Perfect Relaxation

We loved the location the house snd EVERYTHING about the home. It fit our family perfect. Great location. The extras to entertain was icing on the cake. The downstairs bar & shower we so helpful. Again it house and price was the best. We look forward to making another trip

Last minute family vacation because the Frio flooded!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The only complaint was it was hot at night but it is summer and at the beach. Probably would have been cooler if everyone slept with doors open and used big fans. We rented a golf cart that is a must. It got us to and from the beach even though walking was easy as well. We quickly got to the Big Store on the island for ice and last minute things. Donut shop across the street. Location was great. My daughter loved the kid swing downstairs and hammock. The boys liked fishing everyday and the outside shower. The husband liked the outdoors bar and BBQ setup. It was great to be able to wash clothes every day. The beds were pretty comfy and I loved the carpet. Well decorated and furnished with all the things needed. They might need to replace the shredded A&M flag outside with a stronger UT flag though. That’s my only suggestion LOL. We will definitely be booking again next year. It was perfect for our family and friends vacation.

We had a great time!

Overall we had a great time, however it could have been helpful to know a few things ahead of time, there were no bathrooms and kitchen essentials such as toilet paper, paper towel, trash bags etc. didn’t mind to bring our own if I knew that this was not included. So we had to step out to go to the store to pick a few things. Linens were left at the front door for us to put on beds and bathrooms, I would have expected this to be set prior to our arrival, the wifi connection was horrible. We weren’t able to watch TV or connect to our devices. Lots of ants piles and unmowed lawn and the master bedroom pillows were stained and disgusting. Lastly, the fact that you have to pick up the house keys from a different location was a bit inconvenient. Aside from that, the house was in good condition and very close to the beach.

It was set up so nicely. It was so comfortable and was nicely located near stores and such. I plan to rent this cabin on my next trip to Crystal Beach!

Location was great, could walk to the beach, or short drive to the stores.

Easy to rent. House is beautiful. Have a 2 yr old toddler and the house wasn't heavily decorated. Thank you home owners for that. Do need to replace the beds. They are wore out.

Stayed a week in this lovely home. Kitchen is very well equipped with everything we needed. The location is very quiet and family friendly! Property manager was super friendly and accommodating. A few of the beds are in need of an update. Overall I would recommend this home!

Great split floor plan seperating the master from the other bedrooms. Direct beach access and also close to the main road to hop out to shop or go eat. Great House

This house was exactly what we needed. Very clean and laid out well. Make sure that you bring/rent a golf cart, as the house is a little ways from the beach. My only negative comment would be that the couch is a little worn. Other than that it was great and we had a good time.
