The spacious living areas, fully stocked kitchen, and smart TVs add a touch of luxury to your stay. ***Please note that the annual drawdown of Lake Hamilton begins on November 1st of each year and the refill of both lakes will begin between March 1st and March 8th of the following year. The refill is scheduled to be completed each year by March 15th.

*** We ask that you electronically sign our rental agreement within 48 HOURS of booking. An authorization for a security deposit is also required. The signature and government ID must match the first and last name on the reservation and the name on the credit card you have on file. ***

***We kindly ask our guests to ensure that all trash is securely placed in the street cans, with no loose trash, and taken to the curb the night before trash day to avoid a $100 fine.***

***Please be aware of the local wildlife around the house, including deers, bears, snakes, geese, etc.. While these animals are a beautiful part of nature, they can also pose risks. Keep a safe distance, avoid leaving food outside and be cautious when walking in the area.***

***If applicable: The outdoor sink is winterized from November to April and will not be operable during this time***

This was the perfect home for our vacation. We had two families staying here, 4 adults and 6 children and we all had plenty of room. The space was great for what we needed and we all felt like we had plenty of room. We enjoyed the hot tub, the fire pit and the game room area.

The house was perfect for our family getaway! We love to cook and enjoyed the well stocked kitchen! The area was peaceful, and quiet. The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of room for all 6 of us and the grandbaby! There was a Christmas tree in the living room that added to our enjoyment. We would definitely stay here again.

Big upper deck, covered, comfortable chairs and sofas, big livingroom, nice bedrooms, would definitely stay there again. No boat dock and I donā€™t think Iā€™d swim in the back end of the cove, nice location to main street whit close restaurants. Fishermanā€™s wharf, lahacienda, and Joseā€™s restaurants are all good. Home was easy access on quiet street.

We had an amazing stay at The Hangout at Mimosa Point! Our family stayed for my sisterā€™s wedding weekend, and this was the perfect retreat to help keep everyone relaxed. We had plenty of space and especially enjoyed the lovely 2-level patio and hot tub overlooking the lake. This home is very well cared for and has everything you need, including a well-stocked kitchen, to have the perfect lakeside retreat weekend. Highly recommend!

We had three small children on our trip and this was a perfect area for them to swim. Everyone enjoyed the fishing as well. The family area was huge and a great hangout spot for the whole family. Although we didnā€™t cook while there, the kitchen was well equipped with anything you might need. Thank you for a wonderful time!
