Onsite amenities, including 14 heated outdoor pools, Basketball, Tennis, Volleyball courts and the award-winning Drafts Sports Bar & Grill. Ship-Wreck Island on site brand new water park strictly open for guests only at a small fee per person per day.

The resort was really nice. Check in was very simple and easy. Everyone was very nice. I had a room near the elevator and was worried about noise. I couldnt't hear anything! Very clean room. Easy to talk to property manager and staff onsite.

Great stay at a great resort

Nothing but good things to say about our stay. Nice facilities and the room was great as well. Loved sitting on the screened balcony at night (no mosquitoes!). 10/10 would stay again.

Close to everything!

We stayed here when I participated in my first Disney Marathon weekend. This location is just minutes from the Disney properties, no more than 25 minutes even during peak times. There are many activities available at the resort if you want to stay close.

Excellent

The resort was amazing! All staff are super friendly and the room was recently renovated so everything was brand new! The property manager was quick to respond and was able to help out right away with any questions/problems. We will definitely book here again!

Last HS Cheer Championship Weekend

Bitter sweet weekend being last HS Cheer Championship in Orlando @ ESPN Wide World of Sports. Stayed at Westgate the first time and stayed again our last time. Property was good, under construction. The condo was great, clean and as described. The property management folks were great, easy to communicate with and very helpful. Recommend staying there agian.

Great winter get away

We enjoyed our stay at West Gate. The property was clean and well kept. Staff was helpful. Pools were wonderful. Our condo was clean, well maintained and well stocked. We will return.

Florida Family vacation with my nieces and nephew!

Exceeded Expectations, very beautiful inside out, Very clean and neat had everything we needed and more at our fingertips. So convenient literally didn't have to leave the resort unless you wanted to. Everything was right there. The check in snd out process was quick and easy. Host was available as needed. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again . The staff was friendly 5 stars from me.

Nice spot!

Little hiccup when we checked in. The room we got wasn't the same as the listing (no fault of the lister) but went to the desk, told them the situation, and got us a new room as soon as one opened up. Complex was clean, with lots to do locally. some of the buildings were a bit dated, but thats to be expected. We would definitely stay again

Perfect size space for my spouse and I

Property had lots to offer. My unit pictures show a full size frig, but a dorm size was what I got. That was a disappointment. There were no shuttle services with this property. If I had a car on this trip, that would have not mattered.

Try to suck you into a timeshare

From the moment the property manager called the night before our arrival, we were getting speeches on touring the property and listening to speeches. We tried to go to the pool water park on the first day but learned quickly that was additional money. You couldn’t even sit at the pool and kids were throwing a football at our head the entire time. We decided immediately to use Resort Pass to see nice hotels the rest of the week. So we ended up spending another $600. The unit next to us had smoke alarms going off all night and the strongest smelling international cooking. Our room was unbearable.

Upon arriving I was sent to wrong resort then when I was sent back to the resort I just left they stated the could not find me then they had me booked for a earlier day making me pay fr the 18th through 23 when I showed them proof it was 19th through 24 so I was evicted on 23 and charged the 18 although I showed them the registration. I get in resort tub dirty blk and brown the jets did not work and there was something biting me I complained they keep me in hotel sitting under right scared. No accommodations no nothing I spent nights at my office and nobody woul help me

Nice place, horrible check in process

Overall we were very happy with our accommodations. Unfortunately the check in process was so horrible I will not book here again. We arrived around 10:35pm and we were in line to check in at 10:40, after a long day at Epcot. We did not get to our room until 12:30am. We were told that housekeeping was still working on our room. Judging by the amount of couples and families waiting in the lobby, and the conversations I overheard, our reservation was not the only one with an issue. I booked a studio but when we arrived at our room it was a very nice 2 bedroom, 2 bath villa. Definitely an upgrade but with no explanation. And definitely not complaining about the upgrade, but I thought it odd that the employee who finally gave me our keys, didn’t say one word about the upgrade. It sounds strange to complain about how long the check in process was when I got a great upgrade but after 10 hours at Epcot (and a late arrival to Florida the night before), I didn’t want to wait two hours to get to my room. Again, no complaints about the resort or the staff (other than the poor excuse that house keeping was still getting our room ready at 10:45pm, when check in is at 3:00 pm). Also, the wifi was awful if that is of importance to you.

The room had everything we needed for cooking, and it was very clean. The only bad thing was that the TVs weren't smart TVs you could only watch a few channels, We really enjoyed the pool (a tip: bring your own blanket the ones they provide are awful).
