The Space:

Embrace the laid-back island lifestyle at this beachfront resort, offering a perfect blend of comfort and convenience. This spacious mountain view home features a great room concept, ideal for family gatherings and relaxation. It includes two full master suites, a sofa bed, and three full bathrooms. The stunning open kitchen is equipped with top-of-the-line Sub Zero and Wolf appliances, granite and travertine surfaces, and a front-loading washer and dryer. Enjoy amenities such as: Mountain View, Air Conditioning, a Fully Equipped Kitchen, Spacious Accommodations, Satellite TV, an on-site Restaurant, Spa, Gym, Hot Tubs, Pools, and Family friendly amenities such as Beach Chairs, Cooler, Boogie Board, Sand toys etc. Conveniently located near shopping and restaurants. Pack 'n Play cribs are available upon request.

For your daily needs, Starbucks and Safeway are conveniently located just across the street. Enjoy easy access to a variety of shops, many within easy walking distance. The Coconut Marketplace, just a few blocks away, is a must-visit, offering a delightful selection of shops and entertainment options.



Getting Around:

Conveniently situated on Kapa'a's Coconut Coast, this property offers ample open parking in a large lot, and a parking pass will be provided. While a rental car is recommended for exploring the island, local transportation options include the Kauai Bus, taxis, and ride-sharing services like Lyft and Uber, which are readily available throughout most of the island. The nearest major transit hub is Lihue Airport (LIH), approximately a 20-minute drive away.



Other Things to Note:

Your Host Supplies an ample Starter Set of Paper Products. Toilet Tissue, Paper Towels and Kleenex. If you run out, you will need to supply additional for your use.

If you need a Late Check-Out, and it is possible, the rate is one half the nightly rate plus Hawaiian State Tax. The late departure fee must be paid to Blue Jade Real Estate prior to your check-out date. This option allows you to stay in the home until 10 pm on the day of departure.

Amazing accommodations, unit was very well stocked for our family. Many amenities that we didn’t even consider bringing. Unit was very clean. Would absolutely book again.

Really enjoyed our stay!

The unit was clean, comfortable and very well equipped, right down to beach chairs. The resort is lovely, with great pool, hot tubs and beach. It's conveniently located to explore the south, east and north sides of the Island. Services are close by, with groceries and the all important coffee shops within easy walking distance. Note that this unit faces the road, so we experienced some very muted road noise and our use of the lanai was limited.

3 little kids

Perfect place to stay with three little kids. We took our 5 year old, 2.5 year old, and 3 month old with us and this place was perfect. They set us up with a pack n’ play for our infant. The 3 toilet was essential with our potty training toddler. The room was close to the elevator, parking lot, and pool which made things so easy. We all had a wonderful time.

Beautiful, well appointed residence. Two master suites made it perfect for 2 couples. Lanai area overlooked the mountains. Beautiful pool area. We can’t wait to go back!

Great for families

This property was very clean, had nice extras such as beach towels and chairs, toys and more that we used throughout our stay. The location was great with a grocery store, food etc very close (walking distance). It was nice having the hot tubs, pool, and my husband and I walked to the beach every morning with our coffee to watch the sunrise. Having the kitchen was very nice, was supplied with essentials, and we usually had at least one meal everyday at the property. We used the washer and dryer a lot and loved the convenience of having it. We really enjoyed this kind of central location to the north and south shores. We very much enjoyed our week here and would recommend.

Good location

Picture of the room was misleading, Room does face the parking lot. Pool area was a little worn, furniture was ripped. Room was good, clean and bed’s comfortable. It’s in a great location.

Wonderful Stay in Kauai

We stayed in this lovely home and used the pool and hot tubs. The beach right behind the building was perfect to watch the sunrise. The beach chairs and towels were very convenient. We both had our own bedroom and bathroom. We would stay here again.

Love this resort!

We’ve stayed at this resort in the past and love it’s proximity to everything and the resort amenities available, especially the pool! This unit had some nice extras such as snorkeling gear, coolers, beach chairs, and an umbrella which were so useful (however, it would be nice to have some hanging storage available, as all the closet space in the master bedroom was taken to store these items and the dresser drawers were full of extra linens). The unit could use a bit of maintenance. We had to listen to a leaky toilet all week (which we reported after our first night, but it was never fixed during our visit) and one of the doorknobs kept falling off. Some of the dishes were dirty upon arrival and while they provided a spice rack, which is always nice, some of them looked REALLY old and gross. Just as an fyi…this unit does overlook the front parking lot and just on the other side of that is the main road into town, so there is a fair amount of road noise. You can’t hear much from inside, but it’s definitely noticeable while enjoying the outside balcony. The beds were comfortable, but the chairs in the living room were not, having no support left in them. Overall, we loved our trip to Kauai and this served us well as our base camp for the week. I think with a bit of attention to these details, it could be even better.

Kapa’a condo

We had a wonderful stay at this condo. The pool was great - it is salt water, and my husband and (adult) son loved the water slides, and the condo came with pool noodles to float the lazy river with. The beach was nice - there was a monk seal who came up every evening for a nap, and a turtle nesting area that was cordoned off. There were rocks right up to rhe waterline, however, and the undertow could be strong, making ocean swimming and wading less than ideal without water shoes. Also, the condo is on the back side of the building, so the lanai overlooks the parking lit. We knew that going in from the pictures on VRBO, though, and the price was appropriately lower than that for the inside or oceanfront units. The inside of the condo was in good repair and comfortably furnished, and the kitchen was well-stocked with plates and glasses. Everything was clean, check-in was painless, and the host reached out the next day to confirm everything was OK. It was a great experience!

Clean comfort in a location that allows all-island exploration

The condo was one of the best appointed condos our family has rented. This is not a hotel, yet there is a concierge desk that was very helpful in booking several excursions for us. And, there's towel service at the pool, which is unusual for a rental property. The pool was wonderful (my only objection is that the slide closes at 6:00 pm even though the pool is open later). The beach is not really one you would swim at (most of the beaches on the east coast are not ideal for swimming). The restaurant on the property was very convenient. To truly explore Kauai you need a car, and parking was free here (another nice perk). The management was very responsive an helpful. The unit we had overlooked the parking lot and the shopping center across the street, but it was quiet and you could see the mountains in the distance. Overall, I would highly recommend this property.

Great pool

We really enjoyed the resort pool. The water slides were fun for the whole family. The room’s Mountain View includes a view of the Safeway parking lot. Traffic in front of the resort can get a little backed up. The beach is not for swimming but the resort is very relaxing.

Wonderful family vacation with small kids

We had a wonderful six night stay here with our two kids, 3 and 1. Lovely setup , clean , with a nice view of the mountains. The communication was welcoming and top notch. The thing we appreciated most was all of the great gear and toys they had , which made our adventures even better: - beach chairs and umbrella - sand toys - kids life vests - boogie boards - cooler - flippers - toy box in room - towels for the room and others for the beach

Family vacation

The property was better than the pictures. Great central location to both north and south sides of Island. East access to stores, restaurants and nice beach. Oasis restaurant on site was a treat! We would definitely stay here again 😊❤️🌈

Great family resort.

The resort is wonderful. Unit quite nice and great for our family of 4, though view is of parking and shopping center. Would appreciate a few little basics like paper towels and dishwasher soap to start our stay.
