The house is distributed over three levels:

The lower floor (on street level) includes a large garage as well as the technical rooms.

On the intermediate floor, next to the garden and the pool, there is a large comfortable living and dining room, exceptionally bright, with direct access to a big terrace, situated just in front of the pool. This well-furnished terrace provides the space for marvelous al fresco meals overlooking the pool. The spacious modern kitchen is fully equipped and has access to the rear terrace with the barbecue, an ideal place to have a meal. On this floor there is a nice suite bedroom with a shower room.
