This property works well if you want to be able to visit the north and south parts of the island without switching locations. If you have younger kids they will love the pool area. Beds are comfortable, grocery store is very close, lots of nearby restaurants.

This was the perfect family getaway. We loved the location- right in the beach and across from a Safeway and a Starbucks which met every need for our trip. We couldn’t have chosen a better location and better amenities, just perfection and serenity st every turn. We will be back!

The condo was excellent! The views were absolutely amazing especially the sunrise over the beach. My family if 5 enjoyed staying at the Waipoli beach resort. We rented boogie boards for the kids and they loved playing in the waves. If we ever come back to Kauai and want to stay on the east side of the island, I’d definitely stay again.

Can’t find a better location, this one is perfect with amazing, unobstructed ocean view! Beds were super comfortable and the condo had everything we needed. Only suggestion would be to maybe upgrade the paper products that are provided. What was provided was adequate but we felt the quality of the could have been better for the nightly price paid. Would definitely stay here again as this is our 4th time staying in the complex and this is by far the best location and most comfortable of all of the other units.

Host very responsive! Condo beautiful as are the grounds! Extremely convenient location on the island.Air conditioner is very powerful. The addition of a couple of throw blankets would be welcomed by guests.

I have never left a bad review before there has been a few I could’ve, but didn’t. The condo had a wonderful view, but the management company is neglectful. We got there at 6 o’clock in the evening to find out that the elevator to our unit was down, we were on the fourth floor. I picked this resort because my husband is 89 and Walker dependent. It was advertised as a wheelchair accessible with elevator. Then we noticed in the letter on the elevator it had been down since April 1 and still out when we left June 23. When I called I was told we had to walk down two flights of stairs over two buildings to take an elevator down one floor. They also said they could go to the store for us in, instead of offering us a different unit. So for two weeks, we paid 12,000 to stay in our unit. We could not enjoy any of the resort. Today we received a refund check of 741.95, which we feel is insufficient for what we went through. Does this management really care about disabled! In my opinion, this is a violation of ADA and a breach of contract.

We understand how frustrating and disappointing it must have been to discover that the elevator serving your building was out of service and that this affected your ability to fully enjoy the resort and its amenities. Please understand that we do not have control over the management, maintenance, or day-to-day operations of Waipouli Beach Resort, including the elevators and other common-area facilities. While we manage the vacation rental unit, the resort's shared facilities are maintained by the resort association and management. Unfortunately, the elevator outage was beyond our control. According to the resort's management, the elevator was scheduled to be up and running on June 1. Hence, the reason why you were notified as soon as we learned the project had been delayed. Our goal is always to help make our guests' stays as enjoyable as possible, and we are happy to assist with concerns that are within our ability to address. We regret that the situation did not meet your expectations and appreciate you bringing your concerns to our attention. Should you decide to visit Kauai again in the future, we would welcome the opportunity to restore your confidence in us and would be pleased to offer a significant return-guest discount. Perfect place indeed!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our son's family took one side of the room and my husband and I took the other side, leaving the living room as the perfect barrier for privacy. The kitchen is well stocked with cooking equipment, the bathrooms are large, and the view is outstanding. Instead of traveling to a place to snorkel we snorkeled right in front of our room! Restaurants are nearby and numerous.Absolutely recommend this place.

Spectacular view and location

The property has lots to offer with its beautiful views and convenient location to restaurants, activities, and shops. Our sons enjoyed the pool, beach and being to walk to a lot of great restaurants. There’s one of the best shave ice shops right across the street. Our property was very clean and comfortable. The views were worth the trip.

Great place!

Place is exactly as described. This is our second time staying at this property and it exceeded our expectations. We love staying here. It’s central to everything and the pool it the biggest hit with the kids. My sister lives in Kauai and this is by far one of the best places to stay. We will stay again!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is such a lovely place to stay, this is our 3rd time. The views are great - even when it rains. I love coming back here.The property managers are a husband.wife team that took such great care when we needed something. I'm still amazed at their responsiveness and follow-through. Can't go wrong with G404!One side note, like all rentals, do not expect kitchen knives that you can use. Pack a sharp one from home or bring your own sharpened.
