Tradewinds 1302 is a Beautiful 1 Bedroom/2 Bath Condominium with all of the conveniences of home. Sliding glass door opens right out to the curved balcony – with incredible 180 degree views and peaceful ocean waves! This unit features:

Tradewinds is located in the heart of Orange Beach and sits directly on one of the country’s highest rated family beaches. Located at a red light makes getting out into traffic during crowded times much easier. Directly across the street from Adventure Island (go carts, mini golf, laser tag) and Fat Daddy's Arcade for easy walking entertainment. Minutes away from great restaurants, grocery stores, and all the attractions including The Wharf, The Track (go carts), and Waterville USA (waterpark and amusement park). We are less than a 5-minute car ride to The Wharf, Florabama, The Hangout, and Hwy 59 which will take you to the Foley Outlet Mall - a short 20 miles away for an amazing shopping experience!

Tradewinds is a small complex providing a beautiful beach without the crowds! Guests can enjoy full use of the beachside outdoor pool with swim-thru indoor pool and boardwalk leading directly to the beach.

The views from the apartment were amazing (as advertised). The 2 bathrooms were a nice touch, the balcony view was great where we could watch the sunset in December. Parking was easy, had a pass in the apartment we put it our car.The apartment itself had a few little issues that didn’t bother us at all (leaky sink, peeling ceiling). The only real issue was the electronic door lock kept acting up, we got locked out for about 30 minutes before we contacted the host to access the spare key outside the apartment. Overall we loved the place, would stay here again. If I could, I would give it 4.5 stars, but the ratings system doesn’t allow it. Great stay, thank you!

WONDERFUL Vacation

This is the perfect condo for a family. We had two adults and four children, and we all fit just fine. The view from the balcony is the best you could ask for. Once downstairs, it is an easy, short walk to the beach. It was a plus to see there was some beach gear available to use as well. We would certainly stay here again!

The good: Bed was so comfy, two bathrooms, but tiny. Super useful for just two of us. TV worked well for playoff hockey! They gave recommendations of restaurants. Enough TP to last us a long weekend. All cooking utensils needed were there. Pool was quite warm, loved it. Nice feet washing stations coming off beach, hoses and showers. Condo is good proximity to nearly everything. Gave us laundry pods, didn't have to do that but was nice. Allowed us to leave unopened water bottles and beer, hoping someone could use it and not just throw it away. Ice maker kept up with needs. Their towels not allowed on beach so we packed travel towels. Host was very attentive anytime I had a question. Parking was easy, pass was in the room. I wasn't sure how to fill out the "host portion," but we did our best and didn't get a ticket or towed :) 13th floor, but the elevator waiting was minimal to nil. It was always right there to get us. People around the building were very kind.The not so good: Very noisy air conditioner; had one roach come up in bathroom sink; would be nice to have a couple beach chairs to use. The 2 that were there, one was in dilapidated, rusty condition, stained heavily. The other literally broke as soon as we set it up, all rusted out. They really should be thrown away. If we had stayed longer, we would have purchased a couple and left them there. Lanai furniture a bit tired but held us up nicely. All in all, I would recommend and would stay again!

Anniversary trip

Very nice and roomy. The extra bath was nice, kitchen well equipped and TV’s worked great. We had great weather and surf was super calm. Great trip and good eating all around us!

Fabulous condo for a girls trip!

Love this condo and property! The views from this unit are stunning! Nicely furnished with all of the comforts of home. Love that it’s a smaller property which means not crowded at the beach or pool. Pool is nice sized and ample pool furniture! Easy communication with the check in process. Grounds are clean and tidy and the location is perfect! Will most certainly stay at Tradewinds again!

A delightful week!

Loved this condo. Location is perfect. Well stocked kitchen, comfortable furnishings, fabulous view, loved the keyless entry, easy-peasy check in and check out. Pool has been completely refurbished and is really nice. We will be back!!
