Just steps away, you can enjoy fine dining in the MonteLago Village. Want to eat in? Stop by Seasons Grocery store for all your culinary supplies. The Village also offers free concerts, activities, and events year round.

Lake Las Vegas Water Sports offers everything from extreme adventures like Flyboarding, to something more relaxing like stand up paddle boards. If you don’t want to get wet, then check out the back trails on their bikes! Whatever you prefer, they have something for everyone!!

Perfect for staying off the strip

We loved the location and view of the condo. Great view of the lake and pool area. The outdoor pool and hot tub were wonderfully warm enough to be able to use despite the cooler weather. Communication was quick and helpful from the host. She was so kind and understanding of us having young kids. The others in the condo who I met were also so friendly and welcoming, even those who lived there full time. The laundry room was easy to use as you could use a credit card or app to pay.

Great place on the lake.

We loved this VRBO! The location was so beautiful and the village was awesome. We ate all our meals there and they were all wonderful. We would stay again!!

Relaxing

Very relaxing and quiet…the toilet in the master ran and you have to wiggle the handle every time, front door handle is coming off the door, couch wasn’t comfortable at all, and the beds aren’t comfortable…

Relaxing get-away

Clean, quiet respite. A couple of good restaurants on site, friendly peeps. Enjoyed live music on Sunday eve. I would return for a little escape.

Wedding Destination

Enjoyed the roomy condo and the peaceful balcony viewing the hills and surroundings. The adjacent Village with the restaurants and stores made things easy for the trip. Our Host was great throughout the rental process and responded promptly to any of our concerns.

Great Condo in Lake Las Vegas!

Great condo! Well stocked, spacious, clean and had a great view. Beds were comfortable as well. Property is well maintained and we enjoyed the pool. It was a wonderful retreat to come back to after being on the busy strip.

Always a great stay

This is my go to property in Lake Las Vegas. The views are breathtaking and the condo has everything one would need from extra towels, hairdryers to utensils. Laurel, the owner is wonderful to work with as well, she was always available to answer any questions. Looking forward to our next stay already.

Our new Lake LV go to place!

We absolutely love this wonderfully remodeled two bedroom two bath condo on the fifth floor. Great view overlooking the pool area and out to the lake and easy proximity to everything that the village has to offer. Communication with Laurel was also great, any questions we had were answered promptly. We will stay here again in a heartbeat and I’ve already recommended the condo to multiple friends. Thank you so much for providing such a lovely place to be our base for the weekend!

Great views, quiet and very comfortable

Wonderful property and location. Very comfortable with fantastic views of Lake Las Vegas and surrounding mountains. Beautiful sunrises and sunsets from the balcony. Laurel is a great host - super friendly and very responsive. We get to Lake Las Vegas a few times a year and are looking forward to staying with Laurel again!!

Hidden Gem

This property hit all of our expectations. Beautifully layed out, spacious, clean and quiet. The Host Laurel was super responsive and thoughtful. Everything kitchen tool we needed from essentials for cooking and a very comfortable bed for restful nights. The property is located far enough away from the Las Vegas Strip hustle and bustle during the 2024 Superbowl week and close enough to get to all of our venue events and shows in time with very little stress. Easy acess and loved the nail salon, market and restaurants just steps away from the condo. Fabulous view of Lake Las Vegas.

Great Stay at Lake Las Vegas

We vacationed with another couple and stayed at Lake Las Vegas which was a 30 minute ride into the Vegas Strip. We relied on ride sharing which, when split between the 2 couples, was reasonable. The condo had everything you needed: full kitchen with coffee maker and toaster; TVs in the living area as well as the two bedrooms; a balcony off the living area with a rather private and unobstructed lake view from the 5th floor; separate dining table for four; and the couch and beds were very comfortable. Decor was attractive.and communication with host was excellent. We stayed at the Viera Condos four nights (Monday to Thursday leaving Friday) in January and many of the village restaurants and shops were only open on Friday/weekends. There were several restaurants and a very nice grocery store that was open however, which was all we needed. This is the off-season and activity on the lake was minimal. I can see it being very active in summer months. We toured the Del Webb senior home complex on the other side of the lake as well as the Westin Hotel. Men enjoyed a day of golf at Reflection Bay within minutes from the condo while the ladies shopped at the District-Green Valley Ranch in Henderson and lunch at Kings Fish House. I highly recommend staying here if you want to have a more quiet stay off the main Vegas strip.

Christmas at Lake Las Vegas

For those who are visiting family in Henderson, Lake Las Vegas is an excellent choice. It’s a quick drive away from traffic. This condo at Lake Las Vegas has a beautiful view of the lake. It’s furnished comfortably and has all the kitchen supplies you might need. I love being able to walk downstairs for coffee and a bite to eat. I would definitely stay here again!

Great Condo

This condo was beautifully decorated just as the pictures indicated. It was clean and all the basic amenities needed for a short stay provided. Communication with the host was easy. The best thing was the view of Lake Las Vegas from the balcony. We only stayed 2 nights after a 2 week trip but I wish we had scheduled more time there.

Excellent Stay

The condo is clean and beds are comfortable. We loved the view from the balcony. The pools on the property are nice and well kept. If you need to be in Las Vegas but want to stay off the strip, this is a great option.
