You're sure to have a fabulous stay! This luxury Palms at Wailea unit is located near the spectacular pool and jacuzzi and all the amenities this popular complex affords.

This 2 bedroom 2 bath unit is immaculate and beautiful and comes equipped with all the amenities so that you feel as if you are right at home. Enjoy the pleasant views from the lanai in a tropical garden setting and partial ocean views.

This unit has approx. 1200 square feet of living area! Air-conditioned. This is the largest 2 bedroom unit in the complex! Top floor, high ceilings, tastefully furnished, fully equipped kitchen, spacious living area and lots of more...

Located above the pristine shores of Keawakapu Beach, this impeccably furnished home will provide comfort, luxury, and plenty of room to spread out while you explore and enjoy all that Maui has to offer. The spacious covered lanai with a dining table allows for relaxing evenings while you kick back and enjoy the views. Relax poolside or take a Jacuzzi after the sun sets and take in the beauty of the brilliant Maui skies.

The Wailea Golf Course and Tennis Clubs are just minutes away. Within walking distance are some of the World's Top Beaches as rated by Conde Nast International. If shopping is your pleasure, the elegant Shops of Wailea are situated a stone's throw away. For the adventurous type, you will find amazing snorkeling spots within a very short drive.

Please note that Palms at Wailea no longer allows private grills. There will not be a grill for you to use on the lanai of this condo.

While we strive to keep all photos up to date, there may be new and updated pieces of furniture or decor that are different than in the original pictures. The functionality, available seating, and sleeping space will remain the same or may improve.
We would like to inform you that the pool at the Palms of Wailea will be temporarily closed from September 16th to 19th for cleaning and resealing of the pool surface to ensure a safe environment for everyone. To further prevent future closures, we have also scheduled a drainage of the pool during this time to repair pool equipment

5/12/25 Update: Pool Closure Notice
The pool will be closed Tuesday, September 16th through Friday, September 19th, 2025 for maintenance.
It is scheduled to reopen on Saturday, September 20th.

The condo was great, it felt like we were staying in a friends home that was well taken care of and there were many memories. It was spotless and had everything we needed to cook, go to the beach and the larger property is well maintained. As a family we got into a great routine of going to the beach, coming back using the pool and watching the sunset. The location is perfect. Easy access to beaches, restaurants and anything you need. We will be back. Mahalo

Maui Spring Break

We had a great stay at this condo—it's clean, well-stocked, and within walking distance to the beach. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook all of our meals (pots/ pans, utencils, dishes). They also provided beach towels and chairs provided. Just a heads-up: there wasn’t a beach umbrella, so we purchased one at Costco and left it at the unit for future guests—hopefully it’s still there when you visit! If you're planning to boogie board, you'll need to bring or buy your own (Costco had some for 49.99 during our stay).When we arrived late Friday night, the air conditioning wasn’t working, but I reached out to Coldwell and they had someone come out the very next day (Saturday) to fix it. I really appreciated their prompt response and quick repair.The only downside was the road noise. Since the condo faces the beach, it also faces the road, and the traffic noise was noticeable—especially at night. It wasn’t a deal breaker for us, but if you’re a light sleeper, I’d recommend bringing a sound machine.My husband and I stayed here with our four children and loved being able to cook and eat meals out on the patio every day. Having a washer and dryer in-unit made things even easier—we were able to pack light and bring only carry-ons for our weeklong trip.Overall, a wonderful place to stay for a beach vacation with kids!

Amazing Place

We've been going to Maui for 35 years. This was one of the best places we have ever stayed at. Excellent for family and friends to get together and just hang out. This place had everything you need. We will definitely try to stay here again

Pool a disappointment…hot tub closed, water was warm and only 3-4 ft deep…

I thought I read it had access to grand wailea, but it does not. No bbq on patio…new Maui law. Photo should be updated. Wi-Fi slow. No shaded area around the pool. Water was shallow and warm.

