The condo offers a full kitchen, perfect for putting together a home cooked meal with plenty of seating for dining with the family. Nicely updated and clean

Have been staying at at Bayview every summer for several years and this was the nicest condo we have had so far. Loved being closer to the water. Thank you for a great family vacation.

Great however…

We loved the condo and its location on the bay. Vacasa checked in on us the day we checked in to make sure that everything went smoothly and the condo was as expected. We responded that it was but we really hadn’t had a chance to look because as soon as arrived at the condo we took our belongings in and left. The next morning I woke up really stuffy and had itchy eyes later I found out why, there was pet hair under the recliner and on the shelf on the coffee table.

Great stay by the bay

This was a fantastic home base for our visit to Orange Beach. While it was too hot to enjoy some of the outdoor amenities, like the deck and outdoor seating and table off the parking bay, we enjoyed fishing (and catching!) from the dock and using the grill. We definitely loved the pool near the front gates and that it was available until 11 pm. With two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a sleeper sofa there was plenty of space to spread out as well as some games to play. Though the a/c wasn't working when we arrived, the management company sent a repairman before we were even aware of the issue and he quickly took care of it. We thought we needed to enter the 4 digit code on the door marked 67 in front of the parking spot to get in, but explored a bit more and found the stairs that led up to the actual entryway with the 4 digit code. We'd definitely stay again if we're back in the area!

No hot water and no response from vacasa

We arrived Friday night and went to dinner immediately. When we got back to the room everyone was excited to shower after a long day and relax. To our surprise there was no hot water so I call vacasa. After waiting on hold 30 minutes I decided to send a message and try again in the morning. Call again Saturday morning and wait another 20+ minutes and send another message. Again no response. I send another 2 messages with zero response from Vacasa. Whole family takes cold showers since clearly customer service isn’t a priority of this company.

Worst Rental Experience Ever

On the first day of our trip, I received a text that our condo was clean and eligible for early check in. Upon arrival to our condo, we found that another couple was currently staying there. The other couple arrived as I was trying to enter the condo. They assumed I was trying to break into the condo and met me with aggression. It was a stressful and scary experience. We discovered the condo was double booked. The condo we were switched to was dirty and had no WiFi. The floor of the master bathroom was covered in sand. The lack of Wifi prohibited us from using safety items that were needed for our newborn daughter. We had to reach out several times for info on our new condo. We will not be using VRBO ever again. We will also be telling everyone about this horrible experience.

Overall great property, just need some maintenance on several items

Overall the place was nice and clean. The complex is quiet and cozy. The pool was great. Cable channels were difficult to figure out. A channel guide would have been nice (football season). Boat launch and boat slips were great! There are several areas that need maintenance. Kitchen sink was clogged and sink garbage disposal did not work. Also, master bathroom sink was partially clogged and was very slow to drain. Microwave was very rusty on the inside and did not look safe to use.

Disappointed stay

Boat launch and dock were still closed. We attempted numerous times to get update on this prior to our stay and could never get response. By the time we found out it would not be ready it was too late to cancel our reservation. Tennis courts were completely unusable for tennis. Condo could have been cleaner. Found roach on kitchen floor first morning. Very disappointing.

Well Pleased

My family and I was gracious after the walk through of the home. Love the fact that kitchen utensils was alredy in the cabinets. My baby girl loved the pool... I'm so glad I chose BAYVIEW❤️

We stay at Bayview a couple times a year. and this is one of my favorite units. It's closer to the water, on the 2nd floor, and beautifully decorated.

Perfect

Loved the condo. Clean and beautifully decorated with a real beach vibe. Loved the privacy and the convenient location. Neighbors seem to know each other. They welcomed us right into the family even though it was just for the weekend.

Clean, Comfy, and Well-located.

Although a little on the "vintage" side of age, the unit we stayed in was clean, well furnished, and quite comfortable, with a pretty view of the bay from the balcony. The property is very well maintained, and the good behavior and friendliness of the other guests and owners made for a most pleasant stay. The property is well-located, almost in the middle of short trips to all the beaches and attractions. The entrance gate is a little tricky to find because it is modest and does not attract one's attention. Once found, however, it is easy to access and use repeatedly. The property is very competitively priced, and a great value. Booking, check-in and check-out are a breeze. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a low-key, quiet, clean, and comfy place to stay!

The condo was nicely decorated and we were glad to find it last minute. However, we had a couple problems with it. First, the listing description says 3 bedrooms but it only had two. Secondly, the neighbors were very loud. The walls are very thin between the units and the music and yelling from neighbors literally shook the walls. People were out on balconies drinking and partying. Not a good place to stay for a quiet family looking for a good night’s rest. Our children slept on the couch where it was quieter. We will not be returning. Recommend for college kids!

Comfortable Stay

Unit was the right size for our small group. Furniture was comfortable except for for the fold out bed. Kitchen was well stocked with cooking items. Bedrooms were also comfortable. Deck was large and semi good view. Only two negatives, stairs to unit are too steep for an elderly person or very young children. Parking for two cars and pool were were great.
