The Master Suite overlooks the fenced back yard. It has a King size 4 posted bed, Upholstered Arm Chair, Night Tables, And Bench.

The ensuite Master Bath features Double Vanity, across from walk-in closet.
Enjoy the sky and side yard view from the jetted Jacuzzi bathtub.
A Bamboo tub tray (Just add a magazine, book or beverage perhaps.)
If you prefer, the Shower stall has a two seats and has a safety grip.

Bedroom One features a Queen size bed, and overlooks the wooded circular drive.

Bedroom Three features a Queen size bed, and overlooks the woods.

A full bath with shower over tub separates these two rooms.

Let Alexa take care of turning on the lights in the roomy living room, and spacious kitchen/dining area. The well supplied kitchen includes basic spices, and condiments, coffee and tea, Microwave, Oven, Glass Top Stove, Dishwasher, Refrigerator-Freezer with Ice Maker, Blender, Toaster, Coffee Maker (K cup & Carafe), Sodastream, and Popcorn Maker. The Kitchen table seats 8, and there's 5 stools at the kitchen countertop.

The property has fiber internet, a 55" TCL 4K TV in the living room, with streaming channels and a 32" TCL TV in the game room, with streaming channels and a Wii system! The game table is perfect for jenga, scrabble, monopoly, bananagrams, backgammon, card games or doing a jigsaw puzzle.

A fenced back yard and shady rockers on the front porch allow you to relax and slow down. The Sandstone nature and fitness trails, Lower Lake, Spillway, and Sardis Lake Boat Ramps are a short 6 minute (4 miles) drive down Blackjack Road. Mallard Pointe Golf Course is a mere 13 minutes (7.8 miles) away.

Getting here is a quick 12 minutes (11 miles) from Hwy 55 (Batesville & Oxford Exit) take Hwy 6/278 to Blackjack Road. Other nearby attractions include: Vaught-Hemingway Stadium in Oxford, MS -- 18 minutes (14 miles) down Hwy 6. FNC Park at Oxford/Lafayette Fields is 20 minutes (15 miles) away.
