This 2 Bedroom / 2 Bath condo is a boat friendly, gorgeous spot on Wolf Bay. Boats are allowed, trailers too! Unit 23 has DEEDED trailer parking. There is a wharf and boat launch! Docking facility on site (first come, first serve basis), so this is a boaters paradise! The boat launch and a few boat slips are available (FCFS). The ones on the first finger to the right. No lifts are there.

Located in the heart of Orange Beach, directly off Canal Road. Gated community access. Close to loads of restaurants, shopping and a short drive to the public beaches!

Free HiSpeed Wifi and two Smart TVs for watching NETFLIX, Amazon Prime, HULU, etc on your personal account! Two TVs in the unit with 50 inch TV in living room & 32" in the primary bedroom. Streaming only at this property, no cable TV.

E-thermostat allows cooling to 70 deg. System disable w balcony door open > 5min.

Boats & trailers are allowed - no guarantee of boat mooring. Please mention if you'll be bringing a boat to receive important information & requirements. Boat registration & insurance required. Renter/occupant must be at least 25 years old, no smoking, no pets.

Monthly stays are from the 1st of the month to the 1st of the next month (Nov 1-March 1). We do not prorate our rates.
