Reverse-Living Retreat with A/C, BBQ & Ping Pong

25 McNary is a northwest style reverse living, 2,344 sq. ft home on the north end of Sunriver and close to the grocery store and the Woodlands golf course.

Additional features of this home include:
• Upper level has hardwood floors beautiful leather furniture, TV and a gas fireplace in the living room
• The kitchen boasts granite countertops with plenty of space for meal prep and visit with friends or family at the same time, stainless steel appliances makes cooking a pleasure
• Seating for 8 at the beautiful dining room table plus 4 at the bar gives plenty of space for all and the access to upper deck makes it easy for out door dining or morning coffee in the sun
• The master suite is upstairs and features a king bed, TV master bath with walk in shower and private access to upper deck
• Downstairs there is a second bedroom with two double beds with a shared jack and jill bath between them
• At the end of the hall there is a fourth bedroom with a king bed and TV offering added privacy
• TV's and DVD players in the living room and all four bedrooms
the ping pong table is in the garage for all to enjoy
• There is a small deck off the kitchen that is great for enjoying an early morning sunrise while the larger deck of the living room allows for plenty of space to enjoy late afternoon/evening dining

Sunriver north end

Overall pretty good, but a few downsides. 1. No AC! In the summer when it’s hot, not good!!! 2. Checkin is supposed to be 4:00pm, but we couldn’t get in till after 6:00pm due to the house cleaning being backed up. Kinda screwed up our dinner plans! 3. Was expensive for the quality of the house & no air conditioning! But other than that we had a good time!

Beautiful well appointed house

We had a wonderful stay with our 3 boys and their significant others. Lots of room to spread out. Beds were very comfortable, hot tub was clean and at temp (I suspect it has a leak as we had to add water a few times), plenty of towels. Kitchen had everything you would think of needing. The homeowners had 6 bike in the garage that are locked up, would have been nice to use - but I get it, some people just be trusted sometimes. Sigh. Cons - a bit far from the main lodge (~3 miles) and no SHARC passes. This is not such a bad thing as the main pool is very nice, has food/drink service and not as crowded as the SHARC (ie no masses of screaming kids). Communication with Sun River prior to arrival was next to nothing when asking questions, but we got what we needed to check in. Overall- nice house that we will keep on our short list.

Perfect vacation home for our family. Provided for all our needs and more. Will book here again!

This home was warm, welcoming, comfortable and very clean. We liked the overall set-up of the home for our family. We came prepared with baby gates for the 1 and half year old, so we had peace of mind.

Perfect house for 2 families

We stayed with another family (3 kids total with 4 adults). Great living room space including 2 decks. Plenty of room, kitchen has everything you need to cook! Hot tub was fantastic too! Very pleased with the vacation.

Very comfortable, very clean, good value

This house is great for two families with kids. The beds were very comfortable and the kids loved having a big TV in their room. The open floor plan upstairs was wonderful. There’s also a fun ping pong table in the garage- no basketball hoop. We managed to book this house before summer prices went back up, so a good value. A few downsides- the hot tub gave several kids a rash, there is no air conditioning but lots of fans, no bikes available for use, and no SHARC passes. There’s access to the resort pool but don’t count on being able to use it. Despite making daily online reservations, we only got to use the pool one day from 10-12pm. Lastly, we were very disappointed that management would not reach out to the owners about our recent adoption of a rescue puppy. We would have loved to have brought our puppy with us but had to leave her with friends back at home. It was infuriating to discover signs that a dog had been in the house before us yet we weren’t allowed to bring our sweet girl (dog hair on the living room rug.)
