Very nice house, walk to private beach

We loved our stay at 3 Sheets! The beds were comfortable, everything was clean and convenient, there were plenty of towels and the walk to the private beach was just what we were looking for! We stayed with 4 adults and 6 kids and were incredibly comfortable and content, we loved the big porch and the outdoor shower and hose made clean up super convenient! Thanks for making our vacation so smooth!

Spacious rooms in well equipted beach house

We did a lot of home cooking, I even baked cornbread and was glad to find cooking oil, plenty of salt and pepper and a few basic spices that made things easy. The kitchen is very well stocked with plenty of dishes, pots and pans and utensils. And everything worked well, although the coffee maker required extra touches to make it work, or perhaps a firmer pressure on the buttons in the right place! We were very comfortable. It was cold and the heater worked well, I assume if it had been cold the AC would have worked equally well. There were also extra blankets around which we appreciated since it was January in a cold spell.

Dirty/Needs Work

The pictures don't portray the property accurately. The house is not isolated/secluded. It's surrounded by other homes. The gulf/beach is accessible after a three block walk through a neighborhood and across a busy street. The deck is a nice place to sit/ gather, but there is nothing pleasant to look at. The interior was dirty (flooring, carpeting, furniture); bedding was old and had body odor smell; dishes, glassware, and silverware were put away dirty; cabinets and remotes for the TV were sticky; wads of hair on the shower floor; and some of the kitchen drawers nearly fell out when opened. The property manager was nice and apologetic and stated that all of my complaints regarding the uncleanliness would be addressed and even offered to send out a housekeeper - same day. Given our short stay, I declined. However, even if all of the cleanliness issues had been resolved, I would not choose to stay there again. To make this property attractive again, the grounds and interior need a makeover.

Perfect place for family time at the beach

Three Sheets is delightful! We had 5 adults and 4 kids under age 7 in our group and were very comfortable. Beach walk was easy even for the kids. Our favorite part was enjoying the deck under the sycamore trees in the morning and evening. Cara is great with communication and we appreciate her sharing this charming home so that we could make memories!

Close to beach, no crowds, clean and good location!

We had a wonderful stay at this beach cottage! It was so close to the beach. The beach was amazing!!! Not crowded at all. The cottage was so spacious with lots of room for our teenage & adult children to have their own space. The property was clean, quiet, peaceful, safe & conveniently located just a short drive away from Panama City Beach. No complaints at all! We are completely satisfied & would stay here again!

Pretty Much Perfect

This house is so lovely, and the area is pretty much perfect. It's far enough away from the crowds to be relaxing but close enough that going to the grocery or to get ice was just a quick trip out. My family loved everything about being here. The shady front patio was the icing on the cake for me personally. If I could leave more than 5 stars in my review I would!!

Sweet Three Sheets!

Three Sheets is a lovely get-away spot!! The setting is peaceful and was quiet. There were lovely trees shading the deck, and a breeze from the Gulf. Every item that I needed was available in the kitchen, as well as soft good sized towels in the very nicely renovated baths. The beds were comfy! The white soft sandy beach is very close and even in the week of July 4th was not crowded. Cara is available with any info you might need. Don't miss this beautiful spot!

Mothers Day weekend

Property was perfect for a little getaway. Very clean and neat. Awesome location. Only downfall for us was no tv in the bedrooms and the outdoor shower was broken which was one of the reasons we rented the house. I would highly recommend staying in this house with family or friends

Brother and sister get together

A charming property! We grilled, we cooked, we hung out on the porch, and played games into the evening. It couldn't have been more than a 5-minute walk to the beach! Soo easy to see the sunset on the beach! And it is a great location. Easy access to the grocery stores as well the best donuts on the beach. It's a straight shot on Front Beach road west to Pier Park and the rest of PCB. And to get to 30A, just drive west about 5 miles. The property owner was really easy to contact before the trip. It was a relaxing trip and a great experience.
