Why just rent a home for your vacation when you can rent a RANCH. Enjoy hundreds of acres of beautiful Texas hill-country wilderness and the amazing comforts of our 5 star estate. This little piece of heaven is a Texas sized retreat sure to amaze even the most distinguished of tastes. Our estate is perfect for large groups, family reunions, corporate retreats or just a couples getaway. The ranch headquarters comfortably sleeps 12-18 people. Guests at the ranch can spend time lounging around the pool and hot tub or in the theater room watching a movie or sporting event on a GIANT 168 inch movie screen. If sporting activities are more your style we have you covered. The ranch headquarters has a lighted tennis court, basketball court, volleyball court, dry sauna and believe it or not a full swing indoor GOLF SIMULATOR (guests are required to bring your own golf clubs). Take your activities to the water and enjoy your own personal 8 acre lake. While at the lake jump on a paddle boat or kayak for a relaxing time on the water or workout your abs on a paddle board as the sun sets over the hill. Conclude the day around a fire pit with a glass of wine while the sun set on the other side of your own private lake. We have 7 ponds, all fully stocked with fish (guests are required to bring your own fishing equipment and bait). Coordinate your day with our ranch guides to spend time at the shooting range knocking over metal targets or give sporting clays a whirl (guests are required to bring your own firearms and ammunition). Wildlife is abundant and game watching is amazing. From African antelopes to exotic deer and other species, a safari style ride through the pasture with one of our ranch guides will provide countless photo opportunities for any wildlife enthusiast. (Ranch tours and sport shooting require prior arrangement, may result in an additional cost and is limited to guide availability; please coordinate at time of booking)

Amazing Spring Break Trip

Our group of 20 spent 4 nights at the ranch and had a wonderful time. We took advantage of all of the amenities. including pickleball, basketball, cornhole, the heated pool and 2 hot tubs, fishing, skeet shooting, the golf simulator, and the theater. We would love to stay here again!

Amazing and Accommodating

The entire stay and leading up to it, the host was available and accommodating to make our stay as enjoyable as possible. The house itself is spacious and gorgeous with so many amenities we didn’t have a chance to fully utilize them all.

Great Family Experience

While the photos and profile on VRBO were exciting enough for us to make reservations, three of our party asked to visit the property a month ahead of our reservations and got a very gracious tour by John. They came back saying it was better than the everything shown and described on VRBO. There were thirteen in our party, ranging from 3months to great grandmother. All had a fantastic time. The group got a tour of the 1200-acre property and saw some amazing animals on the way to the shooting range. The pond near the main house had lots of aggressive bass, caught the first one on the second cast, large catfish, and some huge finnicky stripers. The Golf simulator was a favorite before and after meals and tournaments late into the evening with spectator seating. The house is on the top of rolling hills. We went at the end of July (95-100 degrees) but with the breeze coming into the compound and the low humidity the temperature didn’t impact our activities. The pool temperature was perfect, the slight breeze made getting out of the pool refreshing (almost cold). Plenty of shaded seating while still being part of the pool activities. One of the guests cooked a pork tenderloin to perfection using the properties smoker by the house. Having complete run of the house and tank area for fishing, leaving fishing gear down by the pond for anyone to fish at all hours of the day or night. I confess we did bring two electric bikes so we didn’t get as much exercise as we would have otherwise, but it made getting down to the pond for a quick hook-up with a bass or catfish memorable. Everything about the property was first class. At night with the lights off the stars were amazing, we could have slept outside it was that comfortable and bug free. Great family experience.

Great Experience

Our family, sixteen of us from one year old to grandparents spent four nights at the ranch. Despite the 100 degree plus heat, we pretty much did all the ranch had to offer. It was all first class. We had a great time. We fished, played various sports on the tennis court, ping pong, shot skeet, played simulated golf and watched movies in the home theater every night. Someone was in the pool almost all of the time. The accommodations are great, clean and very well maintained. Jeff and his foreman John were great to work with. We would highly recommend it.

Ranch Reunion Wknd

Our family picked up kids from Summer Camp in Burnet and spent the weekend swimming, hanging out, and relaxing as cousins. The tour of the property to see the exotic wildlife and beautiful rolling hills was a highlight. Jeff is very hospitable and the amenities are superb. We hope to return again in the future!!

