Pool is open! Amazing home on a half acre in Sea Pines. Sleeps 8. Option for 10.

The backyard is ideal for outdoor dining/relaxing. Enjoy the large in ground pool, over-sized cabana, pool spa, outdoor shower, and outdoor kitchen area with a real Italian brick pizza oven. Just minutes from beautiful sandy beaches that are perfect for surfing, swimming, walking, running, and beach combing.

The open floor plan exudes comfort and style. Sleeps 8 people with 3 bedrooms. The large Chef's kitchen is fully stocked with all utensils and cooking appliances. The adjoining open dining area seats 8. Or dine outdoors on the patio. The king master suite is complete with a Japanese soaking tub, with a separate two person shower, double vanities, and a walk-in closet. There is a queen suite and a third large bedroom with a Queen, twin and convertible sofa. A separate guest suite is also available (Call for details. sleeps 2 more. It includes a queen bedroom, living area with day bed, additional bathroom and a small kitchen).

It is gorgeous. Did I mention there is a billiard room you can enjoy? Plus outdoor games, kids play area.

The pool is maintained professionally on a weekly basis. Our goal is for it to be available for guests. We do not anticipate any issues. However, be aware there is no guarantee that pool will be available due to nature of maintaining a pool. Thank you for understanding. Guests often ask if there is a hot tub. The spa attached to the pool in the pictures is a jetted pool spa and uses same water as the pool. The jets are turned on by a switch on the tree. The pool is not heated. A solar cover will keep the pool comfortable late into the season.

An optional attached in-law suite is available for rent. Includes: Queen Bedroom, Living Room with day bed, separate Kitchen and Bath with shower. With added in law suite,
you can sleep ten comfortably. add-on is $100 weeknights, $150 weekends. Plus $100 cleaning fee. Ask for details. IMPORTANT The apartment is only rented to main house guests that require additional space. If you rent the main house You never share the house or pool with other guests.

This is our second stay and we once again had a great time! The house is beautiful, cozy, clean and has everything you need! Really enjoyed the hot tub with the cool weather during our stay!

Pizza, Race, Rest, Repeat!!

This property was all it promised and more! We came to town for a race and the location was perfect! Short drive (or bike!) to beaches and downtown Wilmington. Close to several grocery stores and restaurants the home was very welcoming and had plenty of space to rest and relax both inside and out. The outdoor pizza oven was a hit! We ended up making 3 pizzas during our stay! The pool and outdoor kitchen space was great and used daily! The owner was responsive and VERY accommodating. If you and your family are looking for a great place to stay in Wilmington look no further...Heaven, pools and pizza await you here!!

Pizza house review

Stayed during covid. The owner is great and responded quickly to all questions and texts etc... The house was even bigger than we expected. The kitchen is bigger and nicer than the pictures reflect. We had fun with the pizza oven. Once you figure it out, its excellent. Tip - get some really dry wood and get the pit as hot as possible. You can have a decent fire going for a couple hours but the floor of the oven has to get hot enough. Only disappointment was that the spa/ hot tub is not a functioning hot tub. Great place, great location (close to grocery stores and anything you need etc). We ventured to Wrightsville beach 2 times. Wrightsville beach was really nice and a very short 15 min drive. Thanks for having us!

Fantastic Stay

My family and I had a great time! Plenty of space and we enjoyed the pool and pizza oven. Check-in was easy and John was quick to respond to any questions/concerns. Would love to return some day.

Great family vacation!

We all had a blast at the pizza house! There was plenty to do with the pool, billiards, and games. John was very prompt to respond to issues. House had a few maintenance/upkeep issues that he quickly addressed. Very good communication. Everyone was comfortable and had lots of fun! Convenient short trip to beach, stores, and restaurants. Thanks John!

Not what we expected

Upon arrival we had a hard time getting a hold of John just to get in the house, when we were finally able to get in not only were there roaches all over the front porch but tons inside the house. We tried to watch some tv and relax but the tv in the living room wasn't working and neither was the one in the master bedroom. The location is great and the house is nice but not clean. There's so many charges for everything, its pretty overwhelming. We even decided to cut our vacation a whole day short because that morning we woke up and found roaches all around our daughters toys in the living room. We picked this house mainly for the swimming pool but only went in once because the cleanliness around the pool was nonexistent. The pictures make the house seem way nicer than it is. So disappointing that the jacuzzi wasn't even functional. We only get to take one vacation a year and this was the worst.

Great summer vacation

Wonderful place to stay especially if you have a large family. It was spacious and clean. Plenty of family fun with the pool, swing set, pool table and games. 10 minutes to the beach.

Perfect family get away!

Even in inclement weather there was so much to do our family was never board. The Pizza oven was the best and the pool table kept the boys busy for days!!!

Great place for a getaway

John was very helpful and responsive to any and all questions. This location is very central to anything you might want to do in and around Wilmington. Short drive to either beach. Property is well kept and kitchen is nicely stocked with all essentials. We would certainly recommend to anyone headed to the Wilmington area.

Wedding Trip

Stayed here for our daughters wedding. This home is beyond expectations. Beautiful, spacious, clean place with all the extras you can think of, and some you wouldn't. Close enough to everything, but tucked away in a quiet neighborhood. Owner was helpful and quick to answer any questions. Would highly recommend

Family vacation

We had a wonderful week! We visited 2 beaches, the aquarium, and the riverwalk. Our kids LOVED the pool! The house was very clean and spacious, and the owner quickly responded to all of our inquiries!

Never Wanted to Leave!!!

I cannot express enough positivity about this place! I came with my family and honestly after one grocery trip to fill the house, I never left my full stay! The Pizza oven was a hit and really easy to figure out after watching the suggested video links the owner left. The pool was amazing and we were rarely not in it. All of the beds are padded and soooo soft. We had a blast playing pool in the billiards room. Literally never left the house. This place is a GEM! In regards to the owner John, I couldn’t ask for better communication. He answered all of my questions promptly and was super easy to work with and really friendly. 5 stars all day long!

Pool, Pizza, & Play Time

Property was amazing. We woke up, swam in the pool, had breakfast, swam, went to the beach, came home and swam, baked pizzas in the oven, swam, made s’mores, swam and then repeated it over and over again Day after Day!

Poolside Paradise!

We loved our stay at this property! The location is nice because it is a 20 minute ride to downtown Wilmington, Wrightsville beach or Carolina beach. Shopping is close by as well. The house and pool are beautiful and the cleaning crew does a great job! John responded to our text messages quickly and was easy to work with. We would definitely return again to this property ( almost hate to let everyone in on our secret!).

Suprises along the way

The house is nice and the pool is too however that does not omit the fact that the owner is not. The house was advertised as "entire house" however there is an attached suite that was rented to others during our stay and our party was informed barely 24 hrs before they arrived. And when we reached out with our concerns to the home owner we were met with inconsideration and arrogance. As if our concerns were inconvenient. The situation was not handled professional and for that we will not be returning to that property. However on a positive note; the house was nice and clean with plenty of supplies. The outdoor/pool area had plenty of seating. And the pizza oven outside was a hit with the whole family.