3rd time using 1704

Yes, this is our third time coming back to this unit. The owners do take amazing care of this unit. We absolutely love 1704 and works perfect for our family. We do cook a few dinners every trip and this kitchen is complete with everything you would need to cook a gourmet meal. We loved eating breakfast and having coffee on the balcony before our day starts.Plenty of parking, safe environment And an amazing swimming pool. Only downfall is the assigned parking spot for the unit is tight and right up against the curb but we just used the guest parking spot and no issues. Nothing is going to be 100% perfect but this is pretty close.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This unit in the Palms has just about everything you need to fill right at home and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. This is our fifth trip to Wailea so just a few things that I would’ve wanted to read in reviews but did not see. The kitchen was well equipped, but did not have any cooking sprays or seasonings for cooking. It does not come with a conventional beach umbrella (it does come with something in a bag and looked new)so we ended up renting one and the beach chairs have seen better days. The smart TV was very slow and lost internet connection regularly. The split A/C units work great and are very quiet and there is one in each room. The unit is close to the road but we had no issues whatsoever with noise and the grounds are well kept and beautiful. The balcony was great in the mornings and evenings and the grill is a nice addition that a lot of properties don’t allow anymore. The pool is walking distance and has a great view of the ocean and sunset in the evenings. We will definitely consider this condo for our future stays if available.

The pictures truly do not do this condo justice. The condo was extremely clean and well-maintained. All the amenities of home, including beach chairs and beach towels. The grounds of the Palms at Wailea are very beautifully landscaped and the pool area was also super nice. Great Customer Service, we had a very minor issue that was resolved quickly and in a very friendly manner. We would highly recommend renting this unit. This visit was our 7th trip to the beautiful island of Maui, and we would definitely rent this unit again in the future :)

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I booked this condo while visiting Maui with my brother and sister-in-law in July 2023. My daughter and son-in-law live on the island and I've been to Hawaii many times, but it was the first visit to Hawaii for my brother and SIL. Since my daughter lives upcountry we wanted to stay in a location convenient for visiting her that was also convenient to the rest of the island. Palms 1704 was perfect for us! Wailea is such a beautiful part of the island (my favorite area and where my husband and I always stay when we're in Maui), and my family members loved it, too. The condo was very spacious and well laid-out to allow for privacy. The photos really don't do it justice - it's lovely and uncluttered. We enjoyed the lanai and had no problem with it being near the main road running alongside the unit - others had commented on noise issues, but we didn't find it bothersome at any time of day. We were very close to the beautiful beaches of Wailea and were able to find parking easily just down the street from the unit. The pool and hot tub were a nice treat after the beach, and were never crowded. We found everything we needed for our stay and didn't need to purchase anything at all while we were there unlike other VRBO properties I've used in the past. Check-in was super easy - loved the keyless entry - and we didn't have any need to contact the property manager during our stay. The air conditioning and ceiling fans were much appreciated, and both beds were comfortable. The only very tiny suggestion I have for improvement is this: My bedroom had a charging tower on one of the bedside tables that handled all of my electronics with room to spare; my brother and SIL didn't have one in the master bedroom and were envious of it :-). I highly recommend this property to anyone traveling to Maui, and would definitely book it again.

Condo is perfect for cooking and relaxing Hawaiian vacation

Condo was very well stocked for cooking and grilling. We loved grilling for dinner and sitting on the Lanai to eat. Kitchen also has two blenders which was great for smoothies. The pool was great but got a bit crowded at times. Beach is ~10 minute walk but can also drive. We loved the chairs and beach towels in the condo! Condo is alongside a road but no issues / was overall not loud. The location makes it closer to the beach compared to other units in the property. Check in process was seamless and host provided all info needed. We had a great stay and highly recommend

Le condo est vraiment grand et possède tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour cuisiner et aller à la plage. Il se trouve 4 chaises de plage, parasol et glacières en plus de 4 serviettes de plage. Il est vraiment bien situé, à côté de tout, mais surtout près de magnifiques plages dont celle de Makena qui se trouve à 10 min. En voiture. La terrasse est parfaite avec son bbq privé. Rien à dire autre que wow… j’y retournerais certainement.

This condo has three ductless A/C units that keep the whole condo nice and cool. Hearing from some others staying in other units this isn't the case throughout the complex. Unit was well stocked with beach towels, snorkel gear, and beach chairs. We will for sure stay at this unit again if staying in the Wailea area.