Hands down one of the best places to stay

First class accommodation!!! Absolutely beautiful house and property. Lacks absolutely nothing. The gourmet kitchen had everything you could possibly need. Games for adults and kids, lots of covered areas with tvs and stereo system. Used the outdoor kitchen on several occasions. The pool and theatre room were a bit hit for everyone. We took advantage of some hunting also. The guides, John, Cody and Dwayne made it one of the best hints that we have been on. They were very knowledgeable and a lot of fun. We made a lot about f great memories and can’t wait to come back!

Graduation Retreat

Absolutely incredible experience. The owner was very responsive before the stay and when we got there we were guided through the property by John who showed us everything it had to offer. Would recommend this experience to anyone, whether it be family or friends.

Family get together

We celebrated my in-laws 50th anniversary with all their kids and grandkids (15 total). The ranch was perfect. Beautiful setting, great accommodations, and so much to do: Playing in the pool, fishing in the pond, a golf simulator, theatre, or just enjoying the scenery. Jeff was fantastic and very accessible and accommodating. We would highly recommend.

Great place in the Hill Country!!

If you are looking for a quick getaway from the city life, this is a great place to stay with family and friends. There are many different things to do or you can just lounge by the pool and enjoy the music while you relax. Both the owner and the ranch manager were nice and easy to work with, and the overall experience was smooth. Looking forward to coming back again!

1st family reunion was a success

Our blended family of adult kids and spouses met up at this ranch house for our first ever family reunion. This property easily accommodated our group of 11 adults plus 3 toddlers. Each couple had their own bedroom and en-suite bath, which is perfect for adult kids. The golf simulator, pool, numerous patios, and fishing pond & fire pit were the highlights for us. There was plenty to do to keep everyone happy. We smoked a brisket of their smoker, and it turned out perfect. Jeff escorted us on a safari tour of the property and animals, and the entire family enjoyed viewing the numerous wildlife and ranch. The house was stocked with linens, soaps, cooking spices, games, and pool toys. This is a perfect vacation property, and we plan to return.

Amazing Holiday

Better than pics. Tons to do. Beautiful ranch with lots of wildlife. Could have stayed a week, but only had 3 nights. Great host, great trip. Kitchen has more than enough spices and tools for the biggest meals.

Incredible ranch for fun and rest

It was an incredible getaway with all the amenities for fun and rest. Jeff was exceptional in preparation for the trip and went over the top so we could have a great 4-day trip. We used everything- the tennis court/basketball court, pool, and lake were the favorites but the golf simulator and kitchen made it 5*. Definitely would love to stay here again!

Best VRBO Rental Ever! You won’t be disappointed!

This property is absolutely beautiful! We could not stop talking about how amazing everything was from the moment we arrived to the moment we left. Jeff, the owner, and John, the manager were both very polite, helpful. and easy to communicate with. Upon our arrival, they both walked us through and explained all the lighting, remotes, and equipment that we would need for the weekend. If we had any problems at all, they were they quick to help. Jeff and John also took some of us on a tour of the ranch to see the exotic deer and then to do some clay shooting. It was enjoyed very much by those that participated. The biggest attraction for the guys was the golf simulator. They spent hours and hours in the game room. It was awesome!! They kids loved the pool and playing tennis. There was something to do for everyone. This was the most beautiful, relaxing, and entertaining VRBO that we have ever rented. I especially loved all the outdoor sitting areas with the TVs. My family and I are already planning another trip; only this time we will stay longer than just a weekend. Thank you Jeff and John for your hospitality and generosity!

We had the best time at the beautiful property! The pictures online don’t do it justice!

The family and personal touches that Jeff provided made the weekend feel like we were staying with family. The chef and other food he helped us coordinate exceeded expectations. This place is really fantastic with so many amenities!

Beyond Amazing

WOW! Can't even put my time here into words. The property exceeded my expectations by a mile!!! Just such an awesome property. UNBELIEVABLE - The house, the pool, the game room, the beds - just AWESOME! My friends and I had the most amazing weekend. This is the coolest property I have ever stayed at. Jeff was an awesome host and got us all settled in. The whole experience was surreal!

Great Home Great Time

We had a great time, the owner Jeff was wonderful from check in to check out. The house has everything, from tennis, basketball, golf simulation, to big screen theater and swimming pool. Location was wonderful with open fields all around, gives you the true country feeling. Would definitely come back soon.
