All furnishings including linens and towels, all new furniture and accessories.

Fully equipped kitchen with granite counter tops, Tiles throughout the living / dining room. Bedrooms with wood flooring and plenty of closet space.
Master bedroom with king-size bed, 2nd bedroom with a queen size bed and pull out chair, apartment will sleep a total of 5 people comfortably.

Central A/C, Washer/Dryer, Ironing board, Beach Chairs /Umbrella ...

High-speed internet, 55" TV, Neflix, Antenna TV, Pluto TV, Amazon Prime...

Master Bedroom has a 39" TV with similar features.

Property is in a well maintained small and quiet gated community.

The heated pool area is amazing. There are lounge chairs, tables and a hot tub. Property has a wonderful clean gym on site. Playground for children, volleyball and tennis courts.

Golf course across the street, Village Commons plaza with a supermarket and lots of shops and restaurants/bars 1 mile away.

Palm Beach Outlet Mall 5 min., Downtown and City Place 10 min by car, Beach and Worth Ave. 10 min.

Condo has all the amenities of your own home, the kitchen is well stocked with pots and pans, utensils and everything you may need.

Bedrooms have all the linens as well as plenty of bath and beach towels.

Wonderfull place!!

It was a worderfull stay at your place, the only details is that it's located at a third floor and you need to use the stair s with you bags, all the rest was so easy, so complete and nice, so modern!!

Great Stay

Clean, updated, quiet and comfortable. Well stocked with everything we needed. Pool was clean and refreshing. Owner was excellent and easy to reach for any questions. West Palm stay

Place was great. Easy to find and well located. Clean two bedroom with all the amenities and owners were very easy to communicate with. Bathrooms were great & kitchen had everything. TV set up was perfect & kept us occupied with all the rain!! Would stay here again

A wonderful condo

We were extremely happy with our stay. The host was exceptional, helping us resolve a problem and checking in with us to make sure everything was going good. The condo was well stocked and very centrally located, not far from beaches, shopping and restaurants. The pool was very nice and never too many people. In general, the place was very quiet. We would definitely stay again.

Very Nice Unit

The unit was perfect in every way. Our host left a welcome guide explaining TV programming, local beaches and attractions, etc. Very helpful. Additionally, they anticipated everything a guest might need and provided an ample supply. Highly recommended.

Great place for an extended stay!

Staying at this condo made our trip incredibly convenient. They had everything. My wife and son were able to go to the beach with chairs and towels provided. The washer and dryer were a life saver. It was also great to sit out on the back deck every morning with our coffee. The owners were incredibly nice and very easy to work with. We were disappointed that the hot tub advertised was out of service for my son’s football recovery but the pool was very clean and quiet. Overall a great place to stay. Would def rent again.

Pictures don’t do it Justice!

The pictures didn’t touch the beauty and cleanliness of this place. They had absolutely everything we could need to spend a day out shopping or at the beach. Beach chairs, and umbrella, beach bags, and even sunscreen. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we could use as well as bathroom needs. They even had a hairdryer and iron. The owners were readily available with answers to my quick question and the place was even ready early!!

Alles, was man braucht

Tolles Appartment, ausgestattet mit allem was man braucht. Gerade die kleinen Dinge wie Küchentücher, Seife, Abwaschmittel usw. alle vorhanden, so dass man sich eigentlich um nichts kümmern muss. Vermieter sehr freundlich, hat alles gepasst. Herzlichen Dank dafür.

Great Condo for a golf vacation!

We stayed for 2 weeks in this very spacious and comfortable condo. There are many beautiful golf courses within 20-30 minutes. Great location with plenty of restaurants and shopping nearby, including Tanger Outlets. Well-stocked kitchen with all the pots, pans, utensils and anything else you will need if you decide to cook. It was nice to have beach chairs and an umbrella to take to the nearby beaches. It was also a plus to have a washer and dryer inside the condo. The owner provided great communication before and during our stay. He was in contact with us to check that everything was ok and offered assistance if needed. Overall a nice place to stay when enjoying the West Palm Beach area.

Perfect place

We enjoyed our stay here very much. We especially appreciated how well the condo was equipped with tableware, cooking utensils and basic foodstuffs as well as other supplies like beach towels, chairs and toys. Hosts Alex and Mila were very responsive. The pool was great!

Better than a Hotel

The property was daily priced according to what we received. Service fees and cleaning fees. We appreciate the opportunity to stay. The beds need a upgrade (we are older and more picky), master tv didn't turn on and the water pressure was very very poor. (figured this might be across Florida) Had a cold shower the first night, but owner corrected the user error quickly. They need a sign in the bathroom to help with 1st shower . Access to downtown was 5 minutes as planned. Tennis courts were unplayable so that was the biggest disappointment since I chose this spot for the access to tennis. Didn't know how to find the pool, but that again is user error I believe. . As much as the above was dissatisfying, the daily price and owner were great. Yes, we would stay again, but be better prepared for things out of our control or ask better questions before booking anywhere with Vrbo. Washer and dryer made up for disappointment. It was nice to have all included which is why I am sure the service fee etc is higher than other places around this condo area. Safe and friendly it was for my family. Being honest - tight budget made this place our castle. and good memories down the road. thank you

Nice Condo in West Palm Beach

Nice, Clean Condo in West Palm Beach. Complex has nice pool and hot tub area. Condo is 15 - 20 minute drive to multiple beaches in the area. Kitchen is nicely supplied. Nice to have 2 beach chairs, a beach umbrella, and 2 Styrofoam body boards provided for the beach. Our family of 4 enjoyed our visit.

Great place near downtown without downtown pricing!

The property was open and beautiful. The cathedral ceiling, large bedrooms, and large bathrooms made it feel very spacious. The kitchen was stocked with every utensil you could need and we enjoyed cooking “at home.” My kids and I felt very comfortable in the condo and enjoyed the beach and the pool daily! We will come back again! Downtown and city beach (maybe 10 min drive) Sailfish/Peanut Island Ferry (15 minutes) Juno & Jupiter Beaches (25 minutes) Great location to see it all!

Comfortable condo

The condo was very comfortable with everything you’d need for an extended stay. The beds were very good, bathrooms were new, the location was close to a lot of shopping and activities. The hosts were easy to get in touch with. My only minor issue was the cleanliness of the tile floor in the main room and kitchen. It was clean on the surface but wasn’t very clean when wiping the floor. It needs a more thorough approach to cleaning it. It might not bother others but I’m somewhat of a clean “freak”. We enjoyed breakfast on the balcony and the pool was very nice.

Excellent get away spot

We rented this location for the holiday and it was perfect. Not only were we in a secure location, we were close to shopping, restaurants and downtown. Our hosts were great and communication was easy. The kitchen had everything I needed for cooking meals in. The beds were extremely comfortable and it was very quiet.

Amazing First Stay!

You will want for nothing!

We stayed here for three weeks and everything was perfect. This was not a vacation for us, but rather we needed a place to stay while we took care of some family business. We cooked many meals, and can honestly say that the kitchen is well stocked with everything you could possibly need. The condo was very clean, organized, and nicely decorated. It was just as described and we felt very comfortable there. Thank you for everything!
