Casa Sudano is a beautiful two bedroom, two bathroom 1,049 square foot condominium located within the Viera Private Residences, Lake Las Vegas, Henderson Nevada. The Viera is a Mediterranean inspired lakeside resort offering two gorgeous pools, a large spa and fitness center. Case Sudano is located in the heart of the Village at Lake Las Vegas. The Village offers numerous venus for dinning, adult beverages and groceries are available at Season Market which are all within easy walking distance. Water sports, such as paddle boarding and kayaking are also available in the Village from Lake Las Vegas Watersports.

Our motto is “ Stay here for three days or three months, you will never get tired of the view”. Located on the top floor, Casa Sudano has outstanding views of Lake Las Vegas, Reflection Bay Golf Course, the Viera’s pool area and surrounding mountains. Enjoy the stunning beauty of Lake Las Vegas from our large balcony while enjoying your favorite beverage or sipping your morning coffee looking out over the lake. We especially enjoy watching the Lake Las Vegas Rowing Club members practice their rowing techniques.

Casa Sudano can offer everything for an outstanding family oriented Las Vegas vacation. Lake Las Vegas, located just 20 minutes from the Las Vegas Strip, offers a calm respite from the hustle and bustle of the neon lights. Just 4 miles down the road is the the entrance to Lake Mead National Recreational Area. Numerous other fun destinations are within an hour drive from Lake Las Vegas. One can explore and enjoy, Lake Mead, Hoover Dam, historical Boulder City, Valley of the Fire State Park, Red Rock Canyon and Black Canyon National Water Trail.

Lake Las Vegas, a 20 minute drive from McCarran International Airport, is a master planned resort community built around a 320 acre lake. There are almost 10 miles of shoreline that accent the panoramic views of the mountains beyond.  With its Mediterranean flair, Montelago Village, the Village at Lake Las Vegas, is the center piece of this multi billion dollar project. And, the Viera Condominiums, Casa Sudano, is in the center. It truly is a family friendly resort experience offering something for everyone!! Perfect for families who want to visit Las Vegas, but want to leave the “Vegas scene” behind at the end of the day!!

The condo was totally renovated in 2019 and there are new appliances and furnishings throughout. Including, new Bosch washer and dryer.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful condo. The location is fantastic - close to everything yet peaceful and relaxing. The views from the deck are beautiful. The condo was clean, very comfortable, and well maintained. We would definitely stay here again.

Don’t hesitate on this one. I have nothing bad to say and if anything, they are underselling th location. Great dining is within the complex and you have a variety of things to do that don’t include casinos.

Awesome place! Great location just outside the strip. Beautiful view. Sits right on Lake Las Vegas. The hosts were very inviting and responded to our questions immediately. Possibly the best VRBO unit we’ve ever stayed in. We highly recommend this place!

Fantastic Getaway

My family really enjoyed our stay at this fantastic condo. My wife spent most of her time at the pool and I enjoyed relaxing on the balcony with a beautiful view of the lake. If you have a chance, you must stop in at A&M Pasta Lab just steps away in the Village and pick up some amazing pasta and tomato basil sauce.

Amazing Condo!!!

Everything was 5 star! The location and the views were spectacular! The pictures didn’t do them justice. The hosts instructions were impeccable. We loved our time at this condo and would definitely book again if we come back.

Great Stay in Lake Las Vegas!

I highly recommend Casa Sudano for your Lake Las Vegas getaway! The location is perfect, with nice views of the lake and within walking distance to multiple restaurants and shops. Casa Sudano was very clean and welcoming. Jean was very communicative, and the check-in process was smooth. The beds were comfy and allowed for a good night’s sleep after a day of exploring the desert. If you are looking for a place to stay in Lake Las Vegas, Casa Sudano is perfect!

Great experience

We truly enjoyed our stay at the condo, beautiful home and well cared for. Close to Lake Mead and Hoover Dam( highly recommend the tour) and just a short drive to the LV strip. Valley of Fire NP is a bit over an hours drive but totally worth it, absolutely beautiful scenery!

Amazing View

We had a wonderful time. The condo was perfect for our family. The view was spectacular! Kids loved the pool, the onsite grocery was nice, and their holiday coffee was perfect! Easy to get to and within 30 mins to downtown Vegas and the Hoover Damn.

We are Joe and Jean and our Lake Las Vegas Condo is a 2nd home. We love the Lake Las Vegas area for the amenities it offers. The Vegas Strip/Downtown, Lake Mead Recreational area, Hoover Dam and Valley of Fire State Park are just a few of the many sites and activities that we have enjoyed. We also take advantage of the many walking and biking paths in the area. Joe really enjoyed the fly boarding offered on Lake Las Vegas. When not staying at Casa Sudano, we are at home in California or traveling in our RV.

O que faz essa propriedade ser única?

The Viera Condominums offers two beautiful pools and a large hot tub. One of the pools and the hot tub are heated year around. The Montelago Village, an easy five minute walk, offers several restaurants, pubs, and, Season's, a fully stocked grocery store and Deli. Las Vegas is about a 20 minute drive and offers almost anything anyone would desire.

There is free covered parking available.

At this time, there are no casinos within Lake Las Vegas. However, The Speakeasy will be a new gambling establishment that will be opening soon. For the those who want to gamble, there are numerous casinos located within eight to ten miles of Casa Sudano. Just minutes and easy walk from our condo, one can play darts or billiards at The Pub while sipping on a favorite craft beer. Or, enjoy sipping a margarita at Sonrisa’s Mexican Restaurant lively patio that regularly has live musical entertainment. The Village also offers fine dining at Mimi & Coco’s Bistro or Luna Rossa Italian Restaurant. Eating outside on a beautiful warm evening or day is just so enjoyable and relaxing.
