Coldwell Banker car parked in our assigned spot. The first time this happened they were there ALL day and we were stuck parking far away. The second time we caught them in the car, and they acted very strange and immediately left with no explanation. So, we aren’t sure if they were using the spot to check other units or going inside our unit? It made us very uncomfortable. All this to say, the only downside was the Property Management and not the property itself. We would stay here again because of the location and pool.
