Important Seawind Elevator Construction Notice
We are excited to announce that Seawind will undergo an elevator modernization project to enhance guest experience. The project will start October 20, 2025 and last through the end of April 2026. During this time, one elevator will remain in service for guests to use while the other elevator is out of service for updates. This may cause longer wait times during busy times of the day (check in/check out, lunch/dinner time, or during a pop up rainstorm). If you have any questions or concerns about the elevator upgrade project, please contact the AG vacation rentals team. Thank you in advance for your patience and understanding!

PROPERTY AT A GLANCE
Unit 402 is clean, comfortable and ready for a wonderful vacation experience!! Located on the 4th floor; one level up from top level of parking garage - easy to just take the stairs!!

The kitchen has beautiful solid wood cabinets, granite counters, and stainless steel is fully stocked with everything you need to enjoy your vacation.

A very large laundry room is found off the kitchen with a full sized washer and dryer.

The owner is so thoughtful! You will find extras throughout this condo including a beach cart stocked with a few sands toys, beach chairs, and an umbrella to use during your stay!
The living room has plenty of comfortable seating with a large TV!

The living room overlooks the beach and has access to the gulf front deck. The dining room table sits 6 with more seating found at the kitchen bar.
**Awesome 4th floor location! Park on the 3rd level and walk up or take elevator!**

CLEAN BED GUARANTEE
All beds are dressed with fresh, luxurious sheets AND fresh bedding/quilts/comforters before EVERY rental! You are guaranteed to have a completely fresh and clean bed!!! You will also find each bathroom stocked with oversized fresh bath towels, hand towels, wash cloths, and bath mats straight from our laundry office! We started this in 2018 when we took our cleaning in house and created our housekeeping division. We have complete control over our property cleaning and maintenance.

WHAT WE STOCK
As common for vacation rentals in our area, we provide one round of bath soaps, shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, and toilet paper in the bathrooms. In the kitchen you will find one round of paper towels laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent, dish soap, and trash bags. These stocked amenities are intended to get you through the first night. We are not set up like a hotel so we do not provide daily housekeeping or amenity restocking. Please bring the extra items you will need for your vacation.

Kiddie pool was terribly cold to me, didnā€™t seem to bother the kids tho. The heated pool was very nice when it did stay heated. Jacuzzi stayed on most of the time loved it. Upkeep with the pools was good. View from balcony was amazing! Elevator & some construction on site was terrible the first couple days. There was a food truck parked by the pool everyday. Amazing food and great prices! Overall we would definitely stay here again, we had an amazing time. Oh one more thing, you must check out the beach rules if your bringing tents anything bigger than 7x7 must be set up in back only

Great condo

This condo was perfect for our family of 4 (and could fit more for sure). Everything was super clean and the dƩcor was really cute. Only downfall was how long it took to get an elevator up or down, but it got a ton better after people left on Labor Day.

Would have been nice to know before booking that this place hardly sleeps 7, we get there thinking there was a pull out couch turns out a group of ours had to sleep on an air mattress and the couch. When writing 7 people I would have thought they would have left us at least one towel per person but didn't so we ended up using our beach towels meaning we had no towels for the beach

Great Stay

Our stay was very nice and clean! Comfortable beds, ample room for the family. Plenty of board games and the host had many beach items available for use which was helpful, lots of TV choices between apps and Dish Network. The kitchen was stocked with everything your group will need! We were unsure about a Kuerig but this property had both. Great views of the beach as you are on 1st level of 16 levels with the first 3 levels being parking garage. The parking garage parking soots are tiny, and the elevator takes a while. However, we just walked up the stairs several times, no big deal. Easy check-in, would definitely stay here again. Very close to The Hangout and alot of other attractions. Beach was cleaned daily, notices maintenance people cleaning pools everyday, great place!

Great stay!

