The Space:

Echo Point Lake House is a large one level house on Lake Hamilton that has been recently updated. It is located in the popular 7 South area and is close to restaurants, a grocery store, and Hot Springs National Park attractions. The house is on a large point right on the lake in a quiet neighborhood and has a nice flat private backyard. It is located approximately 10-15 minutes from historic downtown Hot Springs, Bathouse Row and Oaklawn Racing Casino Resort.

Swim at your own risk (no lifeguard on duty). No diving permitted. There is not a fence between the house and the lake.

We were there with two families - 4 adults and 4 little kids for spring break. We could get everywhere we wanted to go in about 15 mins. The kids loved the bunk room.

We had an amazing stay at this lake house! The home was spotless, comfortable, and thoughtfully stocked with everything we could possibly need. The kitchen fully equipped with plenty of silverware, cookware, and all the essentials, which made cooking and dining so easy and enjoyable.The setting was peaceful, the views were beautiful, and the house felt like a true home away from home.We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing, well-prepared lake getaway.

We all had a wonderful time ! The home was lovely and had everything we needed plus ! The sunrises on the deck were beautiful and the guys enjoyed fishing every day ! Julia is such a great and accommodating host ! We would absolutely stay again !

Great lake house located on a quiet cove. Very clean, lots of space, comfortable beds, great location with a large boathouse. Located 15 minutes from downtown Hot Springs. We stayed here for a romantic anniversary getaway and enjoyed every minute. Lake Hamilton is a beautiful lake.

The home is on a quiet bay, nice neighbors, great dock for boats, kayak, fishing, and chilling to watch sunrise/sunsets. The home was clean and beds were comfy. Quick access to stores and restaurants. Plenty of room for the family of 8 to move around and find quiet spaces.

Amazing property!

We had a great time at Echo Point! This was the perfect place for a girls weekend. Plenty of seating for hanging out at night. Everyone had room to spread out to sleep. Amazing location! I would love to come back in the summer when we could enjoy the lake!Be aware that coffee was not provided so bring your own!

Great Cove

The lake is great, we loved swimming, paddle boarding, and kayaking around the islands and in the cove. The house location was great for that. We also boated near the house and had a great time.

Lake fun

Highly recommend staying at this property. On the lake but close to shopping and a grocery store! Kitchen was stocked with cooking supplies. We spent a lot of time on the covered dock, swimming and kayaking.

Awesome!!

This was by far the best, most equipped, stocked vacation home we have ever stayed!! The house was clean, in a great location, and there was more than enough room for our family! The owner was very nice and easy to communicate with. She responded back to emails very quickly. We would definitely stay here again!

perfect setting & perfect house = perfect weekend

We had a lovely weekend with family on Lake Hamilton, staying in this clean and comfortable home. The lake was in full view, and the deck and dock allowed us quick access for swimming and watching the sun set. Julie the owner was very prompt and thorough with responses . The neighbors were friendly. We had easy driving access to everything we needed to do in downtown Hot Springs . We will definitely be back !

Eclipse

4 of us came down from Michigan to see the total solar eclipse in April. The rental was good value for the $$. The deck furniture is old and the chaise loungers were not usable, but that is my only real complaint. The grate on the Weber grill was unusable; we called and someone brought a replacement right away which was great. Recommend.

Clean, nice, spacious home with great view.

The property was very clean, nicely decorated, and spacious. The pictures did not do justice. Beautiful views from inside and outside the house. We have stayed in better coves but this cove was not bad just not the best compared to our past experiences. It is very quiet and has rules to follow to keep it that way. I would not recommend this home to young couples or parties who want to stay on porch late and cut up. Fortunately for us we go to bed early enough to follow the house rules. Over all we had a great trip and the house was awesome.

Older home, could use some TLC.

Loved the location and set up of the house. The beds were comfortable and sleeping arrangements were great. We loved having 2 living rooms with t.v.s. Kitchen is well-stocked. However, the house is older and the cabinets need redone or a deep cleaning. They are sticky to touch and smell musty. The house was clean but carpets are all stained and need replaced. The yard needs picked up, trash under deck and around trash cans. The wicker table on deck was full of junk that needs to be thrown out along with an open bottle of lighter fluid lying on top of it all. The top of the wicker table had big holes in it. The cushions are all faded and mildew stained from being left out in weather. The metal furniture set on deck has rust spots on the chairs. All the water toys that we found had holes in them. Some were thrown under deck and so covered in mud and dirt that we didnā€™t even mess with them, they were just eyesores to look at. Outdoor balls weā€™re laying around and all damaged from weather. The trash cans were completely full when we arrived and grass needed cut but these needs were addressed immediately. The house could use some touch up paint, lots of marks and dirt around that make it seem dirty. The broom was old, bristles were all bent and needed replaced, as well. Overall, we had a good stay. Maybe if the pictures were updated with the worn furniture instead of new furniture, my expectations would not have been so high.

Perfect for our family of 5!

We loved staying at this property. It was easy to access, great location on the lake, clean and well stocked with what we needed. Loved having 2 king bedrooms so 2 couples could each have a big bed. Our kids had plenty of room to play, games, great yard, and we loved hanging on the deck and grilling. The cove was so quiet and great for swimming with small kids. Laundry room was well stocked with brooms, vacuum, etc and lots of swim noodles and floats. The beds were so comfortable as well. TV had all the apps we needed for kids and to watch football. Super pleased with this place - we will be back!

Great house and location

We had a wonderful stay for our family reunion! All 10 of us had our own spaces. We loved the two family rooms since the kids took over one and the adults could have quieter conversations in the other. The beds were super comfy and the kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked. We would definitely stay here again!
