Welcome to the "Sand Trap" Beach Rental! Put your toes in the beach sand & you will never want to leave. Fantastic location in St. Joseph, located in the Harbor Village Resort across from hole #4 of the Harbor Shores Golf Course (a Jack Nicholas Signature Golf Course). This is a 3 bedroom, 3 full bath brand new townhome located across the street from the Harbor Shores Golf Resort & just walking distance to Lake Michigan Beaches (Silver Beach, Tiscornia Beach & Jean Klock Beach).
Enjoy the Harbor Village pool & clubhouse, and you can stop right next door at the Harbor Inn to relax & enjoy pampering at their Spa, or indulge in wonderful meals at Planks Tavern while sitting out on the patio overlooking the St. Joseph River Harbor and Marina. Also within walking distance is kayak & bike rentals, and St. Joseph's fabulous downtown shops & restaurants. This is a brand new town home with all the amenities needed for a great vacation - grill, beach gear, washer & dryer, 2 car attached garage & new furnishings throughout. Also if you have a larger group or want to d a multi family getaway the two town homes next door may be available for rent, Family Frolic and MI vacation retreat contact me for details!
Whether you are here to play on the beaches, tour the many local wineries or play on the course, there is something for everyone in fabulous SW Michigan! Sandtrap was great!

Our two weeks in St Joseph, Mi were made extra special with our stay at Sandtrap! The property was in a great location, super clean, new, well maintained, and just the right size. We enjoyed the pool, the beach, shopping, restaurants and night life throughout the area. It was a great family vacation spot!

Family Vacation

First vacation with our adult children and their significant others. Tom was kind and easy to work with. Great location, clean and large enough for six adults and a child, and the pool was a hit. We’d definitely rent again.

MI annual vacation

St. Joe MI, Silver Beach, has been our destination vacation for 8 years. We love the area and everything there is to do. This townhome made our stay easy because of its location and three bedrooms, three full baths. It was clean, well stocked and easy to work with.

Wonderful family vacation spot!

This property was exactly as advertised and a perfect spot for our family vacation! The home was so clean and the hosts thought of so many details to make our stay comfortable with a young family - sand toys, ping pong table, even an inflatable dolphin for the pool! The hosts were so communicative and were very quick to answer any questions we had. We will definitely be back again!

Perfect Rental

The property is beautiful, tremendously clean, close to shops, restaurants, and beach. The inn on the property allows you to borrow bikes and rent paddle boats. So much to do. The host is very communicative and available!

Beautiful place, with nice balcony, very nice outdoor pool, nice neighborhood, 5 min drive to the Silver Beach. The only negative was garbage in the kitchen, very difficult to open and access- you need 2 hands and holding a baby made it impossible so I struggled with that.

great retreat in new property!

First time in St Joe’s. Loved morning walks around the neighborhood, hitting adorable coffee/wine bar inside nearby hotel & seeing boats! During day made 5 mins drive to all the beaches. So many charming places in St Joe’s to make family memories. House was clean, well appointed & comfortable!

Fun Family visit

We met up with family from across the country and had a great stay! Tom and Chelley were fabulous to work with and were very accommodating. We had 2 babies so we used the baby gates (and a potato masher to keep the cupboard under the sink closed) and it worked great for us! Our toddler (3) could slip under the gate on the third floor, but has been doing stairs for a while so this was not an issue for us.It was nice to have access to the pool (which is very close) and Tiscornia beach only a short drive or walk away. There were beach toys and towels at the house already so we didn't need to bring or buy anything!Over all a great stay! We will book again!!

Nice place for a fun weekend getaway for our family.

New condo just outside downtown St Joe (on other side of the river) but close enough. Very clean and loved walking around the Inn next door and the boats. Garage for the added safety of the car was nice too. Only downside was having to drive to the beaches (not really walkable with much stuff) and no onsite pool for the kids. Having a pool pass to the nearby hotel was nice though, especially since it was indoors and heated. Overall I would definitely recommend this place! St Joe is a great weekend trip!

St. Joseph’s Family Vacation!

Overall our stay was great! The location was perfect and just a quick car ride to everything we wanted to do. The amenities were great and made the experience that much better, especially the private pool we used a couple times. The condo was very cozy and inviting, we would definitely return and would recommend to anyone wanted to explore St. Joseph’s! A couple things that could be improved upon, but certainly not a burden or deal breaker: The internet connection was unstable for all connected devices, including the condo TVs that kept disconnecting. Ran out of Kleenex & toilet paper in a couple of bathrooms but still had some throughout the house. Loved that there were gates to help protect children but they were all mounted too high to be of use (our toddler could crawl under them).

Great Getaway Spot

The property's location is perfect. You are a half-mile walk to shops, beaches, and great restaurants. The house itself was perfect for our family of four, including a teen and a child. they loved the ping-pong table and the kitchen amenities. Check-in was seamless, and when we had questions, response time was mere minutes. Thank you for such a great stay!

Mother-daughter trip perfection!!

My mom and I stayed at the condo during our mother-daughter annual getaway. It was just as amazing as the photos. Everything was so comfy, even the couch!! We felt like we were at a home away from home!! The owners made sure we had everything we needed!! Would love to go back again in the future!! AMAZING!!! So close to everything!!

Great stay

Clean and comfortable with a great location. Townhome community clubhouse with pool was a short walk across the driveway. Kitchen supplies were well stocked and we loved the availability of a grill. Also, lots of great restaurants within a 5 minute drive. Beaches, boating and kahaking a short drive with golfing across the street. The kids loved the bunk beds and ping pong in the loft.

Great Fall Trip

We stay in St Joe often and really enjoyed all the extra space at your property. Love having the restaurant/bar nearby at the hotel. Property was very clean and had everything we needed. Just wish the weather would have cooperated for golf !
