Discover the perfect retreat for couples in this charming luxury one-bedroom, one-bath cottage. Thoughtfully designed with a unique set of pocket doors separating the living room and bedroom, the space easily transforms from a cozy private suite into an open-concept studio, creating a bright and inviting atmosphere.

Ideal for couples or couples traveling with a small child, this cottage offers a warm and comfortable setting to relax after a day of enjoying the resort's exceptional amenities. Whether you're preparing a leisurely breakfast, unwinding after an afternoon on the private beach, or watching the sunset over Lake Michigan, this cottage provides the perfect blend of comfort, flexibility, and timeless charm.

Guests will also enjoy access to the resort's luxury amenities, including the Olympic-sized heated swimming pool, private beach, tennis and pickleball courts, and beautifully maintained grounds—making every stay both relaxing and memorable.

This cottage currently rents on Sundays; however, beginning in 2027, it will rent on Fridays.

Peaceful Retreat

I really enjoyed my 3 day stay here. The property has wonderful amenities,I used the pool, the basketball courts and the beach. I appreciate the effort they made to keep the resort clean and well landscaped. I would definitely go back!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My husband and I arrived at the resort to a lovely cottage. It was stocked with pretty much everything we needed. I could have used an iron and ironing board. The unit was nice and clean. We had received details upon our arrival that were very helpful. The front door did give us a little trouble to lock. Overall everything was very nice. The grounds are well kept. The beach was wonderful. We really enjoyed our stay and would love to come back. I have already recommended it to someone. Thank you again.

It was not comfortable at all. We expected something more plush. This was our second visit to Sleepy Hollow, but the first time in this unit. We plan on returning again next year, but staying in a different unit. Andrew and Dale were very easy to work with during our stay.

It was spotless, comfortable and with lots of natural light coming through. The kitchen was well supplied. The washer/dryer came in very handy. We felt safe at night despite everything being dark outside. Two things to improve: the door lock needs to be fixed and the bug screens needs to be replaced around the unit.

Wonderful Get Away

My stay at Cottage 4A at Sleepy Hollow was all I could have hoped for and more. I needed some quiet time by myself away from work and family... and this was a beautiful spot to get just that. The beach and the view are spectacular, and I did much reading, resting, and reflecting (figuring out my work life) by the water. Cottage 4A is adorable and felt like a cozy, perfect-size place to rest, relax, read, and watch Netflix at night! I highly recommend a restorative stay at 4A and Sleepy Hollow to anyone!!

You must pass through the bedroom to get to the back deck and patio. We spent a lot of time at the beach or the pool and the weather was perfect. Great staff at Sleepy Hollow makes your vacation a vacation.
