Great Location on the Beach

This condo faced the mountains so you can sit on the balcony to watch the sunrise. The condo was spacious and has all the amenities needed to spend the day on the beach instead of the pool. Would definitely stay here again.

Amazing Vacation

The property grounds are beautiful, family friendly, clean and very accessible. The condo was beautiful. It has all the amenities; fully stocked kitchen, bathrooms were large and functional, the bedrooms had ample room, and the living space was a great place for all of us to get together and relax. The property manager was responsive and easy to communicate with. We received an email with very detailed instructions on how to access the room.We would highly recommended staying here.

Overall the condo was great and the resort was fantastic! We loved the pools, the beach and the onsite restaurant. The only downside was that yhe lanai was unusable due to the high winds and loud parking lot noise.

Beautiful property. Great pools for parents who just want to relax while the kids frolic. Fantastic beaches with all the sand you could want and amazing snorkeling opportunities right there. You could just stay put and have an amazing Hawaiian vacation. We will be back.

Great condo

We had the best vacation. The unit was incredibly clean and spacious. It fit our family of 4 perfectly. Watching the sunrise from the lanai each morning was such a wonderful way to start our day and the resort had everything we needed. The location is great, the staff are wonderful, and the property manager was incredibly proactive and so easy to work with. Book this condo! You will love it!

Wonderful property!

Excellent, very comfortable property. Had extra amenities like dish soap, trash bags, paper products making the stay very easy. Owner was immediately accessible by mobile phone and text. Great location including several pools to choose from and great access to paved walking path along Kanaapali beach. Mountain facing view was beautiful and quiet and probably better than the ocean facing views from this same property which probably get noise from the pool.

Great location and for families!

Property was great for our family of 6. It had sand toys, chairs, boogies boards...pretty much anything you needed for the beach. The kitchen has everything you would need for meals. Bathrooms had plenty of towels, toilet paper and a start with complimentary shampoo and soap. We loved the pools at Honua Kai, the slide was super fun!! The location was great to many beaches nearby. Perfect spot for families. Fereshteh was responsive and easy to work with. Highly recommend.

Great condo, poor lighting

Great place for family. We cooked a lot for dinner and had to buy some tongs as the ones in the condo were huge. We also left some beach towels. My only complaint is the lighting throughout the condo. If it is overcast or dark it is hard to see things in the kitchen . The bathroom lighting could be brighter. Enjoyed our stay, will get a condo overlooking the ocean next time

Excellent condo & management

We throughly enjoyed our stay in this 2 bedroom condo in the Honua Kai resort. We have previously rented many condos but none were as clean at this one was upon our arrival. Communication with the host, Fereshteh was excellent. We had one small issue that was resolved quickly. Some of the small details included: shampoo, conditioner and body wash dispensers in each shower; dishwasher pods, laundry detergent, garbage bags,use of 4 beach chairs, beach umbrella, pool noodles and cooler. The beach towel kiosks were easy to use. The free underground parking was appreciated and we had no trouble finding spots. The grounds and pools of the Honua Kai resort are beautiful and well cared for. The beach walk boardwalk made for a nice morning walk/run. I would absolutely recommend renting this unit.

Property-10 Housekeeping-1

The property itself was very nice. And I would stay here again. However, here is a list of issues that I had with the room (622) itself and were mostly related to housekeeping: -hairs on the pillows -shower floor was dirty -bathroom counters were unclean -light switches were not clean and has makeup/food on them -trash left in drawers -previous persons clothes left in laundry baskets -food under sofa * The cleaning was downright unacceptable during a pandemic! We also had a overflow in the washing machine drain due to a clogged pipe and the water was turned off for 1 night due to a leak in the building. Perhaps the owner will address the housekeeping issue since we are paying for this service! If you can stand these issues, it is a great place to stay! The provided cooler and beach chairs were a nice addition to have.

Beautiful mountain views

We had a great stay at this condo. Loved the beautiful mountain views and relaxing atmosphere. Fereshteh was a great host and even offered to send the cleaners back after they skipped a few spots. Overall, we were pleased with the condo and would stay again.

Beautiful condominium in a great location

We truly enjoyed our stay at this property; it was modern, clean, and has a great location. The condo looks recently updated and is beautiful. It is also in a great location- close to parking, the beach, pool, everything we needed. We would definitely return and stay here again!