We enjoyed our vacation here very much. Pros - 1) the property was exactly as described 2) It was super clean. Assuming the guests before us tracked in half as much sand as we did, itā€™s impressive how clean it was 3) location! We loved where we were on the beach and where the unit was in the condo. 4th floor meant we could park on the 3rd and easily carry our things up avoiding elevators. We actually then moved our car to the first floor and put our beach things in the car every night versus bringing all of it back to the condo. Cons - 1) elevators were slow and always packed. We were very uncomfortable with how many people were waiting and the lack of masks but avoided them totally. 2) at best, the dishwasher was a sanitizer. 3) the 3rd bedroom is quite crowded. It worked for us but others may find it too tiny.

Family vacation 2025

The location is great. The elevator was very slow but it seemed that the penthouse floor kept one on their floor for extended periods of time leaving one working elevator for the remaining guests. The security seemed a little uptight as our guest tag was on the dash but yet we received a warning that it wasnā€™t placed properly. Parking was tight and our vehicle was on the line and we received a threat of a ticket. Not happy about that at all especially paying 100 for 2 cars to park. The beds for the adults were great but the 3rd bedroom with bunk beds which I slept on the full bottom part was very creaky and not conducive to good sleep. Child nor adult could turn over without the bed shaking and making sounds. I survived the bed though. The owners did have toys,chairs, and umbrella for guest to use which is very thoughtful. We did not have a broom so we could sweep up the sand so we went and bought a broom and dust pan. Other than these issues and minor problems we had a great time. The owners have no control over the elevator nor the security guard. The 3rd bedroom was probably meant for children only. I had the option of the pull out couch but that option did not appeal to me. Would I stay at Seawinds again? Not sure. This was the 2nd time at Seawinds but the 1st time in this unit with issues of the elevator and guard.

Cute and Clean Unit

This unit was very clean and as advertised. It was nice to have a ā€œstarterā€ set of soaps in case we had forgotten anything. The beds were comfortable. We slept six people just fine. Nice balcony and enjoyable view. The kitchen was well stocked and had everthing we needed. Communication was excellent regarding check in and check out and if we had needed them I felt like they would have responded immediately. It was also nice to have the thorough list of favorites for eating and entertainment from the owners. Thankfully we were on the fourth floor due to elevator outage in one elevator. At one point the line for the elevator was out the door and into the parking garage. They said they were waiting on parts. However, we had seen reviews about elevator and parking issues prior to renting and we just thought it was due to high season usage. We thought August would be better. It was a big mess. Parking was also difficult during our stay. Arrival was a very busy and crazy time, but coming back from dinner we took literally the last of two spots in the whole complex.

Much needed Getaway

Property is in a great location and was as advertised on the app. Great balcony views of the beach and Gulf. Lots of marine life viewed. Great availability of apps on Family Room TV. Very responsive ownership to an issue with the disposal. Now the negatives. The floors were not cleaned well at all and the couch needs more cushioning. But, that's it. Everything else was awesome, especially the stocked kitchen (holy cow). Would definitely stay here again!

Nice place, very crowded

The condo was nice. The pictures of the pool are misleading, it is TINY. Also, the baby pool is so close to the building that people can throw things off of their balconies into the baby pool. Also, there is a walkway and two fences between the pool and the slash pad, so you can't have kids at both at the same time. The two elevators were not enough to handle all the traffic. I had a cart one time and had to wait for three elevators. Fortunately we were on the 4th floor, so not too many steps if we parked on the 3rd floor. The beach was beautiful, but very crowded. People would go out at 5:30 am to save their spots with their chairs. Sea and suds was amazing food and service. It was really nice to be on the beach. The balcony was really big. We would come over during the hot part of the day and just sit on the balcony. It was shaded and breezy, just perfect. The company was great. Very responsive and helpful.

Family beach trip

We loved the location and amenities of this condo. Easy walk to the beach and close to shopping and restaurants. The balcony is oversized with nice furniture. The sofa bed is pretty uncomfortable but we used extra blankets to cushion it. The condo is clean and the management is very responsive to requests. The elevators were not usable with long lines all day so the 4th floor location is great to park on 3 and walk up. Great stay!!
