Permanent Waves has 5 bedrooms with 4 1/2 baths, water views from nearly every room that can accommodate 14 guests comfortably and in style with BRAND NEW, allergy friendly, luxury vinyl plank flooring in all of the bedrooms and adjacent hallways. The kitchen is well equipped for cooking and the table and 2 bars provide seating for up to 14 with additional seating for 4 on the oceanfront porch. Wireless internet is available throughout the unit. Each bedroom and the main living room enjoy Smart TV's with premium cable packages and Blu-ray players. A Bluetooth CD player is available, Blu-rays, DVD's, books, games and puzzles for all ages are at your fingertips.

Bedroom 1 is on the 3rd floor and features a king bed, vaulted ceiling, large bathroom with jetted tub and tiled shower, desk for work/study, and large oceanfront balcony with porch swing. Bedroom 2 is located on the 3rd floor and has a king bed, large bathroom, and beautiful views of the Intracoastal Waterway. Bedroom 3 is located oceanfront on the 1st floor with a queen bed, full bath and seating available on the oceanside porch. Bedroom 4 is located on the 1st floor Intracoastal Waterway side and has a queen over queen set of bunk beds. It shares a full bath with Bedroom 5, which has a twin over twin set of bunk beds and a twin trundle.

Exclusive to this unit are a private, outdoor hot & cold shower, propane gas grill and adjacent outdoor table and chairs, multiple boogie boards, beach chairs, beach umbrellas, a beach cart, sand toys and pool floats.

During your stay you will receive a curated welcome basket with paper towels, napkins, laundry pods, dryer sheets, dishwasher pods, dishwashing liquid, sponge and other goodies to help make your stay more enjoyable.
