Blending History with Modernity.
Originally a 19th Century Printing House built by Gustave Eiffel (later used by the Resistance to print their papers in secret), the Luxury Designer Loft combines modern, luminous, open space with original Parisian architectural design elements.

Guests' favorite features include:

- 8m (26 ft) ceilings
- a double-height cathedral window flooding the property with natural daylight
- artist murals paying tribute to the original printing house and its artistic signature
- a gym & relaxation room featuring an original 1st Century Roman wall (identified to be the original perimeter wall of 'Lutetia', later to become 'Paris', built by the first Roman settlers).

The Luxury Designer Loft is located in Quartier Montorgueil, a surprisingly calm haven right in centre of Paris and only a short walk from the Louvre, the Marais and many other popular sites. Guests love Montorgueil for its authentic Parisian charm and architecture; its diverse restaurants, cafés and bars; its wonderful range of fresh produce, patisseries, wine merchants and chocolate houses; its warm and friendly atmosphere where visitors are welcomed and find their place like local Parisians!

Combine business trips with pleasure. The Luxury Designer Loft's state of the art facilities combine full support for professionals with spacious overnight accommodation. The Loftfactory is also adaptable for a wide range of commercial and event rentals such as weddings, showrooms, cocktails, dinners, press events, seminars, photo-shoots and work-shops (please enquire for further details and rates).

Living Spaces
2 complementary lounges designed to accompany you throughout your stay: one in the main volume of the Loft and another more intimate space on the upper level under the skylights. Relax. Entertain. Drink afternoon tea or apertifs. Watch movies (on a cinema screen). Enjoy after dinner relaxing.

Open Dining and Kitchen Space
A dining table for up to 8 persons (larger groups possible) and a kitchen island designed to sit around while preparing food or drinks. Remain part of the group discussion and toast with an aperitif while you prepare the family meal. The Luxury Designer Loft is perfect for Birthdays and Anniversaries. We can arrange for a top chef to prepare you a tailor made meal or arrange for a wine tasting with gastronomic bites.

4 Queen Bedrooms:
Depending on your personal requirements we can prepare up to 4 Queen bedrooms including a master bedroom with its own furnished balcony and en suite bathroom with sunken bath and rain shower.

Gym and relaxation room:
This unique space surrounded by an original 1st Century Roman wall, offers well being and relaxation. Equipped with Sauna, Hydro-jet massage shower, multi-gym, free weights, yoga mats and home cinema and music system.

3.5 bathrooms:
Includes: Ground floor shower room with toilet; Master bathroom with sunken bath, shower and toilet; Lower floor gym shower and sauna; Upper floor half bathroom with toilet.

Terrace: Furnished terrace includes two bistro tables with chairs for breakfast of aperitifs outside.
