Westgate Town Center Resort & Spa provides guests all the comforts of a fully furnished home just 1 mile from Walt Disney World® Resort and minutes from other Orlando area attractions. Onsite amenities, including 14 heated outdoor pools, Basketball, Tennis, Volleyball courts and the award-winning Drafts Sports Bar & Grill. Ship-Wreck Island on site brand new water park strictly open for guests only at a small fee per person per day.

Larger than a typical hotel room, the Studio Deluxe Villa at Westgate Town Center Resort & Spa serves as a pleasant retreat after spending an amazing day at Orlando area theme parks or touring the city! Unwind on your private balcony or patio or, while inside, enjoy the convenience of a kitchenette with mini refrigerator and microwave.

Muito agradável e de fácil acesso a tudo

Gostamos muito da nossa estadia, o Estúdio é aconchegante e não tivemos problemas para resolver nenhuma situação, como no nosso caso, foi o reembolso de um dia por conta de uma mudança no vôo. Muito perto dos parques da Disney e Disney Springs, em frente a um Walmart super perto de lojinhas como Ross, Dollar Tree e Target. Recomendo!!

31st Anniversary Trip

Very satisfied with the condo. Too bad we werent there long enough to enjoy everything the co'mplex has to offer. We will stay here again next time in Orlando.

Epcot Stay -Food & Wine

Great location for Disney Parks. Had a few issues with room Fan broken, the room Safe had dead battery, bathroom and tile floor not so clean, Coffee pot was horrible and needed to be replaced. The manager was very accommodating about getting safe fixed, but we didn't have time to wait for maintenance to come and fix.

Not Given the Room Pictured, resort was nice

Overall I had a good time at the resort but......the room pictured is not what you will receive. I had to basically beg the manager to upgrade us to a room with a balcony and jacuzzi. I was given a room that was much smaller with no view at all nor the extras. I went back down to fix the issue and was told that was the room that was booked under the 3rd party, and there was nothing they could do. I pleaded and pleaded over being misled and they finally accomodated. Very nice resort but a few headaches.

Great location but

Westgate Resorts timeshare community. Was charged $150 per fee. Could not leave dog alone. If your pet bothers anyone you will be asked to find other arrangements for your pets stay. Best friends boarding works well when you go to parks

I'll do it again

It was a very nice cozy place. You'll get your money worth guaranteed. It's a town of it's own that's seperated from the rest of the city. You literally don't have to go anywhere if you don't want to.

Correct property

We were checked in the wrong property not once but twice and those first two property was not the best. The last property which was the correct property was nice, thanks to the young man that help us get the right location and right property, he was truly a blessing,.

Great resort

Steve was very accurate with the online listing. The room was spacious and had everything we needed. Great resort that had everything you needed or could ask for. Jake was amazing and quick to respond to any issues. The only issue we had was the toilet in the above unit overflowed and was leaking into our room. We were moved to an upgraded room. It was an inconvenience but nothing that the resort/owner/host did. Overall, a good experience with a good owner and host.

Despite issues I had I would stay again

Property was beautiful and many things to do as well as super close to Disney which I needed for my early run Disney race weekend! Things that I had issues with was the cleanliness of my room. Since we’re still in covid I thought the cleanliness would’ve been even better, but unfortunately the bathtub was dirty and there was used crusted underwear in the bed! I called downstairs and complained and they apologized and said someone would be up there to change to new bedding and clean tub and 2 hours later no one came. Called again and they apologized and finally sent someone an hour after that. Went to the door to let them in and they only left the new bedding at the door for me to change the bedding myself and remove the dirty underwear and not clean the tub. I’m a germaphob so this didn’t go well with me. Check in when I got there wasn’t good either as they put me as a no show and cancelled my reservation even though i let them know in advanced that I booked for Wednesday so when I checked in on Thursday at 8am I would be able to check in immediately instead of waiting until 3 or 4pm to check in. And lastly the thermostat for our room was in the other room next to ours so we had no way of changing the temperature without calling downstairs to come change it when we were cold or hot. Aside from those issues, the whole resort was beautiful and I would stay again and give them another chance in a different room. These issues I had were directly w/ the resort, not the owner on this app. The owner was very communicative when booking the property and did a checkin call the day before my reservation.

Quick weekend getaway

This place was great for what we needed. We honestly weren’t in the room except to sleep. It was clean and exactly as described in the listing. Super quick and easy access to Disney.

Disappointed

This resort was not what we had hoped for. We did a presentation to get discount Disney tickets. I didn't realize this when I booked it and received a call just prior to our arrival so agreed to it. We had never done one but the ticket discount was huge so we tried it. Never again! Although the sales team was nice it was a very high pressure sales pitch and they kept coming at us one after the other. It was very hard to decline. The studio we stayed in was not well maintained and very loud. It was lacking in amenities and the pool area was disappointing. We wouldn't recommend it.

Good!

Checkin was rough...keys didnt work...had to walk back to front desk 3x before they said maybe the door was deadbolted. Finally got into the room which had no ac...sat in an 80 degree room for quite awhile before they agreed to move me. After that the place really got better. Very rough start.

good but.....

You can stay at this beautiful resort with great employees, but if you don't own the condo/timeshare that was rented to you, you are treated as a second class citizen. You must pay for almost every activity you may want to do there, i.e., if you have kids, the pool that they want to go to will cost $20/person. They call it a water park. It has 3 mediocre slides. If you want to play miniature golf, it will cost $7/person. If you want to enjoy a boat ride on the lake, it will cost you. And so on and so on. Give me a break. If you take my reservation, allow me to use the amenities for the time I paid for.

Beautiful Resort

My 7 year old and I stayed at one of the studios. The room and resort overall was beautiful and clean. Lots of things to do...mini-golf, bikes, pools (that were nicely heated compared to other resorts I’ve been to), water park with lazy river, arcade/game room, restaurant, ice cream shop and even a smaller train that takes you around the resort. To do it over, I would have bought the pass that includes unlimited use of some of the amenities mentioned instead of paying for each individually. I appreciated the free parking and no daily resort fee. Walmart was very close—some people walked there but we drove to get groceries. Best part of the room was the screened in balcony to relax in. Convenient location near Disney and not too far from Seaworld. Would stay here again.
