This cozy first-floor condo at Attitash Resort offers a prime location with stunning slope views and easy walking access to all resort amenities. It features a queen-size bed and a queen-size sleeper sofa, comfortably accommodating a family of four (ideal for two adults and two children). The unit is clean, inviting, and perfect for a mountain getaway filled with skiing, hiking, swimming, or shopping.

Although I am not on-site, I can be reached by call or text for assistance. Please note that hospitality building will close at 11 PM & re-open at 7 AM Mondays through Thursdays. If you or any guests arrive after that time, there is a phone outside the building that can be used to contact the operator for check-in.

The condo is part of Attitash Mountain Village, located directly across from Attitash Mountain, providing convenient slope access for skiers and beautiful mountain views. Please note that all buildings and units in the village are strictly non-smoking, including balconies and patios, as per management policy. Although I am not on site, for any questions and/or concerns please do not hesitate to text or call (text preferred). For any immediate assistance SERVICE DESK is available by calling
(Six-zero-three) three-seven-four Six-five-zero-zero and dialing “0” from your phone.
Please note that hospitality building will close at 11 PM & re-open at 7 AM Mondays through Thursdays. If you or any guests arrive after that time, there is a phone outside the building that can be used to contact the operator for check-in.

The condo was great! Cute, clean, well stocked rental with great views of the mountain. Check-in was nice and easy at the front desk. Extremely friendly staff! We even got into the unit a little early. Also loved the restaurant in the main building. Delicious wood fired pizza!! We'll definitely return!

Our Condo was perfect for my wife and I. Relaxing , with easy access to everything we wanted. ( Restaurants, Attractions , Indoor pool and Hot tub. ) Would recommend this unit to a Couple , or a couple with 2 children .

Winter Retreat

Planned a weekday getaway with skiing as the activity. Property was within walking distance to the slope which was very nice. Lots to do in the area.

lovely condo. cozy, efficient. Lovely location. Tons of activities on site, as well as area.

This unit is cozy and clean and the proximity to the restaurant was perfect for us. Unfortunately, the restaurant had changed to fall hours, so was closed during our stay.

Second stay did not disappoint

This is our second time staying in this studio. Clean, comfortable and stocked with everything you could possibly want. Nice location so it's an easy walk to the Main Hospitality building and to Mattie B's. We stay in the area about twice a year. Hope to be able to stay again many times in the future.

Great location

Everything was as advertised. Only issue was where to store our skis. There was a locker that matched the condo number, but the latch/lock was broken so we didn't use it. Otherwise a great location to stay and ski.

Beautiful vacation condo. Very quiet. It felt like a home away from home. Host was very helpful. Returned all messages and phone call. I would highly recommend if you get a chance to book. Close to towns and the ski area was across the street.

Nice resort and unit

The unit was clean and nicely decorated. The stove wasn’t working for us but it was warm enough in the unit so not a big deal. The owner did show concern and was going to discuss with management. Overall nice quick trip and stay.

Great Stay

The unit is modern and functional for preparing meals and comfortably accommodating a small family. The washer/dryer machine was a plus! It is conveniently located yet private and plenty of activities to do on site. My kids loved the trail walk to the Saco and the indoor pool. The only negative was that there was hair in the tub when we arrived and the tub drains really slowly when showering. I also couldn't be sure the linens had been changed but I always bring my own sheets. Overall a good value for the price and the owner was warm and friendly and quick to communicate with us.

Please know that the resort does a fabulous job as far as servicing rooms and it is unfortunate that the restroom was not as clean as it should have been. The sheets however are always being changed after each guest, if you happened to have any concern about it next time please do not hesitate to contact the front desk. They are available 24/7 and someone would be more than happy to assist you with a new set of limits or anything else needed. Ideal studio for a mountain area visit.

This unit has everything you need if you are visiting the Bartlett area. I was comfortable during my stay. There is attentive staff that will see to your needs. The facility is great for children too and the room is stocked with dvd’s and games. There are BBQ facilities as well as a pool and sports facilities restaurants and skiing. Nearby storytown make this place an ideal stop for young children. Shopping and dining in Conway are only minutes away. I was there to explore the region looking for real estate in western Maine and nh. This was central to my search area. Owner responded promptly to any questions I had. Overall while this facility is not super luxurious or high end it worked out well and I wouldn’t hesitate visiting again.

Great time and Place

Condo was everything as advertised. Kancamangus Hwy. had many beautiful overlooks, and spent Thursday in the Rocky Gorge stream reading and wading. Had a nice nature visit at the Flume Gorge, checked out what Attitash had to offer, and had a great dinner at Tuckerman’s Restaurant. Started off Thursday with a wonderful breakfast at the Sunrise Shack, went to the Rocky Gorge for a few hours, and finished the day at May Kelley’s with a great peach salad and Fish and chips. On Friday, we went to Peaches for breakfast, and the Eggs Benedict was delicious. Then, after hitting a few stores around Peaches, we took a 2 hour ride on the Conway Sceneic Railway along the Sawyer River. The drive home through the Crawford Notch to Craftsbury, VT was beautiful. Planning more NH trips with our kids and grandkids. Our Condo was clean, cozy, and cared for. Definitely will be back.

New England trip

Our stay was pleasant. We were in and out a lot, and not in the property much other than to sleep. My only complaint is that the dishes available were very sparse. A couple of wine glasses would have been nice. Also a couple of small glasses would have been nice.. Table we drove in in the rain. So the grass path to the store was wet. Our feet got wet every time we made the trip from the door to the car. Steppingstones would be a big improvement.

Great Stay

Property was close to a lot of options. Food, activities, etc. The trail behind the property was a plus as well. Property was clean and very well kept. Although we did not cook there seemed to be everything needed. The clothes washer was a big help. Bed was very comfortable.

Excellent stay
