Fish Tales can be told here! What a great place to relax and unwind. Perfect location for everything. County boat ramp just steps away, just a short drive to beach, restaurants, and shopping. 30 minutes from Apalachicola or St. George Island.
Beautifully decorated, very clean, nice condo, fully equip kitchen, hard wood floors, up scale counter tops. Our home away from home is very comfortable and cozy. We have a king bed in the master and Triple bunk beds in the loft area,with balcony over looking the pool area, with hot tub. Sleeper Sofa in Living Room, our location is at the mouth of the Carrabelle River leading to the Gulf of Mexico. We offer use of our 70 lb. Ice machine located next to the Fish Cleaning Station under the Condo. Excellent fishing for the Bay, Gulf or the River. Also a great pool area for the kids. Large screened in area for relaxing and socializing. **Please ask about our cancellation policy & monthly rates**

You'll find yourself centrally located between Carrabelle and Eastpoint, with only a short drive to St. George Island or Apalachicola for shopping and fine dining. Other area attractions include: Tate's Hell Nature Trail, the Historic Carrabelle Lighthouse and Museum, Camp Gordon Johnston World War II Museum, Dog Island Ferry excursions, charter fishing, kayaking, cycling paths, guided boat tours at Wakulla Springs, Panacea's Gulf Specimen Marine Lab (with touch pools for children), Apalachicola National Estuary Research Reserve, St. James Bay Golf Course, a variety of local seafood eateries, and a local supermarket.

You get what you pay for

This unit needs attn! There are no knives, pans are shedding the non-stick surface and the kitchen is not equipped for much more than sandwich making. Sleeper sofa is broken - had to sleep sideways! Bare minimum essentials and not all of those. Bring your own everything.

Carrabelle stay

Very nice condo. Clean. Quiet. If we were to stay for a week though washer and dryer would be nice to have. But otherwise very nice place. We enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful condo

This was an amazing condo, it was clean and beautifully decorated. It had everything you would want coffee maker, a nice fridge with no odor. The living room had a pull out sofa and a beautiful convertible table. Appliances work well, the bunk beds were a hit with our children. We had lots of fresh clean towels which makes it nice if ur staying for a few days. We stayed 4 days. Boat ramp amazing plus, and the restaurant is literally steps away from this condo. We hope to return. The only thing down was no dryer or washer machine and when traveling with kids and us a family that fishes a lot makes things harder. My daughter had a bloody nose while she was sleeping and I would have like to wash the comforter out of respect for the owners of the house. But we just set it aside. Therefore if we would want to come for 1-2 weeks it would be hard. My children would drop crumbs on the floor and I couldn’t find a vacuum or a broom. So I had to pick it up with a wet paper towel. Also fan on the master bedroom needs cleaning. Overall you won’t be disappointed, loved they had a dvd player with some selection of movies. We watch Avengers for a family movie night. Cable and internet worked amazing since my husband had to work remotely some days. Beautiful house!

Great stay!

Nicely furnished and decorated condo unit. Small, but comfortable for a family of 4. Master bed was very comfortable. Great location with a good restaurant and a very nice free boat ramp just steps away. Pool and hot tub area very nice. I don't think the pool was heated, it was a little cool for swimming in March but the hot tub was great. Ice machine a great little perk. Short boat ride out to the bay and Dog Island, accessible even when there was a bit of a breeze. Beaches in the area fantastic with white fine sand. The public beach was just a couple miles away. We would stay here again.

Quiet place during the off season

My wife and I enjoyed our stay at this property. It was clean, easy to find and in a great location. Easy access to the boat ramp. Only possible negative would be the number of stairs to climb to get to the bedroom Otherwise, it's a great place to stay.

Comfortable and convenient

Complex is located near the main coastal highway that connects the beach and adjacent communities. Unit is comfortable and has the necessary things to make life relaxing.

We love Pirates Landing

We love staying here. So convenient for fishing and dog island. Just the right amount of space. Boat landing and restaurant right there.

Close fishing bed!!

This place was fantastic. Next to boat ramp, beds were really comfortable an kitchen allowed me to cook every night. My husband appreciated that. Pool an hot tub added quiet happiness to trip. Screened in porch was my favorite for morning coffee!! We will be back!

Excellent fishing getaway

Prime location, extremely clean, tons of amenities for the avid fisherman. Condo is right next to a boat ramp, has ice machine off of carport, hoses to rinse boat/rods and outlets to charge trolling motor.

Great place for a short stay and for 2-3 people

Very nice place to stay. Loved the screened porch, the pool was nice, the Bed was comfortable. Its a Great place for a few days since there is no washer and dryer. The only thing i might suggest is Maybe an explanation of the bath towels would be helpful. 4 adults and each had one bath towel left for us. I can only assume the property manager would bring fresh? We did not call and ask because it was not a problem for us, we brought extra beach towels. Carrabelle is a great town for fishing!

A Well Kept Secret

We enjoyed our stay. The condo is beautiful, the beds comfy (and I have back problems so that’s VIP), and the location nice and quiet. My kids LOVED the triple bunk. And the pool & spa are our favs. Special Things to Note: There is NO washer or dryer for this unit. HOWEVER, there is a coin laundry behind the local IGA.

This condo is very clean and well maintained but beyond that there are no benefits at all. We booked a week for three people and they only furnished 5 towels, yes 5 towels for three people for a week. This unit did not provide washer/dryer and there was no laundry facility on property therefore each day we came in from boating/fishing/beaching I had to hand wash beach towels and bathing suit and hand to dry. No iron, no blow dryer, no blender, the only bonus was ice machine on ground level to fill boat cooler. Again clean unit, no perks.
