Family-friendly Villa in Menorca with gorgeous sea views, and spacious garden

Villa Sol Del Este is a spacious Menorca holiday villa set on three levels, with beautiful, rich lawns, ample parking and beautiful views over the quaint village of Es Castell to the sea.
The house itself offers comfortable accommodation both internally and externally. The house is furnished to a high standard in an intriguing mixture of stylish and antique. There is air conditioning/heating in all the bedrooms.
The Villa offers a very safe environment for younger children, the garden being entirely walled. Very good bedroom/ bathroom arrangements for large parties. The pool, within shady surrounds, is an excellent focal point for both children and adults.

The front entrance to Villa Sol Del Este opens into a hallway with a staircase to the upper levels. On the ground floor of Villa Sol Del Este are two twin bedrooms sharing a bathroom and a double bedroom with en suite bathroom. At the end of the hall a door leads out to the pool terrace and gardens. On the first floor this Menorcan villa has a lounge/dining room with patio doors allowing plenty of natural light, opening onto a covered terrace. From here steps lead down to the private pool. Adjacent to the living room is a separate kitchen, which is beautifully tiled.
On this same floor is a double bedroom with en suite bathroom, a twin bedroom, a single bedroom and a shared bathroom. Further stairs lead to the upper level of this Es Castell holiday villa where there is a second lounge with patio doors to the roof terrace.
Outside Villa Sol Del Este, the pool terraces are walled to give a good deal of privacy. Slightly raised from the pool area itself, there is an attractive stone barbecue and seating area, great for alfresco dining. The villa also enjoys ample, rich lawns with scattered flowers and palm trees.
