Season's Penthouse - Great Location, Family-Friendly!

Our Seasonā€™s at Attitash large Penthouse unit is perfectly located directly behind the clubhouse, on a dead end street.
Plenty of room for two families. The unit features a master bedroom with attached full bath, guest bedroom with queen-sized bed, second full bath, large living room with pull-out, large kitchen, loft with bunk beds and second pull-out. The unit also features two quiet decks as well as air conditioning and a wood stove for four-season enjoyment. We have added custom loft and stairway railings for child safety - please see photos.

The Season's at Attitash is minutes from Storyland, conveniences of North Conway, and several ski areas, including Attitash, Cranmore and Wildcat. On-site amenities include a clubhouse with game room, large screen TV, indoor heated pool with outdoor deck, very large hot tub, sauna, and fitness area. Outside features include a playground, volleyball, tennis and basketball courts, and ice skating in the winter. Our unit is located directly behind the clubhouse for easy access.

Everything you could need in a home away from home. Hot showers and fully equipped kitchen. What else could you ask for. Super easy check-in and check-out process. From our host to the staff at the clubhouse, everyone was so nice. We'll be back!!

Ski weekend

We were 2 families, each with 1 kid. Went up for a ski weekend. The condo was perfect, and the hot tub was amazing after skiing each day. Location couldn't have been better.

Great place to stay in a fantastic location

My sister & I stayed here at the end of the summer with our kids ā€” two teenagers & one preschooler. It was wonderful! We had plenty of space, and everything we needed. The indoor temperature was always comfortable, and lots of kitchen supplies were provided, as well as plenty of paper products, detergents & linens. Neighbors were quiet & respectful, and we enjoyed the communal firepits and wiffle ball field. The location is perfect ā€” very easy access to Dianaā€™s Baths, StoryLand, North Conway Village, and other local attractions. This was a perfect place for families with kids. Weā€™d absolutely stay here again!

Great location for our trip to Storyland. Owner was wonderful communicating with us and answering all questions very quickly. Unit had an infant pack & play and high chair. Highly recommend staying here.

We had a great stay at the Season's Penthouse. The space was comfortable and had everything we needed for a weekend get away. Check in was easy and communication with the owner was quick. Location is great for anyone wanting to take advantage of North Conway/Bartlett/Jackson winter and all that the area has to offer. Would definitely stay here again.

Great location, comfortable and clean

The condo has a nice set up that worked very well for our family (kids got the loft!). We all enjoyed the amenities of the club house. The proximity to Attitash is fantastic - it only took ~2 minutes to get to the mountain, which is amazing! Wildcat is not too far either. Susan was extremely nice and very responsive! We would stay again.

Clean, comfortable and cozy!

Myself, my mother and two young sons had a great long weekend here. We took advantage of the pool house and grounds as well as the proximity to North Conway. If we had more time Iā€™m sure we would have enjoyed everything else there is to offer! The rental was very clean, had everything we needed and Susan was great to communicate with. Staff at the clubhouse were very helpful and friendly. Beds and linens very comfortable! We would love to stay here again during ski season or summer months. Whatever your needs are, this place is sure to meet and exceed them!

Summer hiking biking vaca

Good time despite the rain. Place was clean, comfortable beds, kitchen had adequate pots/pans/dishes. The ac was not on when we checked in and it took a while to cool off ( it was some of the hottest/humid days of the summer). There are no units in the main living area or one of the bedrooms (we understand this is mostly a skiing destination) but first night was hot. The kitchen had spices, but you will need to bring refrigerated condiments. They have a great clubhouse-ping-pong, arcade, pool, Jacuzzi, and gym. Definitely go to Red Fox for dinner and Yesterdayā€™s for breakfast. Good location- short drives to scenic spots and trails.

Home away from home

What a wonderful stay, the listing is very accurate, very well supplied. All the comforts of home, beds were comfortable, condo was very clean, so close to many attractions and the use of the clubhouse for pool and hot tub was very nice. If you are looking for a place that feels like your home away from home then this property is for you!!

A Perfect Getaway

I cannot say enough about this host and this property. I had made an error with my check-in (I thought I booked for Thursday, but I booked for Friday). When I got to the front desk they informed me that they were not expecting someone for the property that day, but to try to call the owner. I called the host and she was so gracious! Luckily the property was vacant and I was able to get into the condo early. The property itself is exceptionally clean and stocked with anything you may need. The beds and other furniture are super comfortable and there is plenty of space for a small or large group. The loft was absolutely perfect for kids; my 3.5 year old absolutely loved that area and insisted on sleeping on the bunks. The outside front and back porches were wonderful as well. The back covered porch was so nice to have when it was raining so my kids could get some fresh air without getting wet. The location is prime. Itā€™s a quick 5 minute drive to Story Land and is also super close to many public swimming areas and downtown North Conway. Tons of restaurants, activities, gas stations, etc. are within close driving distance. The clubhouse amenity is also a huge plus with the large in ground pool, hot tub, arcade, and dry sauna. Thank you SO MUCH for such a wonderful stay! We hope to return in the future!

End of Summer Family Trip

Traveled with husband, 3 year old, 1 year old, and their papa! Condo was spacious, clean, and stocked with plenty of linens! Location was perfect for Storyland, Cranmore Adventure park, and other local attractions. Susan was SO quick to respond to the few messages we sent. We will be back for sure.

Great stay in NH

True to the listing, and then some! The condo is very, very clean with everything you need. Super clean linens and towels. Everything you need in the kitchen including dish detergent, napkins, paper towel, coffee filters, spices, etc. Plenty of cups, glasses, plates, etc. Seasons is a nice place, where we have stayed before. However, this was the first time we stayed in a top floor unit. It has a nice floorplan with the kitchen, dining, living room connected. The decor and furnishings are well appointed and have a warm NH vibe. The owners provided clear communication and were helpful in the planning process. This condo offers everything you need for a relaxing vacation.

great property and location

The apartment is lovely and clean, location was perfect for our needs. Kitchen was fully stocked and linens were ample, appliances in working order. Owner is easy to reach and pleasure to deal with. Would stay again. On a side note I would recommend to call ahead of arrival to make sure that resort clubhouse will be open for keys pickup. Their schedule is funky "due to covid"

Family Trip

Spent the weekend to take my toddler to StoryLand, what a great stay! Was very impressed by this place as soon as I walked in. Very clean, cozy and comfortable. We loved it and are looking forward to having the opportunity to stay again! Thank you!

Great location for enjoying outdoor activities in the Whites

This is the second time we have stayed in this unit. The unit is clean and in a great location. The owner is easy to communicate with. The kitchen has all the supplies needed if you choose to do any cooking. We have stayed in many different units at Seasons and this is our favorite unit.

Amazing Property

This was such a great property for us and our two children. Our seven year old son loved the loft and our three year old had her own bedroom right next to us. There were great restaurants right down the street and we loved the cider place! I would highly recommend this spot for a vacation. I know we'll be back!

We had a great stay here. Space was perfect for our family, kitchen well stocked. We spent our time at Storyland, but it seems like there was a lot of great amenities-playground, pool etc- on property.

We enjoy all that the White Mountains has to offer, but unfortunately don't get to enjoy our condo as often as we would like. We have had wonderful experiences renting to friends as well as through VRBO. We have been lucky to have repeat visitors who take excellent care of our home away from home.
