This 2 bedroom, 2.5 bathrooms quaint cottage is the perfect destination for your next beach getaway! Nestled in Carillon, in between Panama City Beach & 30A, it is filled with homey decor and beautiful decorations. During the months of March-September Beach Chair Service is Included!

Perfectly located less than a 2-minute walk from the private beach access, this gorgeous cottage has everything you will need for your next getaway. The living room features plenty of seating with a couch that has a brand new queen Tempur-pedic sleeper sofa for extra sleeping space! The dining room has seating for 5, at the island in the kitchen. The kitchen is filled with beautiful stainless steel appliances that are perfect for creating a delicious meal that everyone will remember! The master bedroom features a brand new king Tempur-pedic bed with private access to the balcony. The guest bedroom also has private access to the balcony and features a queen-sized bed with plenty of window views. The outside area features a grill with a seating area that makes the perfect spot for a cookout! There is also a picnic table and seating with an umbrella to make a shaded seating area for sunny days! The front of the cottage also features 2 swings that are perfect for relaxing after a long beach day!

All guests are welcome at the 3 Carillon swimming pools (2 seasonally heated), full-sized basketball courts, tennis courts, playground with playhouse, lawn game areas, and free concerts. Dine, shop, exercise (fitness, yoga, bike, paddle board rentals), and use the full-service salon and spa in “Downtown” Carillon.

**Guest will need to pre-register online and pay for parking passes BEFORE arrival. There is a two car limit per reservation.
