New fully remodeled 1 bedroom condo, exactly 1 block from the beach! Restaurants and shopping within walking distance. This condo DOES NOT have waterview from the interior

The space

Beautiful condo located directly on the Inter-coastal with a pool.Exactly 1 block from the beach and within walking distance to many shops and local amenities! Perfect for couples, young families and groups of friends traveling together. Must be 25 or older to book, no parties.

This 1 bedroom,1 bathroom condo will sleep 4 adults or children, plus a pack-n-play for a baby! There is a pull out couch in the living room in addition to a queen size bed in the bedroom. This condo does not have waterview from inside the unit. This condo does face the front of the property.

The Master bedroom includes a queen bed, full bath, and smart tv with free Netflix.

For families with small children: in addition to the pack-n-play provided, we have toys, games, beach toys and coloring books to help make our littlest guests more comfortable.

In the living room there is a pull out couch where you can enjoy watch your favorite Netflix shows on the large flat-screen. In the kitchen you will find everything you need to make a gourmet meal or you may cook-out on our patio area with our brand new grill. There is grocery delivery available and some of the best local restaurants just minutes away! Watch the sunset and boats by from our pool and patio all with comfortable sitting areas.

Private entrance, full kitchen, desk/work area, free wifi, microwave, kuerig, plates and utensils, 1 bedroom with queen bed, sofa bed. 2 smart tv's with free Netflix. 4 beach towels, 2 beach chairs and a beach wagon are also available inside the condo for use during your stay! There is a laundry room on site available for guests to

EVERYTHING WAS AS EXPECTED. Plenty of chairs around the pool for boat watching. Being able to walk to Walgreens and places to eat was super. The pier area was the best. The parking was spot on. We'll be sure to keep it in mind next year. Fort Lauderdale airport is easy to get in and out and the rental cars right there is a plus.

Gymnastics get away

My girls loved the pool and short walk to the Beach. Kilwins ice cream and sinful crepes are highly recommended.

Wonderful stay

Our family of four loved our stay at this condo! We had a great time by the pool, and we watched the boats drive by throughout the day. It was a very easy walk to the beach, and it was so convenient to have the beach cart and chairs. Our young children enjoyed using the beach toys as well. There were many great restaurants within walking distance which was wonderful. If we are ever in the area again, we would definitely plan another stay at this property!

Winter Retreat

Location is perfect for those who like to walk to the beach and many restaurants. It is clean and homey. Great spot to watch boat traffic. We love it!!!

Easy walk to beach

The condominium is just a five minute walk to the beach with easy access. If you’re looking for an inexpensive modest stay, this is a great place.

Do not miss this opportunity!!!

My goodness, I had so many delays by the way with my flight before getting to Florida due to the weather. After a hectic night, I finally arrived early in the morning and upon entering the home, it felt sooo cozyyyy and super inviting. I fell asleep right away. Everything was super clean, nice decor, the deck is absolutely gorgeous, right by the beach, superb view! The hosts were so responsive. I usually don’t bother them much but I needed to contact them every now and then and they were very nice. Location was super convenient as well, beautiful area. Would love to not only come back but will also 100% recommend it to anyone! Top notch, thank you!

Alles prima mit minimalen Abzügen

Bei dem Apartment hat fast alles gepasst: Netter Kontakt mit der Agentur, Fragen wurden schnell beantwortet. Die Unterkunft ist fast wie auf den Bildern. Nur fast, weil die Bilder etwas heller und größer wirken. Der Fußboden ist mit Laminat belegt, der sich an einigen Stellen hebt und kleine Lücken aufweist. Die Wohnung ist auch nicht ein Block, sondern drei Blocks vom Strand entfernt. Aber das schafft man gut zu Fuß, weil für Strandstühle und Strandtücher, die gestellt werden, ein kleiner Strandwagen vorhanden ist. Das einzige, was fehlt, ist ein Strandschirm. Der wäre echt nützlich, steht aber auch nicht in der Anzeige. Insofern ist das ein echter Verbesserungsvorschlag. Der Poolbereich zum Kanal hin ist echt toll. Man findet meist ein schattiges Plätzchen. Und der kleine Pool reicht zum schnellen Abkühlen aus. Alles in Allem 4 von 5 Sternen. Wir haben unseren Urlaub hier sehr genossen.

2 night stay before our cruise

This little spot was perfect!! It was furnished well with everything that we needed, clean, comfortable, and quiet. It was so nice to walk to the back and swim during the day while the beautiful boats passed by. It also was nice sitting by the water in the evening time. We will definitely be booking again!!

Our Honeymoon

We were given no toilet paper and there is black mold in every room and every vent. Needs a deep cleaning. Was also given the wrong condo that I originally paid for. Stayed in same building a couple years ago with no issues but definitely will never go back!!

Great location by the waterways and beach

Perfect location for a nice beach getaway. We loved sitting by the pool and watching the boats going around. 10 minute walk to the beach. We explored Fort Lauderdale and surrounding cities easily from here. Kids loved the pool.

Wonderful home

Beautiful house, perfect for a couple or small family. Really enjoyed the outside pool area and watching the boats go by on the intercostal. Would definitely stay here again. Very clean and well supplied.

Great Location!

My husband, our 16 year old daughter, and I stayed two nights during spring break. We were in town to visit Florida Atlantic University. We loved watching the boats in the waterway behind the property! We walked to restaurants and enjoyed a couple of laid back evenings in the back yard area. The unit had everything you would need for a day at the beach as well as plenty of towels and blankets for our stay. If you’re in the area, you can’t miss a drive through Hillsboro Beach to see the mansions and yachts. We saw some of those yachts cruise past our rental too. Very cool!

Pompano Beach

Absolutely perfect! We loved lounging by the pool area, watching the boats go by! Quick walk to the beach and having the beach wagon and chairs in the unit was a bonus! Easy walk to all of the nearby restaurants, too! The unit was tastefully decorated and very comfortable for the two of us! We loved our stay! ❤️
