Rate Drop for July 4th Week! Celebrate at the Beach!

Palm Beach is a beautiful condominium complex located in Orange Beach just east of Gulf State Park. It is conveniently located close to restaurants, shopping, and local attractions. Yet because it is only a 100 unit complex, you will never feel crowded at the two pools or the gorgeous beach! The grounds are beautifully landscaped with a boardwalk leading to the beach.

This newly renovated and furnished 831 square foot, bath and a half, ground floor unit is the perfect size for a small family or two couples.

The kitchen is fully-equipped with quality cookware and all new appliances. Enjoy a 'homemade' meal or 'take out' at the table for four. A half bath is located off the kitchen.

The living room includes a queen size sleeper sofa. Enjoy the 50 Inch Wall Mounted Smart TV. Wifi Included.

The master bedroom has a king size pillow top bed with high quality linens and a 42" TV.

The master bathroom features a deep Jacuzzi tub and a large, walk-in, glass enclosed shower. There is also a dual basin vanity and a separate make-up area. For your convenience, a washer and dryer are also located in the master bathroom.

The pool is just steps from our patio, as well as the lighted boardwalk that leads to the white sands of Orange Beach!

Palm Beach Resort never disappoints! This is our 4th time staying here and we have already booked next fall break! It’s t very clean, beautiful landscaping, the rooms are great, and the beach access is super easy and convenient! New walkway is amazing!

Awesome unit and owner is easy to work with.

This is an incredible unit and the owner Hal is so great to work with. We really enjoyed being on the lower level, just steps away from the pool and beach. Loved not having to deal with the elevators and the unit is a few feet away from your doorstep to load and unload. The master bed/bath is HUGE!

Fantastic property

We've stayed at Palm Beach for years. We love that the property has 1, 2, and 3 bedroom options so our large group can stay together. This trip we had 25 people in 5 different condos. Location is great. Close to the state park trails if you want to walk/bike off the beach. Our first floor unit was fantastic for access to the pool and beach. Perfect for an adult couple. All the kitchen supplies we needed. We will be staying here again. Thanks

Perfect

This condo was a newly remodeled since Hurricane Sally and very beautiful. The patio doors exit straight to the pool so the easy access guaranteed us a spot. We were very pleased with the ground unit and could still see the ocean. The walk to the beach was literally a Hop N skip and much shorter than others I have stayed at. Property owner Hal kept in constant contact which was great not having to deal with 3rd parties. Highly recommend

Beautiful condo and perfect location

The condo was amazing and had beautiful, updated furnishings. The beach felt very private and secluded… an easy walk down. Close to restaurants and mini golf! The only downside was it was on the main level near the entrance with a lot of traffic and noise. Parking was a little bit difficult as we had to contact the property and deal with getting a permit which was annoying as the link did not work. Hal was awesome and a great host with communicating with us and answering any problems in a quick and timely fashion!

Last minute stay

We booked last minute to get away after the passing of our beloved dog of 14 years. The property is in a great location, literally steps from the pool. It was a bonus with kids 9 and 10. There is no view of the ocean or beach from the condo but you are close to the pool. The walk to the beach is very short which was also a bonus. My only complaints about the condo were the owners may need to look into new cleaners, it didn’t seem very clean and sand still on the floor, food smeared on night stand and couches. We are low maintenance and I don’t complain about stuff like that. I know a lot of times the owners are not aware. The only other con was there does seem to be a very strong mildew or mold smell. It’s coming from the A/C unit area and I’m not sure if there was a flood or water damage at one point but it was a smell that we noticed immediately walking in. We liked the condo and the resort and would stay again.

Always Good!

Been here 4 times in the last 5 years. Our go to spot for vacation. Location is great and the condo is always nice. Nothing like walking out your door straight onto the beach!

Perfect accommodations

We loved our stay at Palm Beach Resort! The location is perfect. The property was clean and as described with beautiful decor. We love coming to stay here-we’ve stayed at several condos in OB, but this is our fav-quiet, small, heated pools, and super easy beach access. Will be coming back next year!

The Palm Beach is right on the beach for easy access to beach and pool. The room B14 is decorated beautifully and updated. The room has all the kitchen essentials and you will find sand and pool toys in the pantry. I do think it needs a deep clean. There were remnants left over under the fold out sofa including trash, glow sticks, and the unit was dusty. The dryer handle has been secured with caulk and was falling off. The booking pass would work well if the correct code was given. I had to go to the office and call the contact person given in instructions. The office was reluctant to help me and I had to go back for a second time. The second time she pulled the parking code out of a binder for us to register our vehicle. There’s easy access to shops and restaurants given the location of the palm beach. Overall, we had a great trip and stay at the Palm Beach Resort.

Beautiful condo

Condo was beautiful. Had everything we needed. Beach was beautiful. Who knew that Alabama had such soft/white sand! The pool was fantastic! Had a great get away!

Wonderful stay!

We stayed @ PBR for 2 months (January & February) and really enjoyed our stay. Access to our condo was so convenient being on the ground floor. The condo was newly renovated and very comfortable and nicely appointed. Any issues that we had were addressed promptly an Ann, our contact, was most accommodating. We will be back.

I am the manager of an Independent Insurance Agency in Meadville, MS. As a father of a 28 year old son and 24 year old daughter, I stay pretty busy following their activities as well as my own. We are five hours from Orange Beach and love spending time at the beach. We do not get to spend as much time as we would like there so are happy to share with the many renters we have had over the last ten years.

We discovered this rental unit at Palm Beach through a family friend and decided to purchase due to the great location and the many amenities. We have enjoyed having several return renters every year who appreciate the family atmosphere and convenience of Palm Beach.

O que faz essa propriedade ser única?

Besides the fact that the boardwalk to the beach is just a few short steps away, the pool is only steps from our patio. We enjoy spending time on the beach then visiting the local restaurants where there is usually some good music in the late afternoons. I am an avid golfer and cyclist. There are several nice golf courses in the area with reasonable rates. There are bicycle lanes on both sides of Perdido Beach Blvd. that stretch for 17 miles one way plus a paved Wilderness Trail that provides shade on those hot days.
