Step inside and take in the immediate “wow” factor—soaring ceilings, walls of windows, and a sun-drenched great room that feels straight out of an HGTV dream. Whether you're cozying up by the fireplace or gathering with friends and family, every space is thoughtfully designed for connection, comfort, and style.

The main level features the spacious primary suite with a king bed, walk-in closet, and private ensuite bathroom. This level also includes the main living area, access to the three season room and hot tub and a convenient laundry room.
Upstairs, you’ll find an additional king bedroom, a full bathroom with a tub/shower combination, and a second living area with a sofa bed—perfect for extra guests. This level also includes a queen-over-queen bunk room and an additional full hall bathroom.
The lower level is designed with groups and families in mind, offering two bunk rooms—each with queen-over-queen beds—and a shared full bathroom. A second laundry area and direct access to the garage add extra convenience for longer stays.

Guys golf trip

Superb property. New, spacious, well-managed, and accessible. Ideal for large families or groups. Fire pit out back is a nice touch, although wood should be provided. Definitely recommend this place, and we would stay here again without hesitation.

Beautiful Boyne Mt house

This house is as nice as the photos and super clean. Great ski in and ski out location and the hot tub is a the perfect ending to a ski day.

Great Family Friendly Ski Spot!

My husband and our two young children stayed for several nights and enjoyed the home! Great location, very close to Boyne Mountain resort. Comfortable, clean accommodations. Kitchen was well stocked. And the living room area was very cozy with the fireplace and large couch. Highly recommend!

Wonderful Stay!

Highly recommend for large groups! We had a group of 12 adults stay for the long weekend comfortably. The common areas and yard were spacious enough that we could gather as a group easily. The house was clean and communication regarding check-in instructions was timely and detailed.

Beautiful home and Location

We were very happy with this home, it was as advertised. Very clean and well kept and in a beautiful location. Close to ski area and not far from Boyne City which has numerous places to eat, shop, etc. We use VRBO quite a bit and this is one of the best properties we have stayed at. Very well stocked overall.

Great weekend away!

The house is gorgeous inside and out. Very spacious, large parking area. On tee 1 of the monument course. We played Alpine and the monument and had a great time. Would highly recommend this property.

Beautiful house highly recommend

It was a bachelor party we had a large group the hot tub was great and we had everything we ended. Enough beds, plates, utensils, chairs inside and out etc.

Upscale Northern Retreat

We enjoyed ourselves thoroughly! A beautiful comfortable and well equipped home that had everything the six of us needed to enjoy our week. The beds were phenomenal! The backyard, fire pit hot tub and grill were excellent. It is a bit of a drive to anything except golf courses, but well worth it! I would definitely stay there again.

Girls weekend

Great for a girls weekend! Property manager communicated with us, the place was super clean and gorgeous, kitchen was fully equipped, and clean up / check out process was easy. Could use a few more towels in each bathroom, but overall 5 stars and we really loved it!

Amazing house for a group trip

It was comfortable but everything was nice and new. There was plenty of space for our group of 11 and the bunk beds were bigger and more comfortable than expected. However, we were not told if we could check in early until hours before our set check in time so it made coordinating arrivals difficult. Also, we were informed upon arrival that the dishwasher didn't work, so that made cooking with 11 people more of a process. Overall, the house was perfect for what we needed and we had a great time.

The location is great and it is beautiful, spacious, and clean; exactly as described on the listing. We had ample room for everyone to be comfortable and lots of play and lounge space for the kids. The outdoor space is perfect for enjoying a bonfire and the hot tub was an added bonus. It was a great location to experience the Skybridge, Boyne City farmers market and even make a day trip to the beach in Petoskey. Boyne Valley Vineyards is also close and a great stop, with ample space for kids to enjoy outside.Management handled all of our questions promptly and politely. I would definitely recommend this house to friends and family in the future.

The perfect retreat!

Loved the screened in porch and the fire pit. Everything about this home is top notch! The location is great with so many things to do in the area. The property manager was super helpful and quick to respond with any questions we had. We will definitely be back!

Perfect location for ski weekend

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful weekend at the Summit Estate! Very stylish and cozy furnishings. Our party of 18 had plenty of room to spread out. Perfect ski in/out location to give max flexibility to a large group (and boot dryers in garage!) We made dinner every night in the well-appointed kitchen...lots of room for people to help chop or linger over a glass of wine. Hot tub and fire pit were great. Highly recommend! We will be back!

Almost Perfect

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is a wonderful vacation home, perfect for a large group skiing at Boyne. It's beautifully decorated and is stocked with everything you need! In fact, it's the second year we have stayed here. My only negative comments: 1) the sofa is terribly uncomfortable and 2) the downstairs bedrooms/bath are really cold. If these two things could be rectified, it would definitely be a perfect rental!

Less than optimal management.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The shower water was cold. Everyone dreaded taking a shower. The maintenance person couldn’t repair it. The fridge water dispenser and ice maker did not work. Also the filter needed to be changed. Maintenance couldn’t help! I side of the toaster doesn’t work not work. Powder bathroom door gets stuck. Garbage disposal didn’t work. No one came to repair it. A little disappointing when you pay so much!We all had a great time. Nice place with a nice location.

A lack of hot water is a major inconvenience, and we understand how frustrating it must have been for everyone to dread taking a shower. That alone is not acceptable, and we’re sorry our team wasn’t able to resolve it quickly. Combined with the non-functioning water dispenser and ice maker, a broken toaster, stuck bathroom door, and a garbage disposal that wasn’t repaired during your visit—we completely understand your disappointment, especially considering the cost of your stay. We’re currently reviewing all of these concerns with our maintenance and property care teams, and we’ve escalated the issues to the homeowner as well. Each of these items will be addressed promptly to ensure future guests have the fully functional, high-quality experience we’re committed to providing. We truly appreciate you pointing out the positives—the home itself and the location—and we’re grateful that your group was still able to enjoy time together despite these challenges. That said, your experience fell short of our standards, and we take that seriously. Thank you again for your honesty. Summit Estate Review

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Summit Estate was very nice, although the "common space" was small for a home with this many bedrooms. Also, there was only one common space with nothing in the basement. It wasn't ski in/out. There was walking required. Not horrible, but important to note for Edelwiess.
