Fabulous renovation just completed! Brand new furnishings and stunning views of the Gulf of Mexico and Tops'l Resort. Our 9th floor condo located on the east end of the Summit at Tops'l Resort is the perfect spot for a relaxing beach vacation. Just 200 yards to the sugar white sandy beach and a few steps to the tropical swimming pool.

The coastal chic living area is flooded with natural light, and is stylishly furnished in coastal décor with relaxation in mind. There is also a brand new couch for relaxing. The balcony is accessed through sliding glass doors, and offers impressive views of the resort and beach. Our fully stocked kitchen opens to the delightful dining area and breakfast bar seating.

The master suite is complete with a king bed, a private bath, and access to the balcony. With views towards the beach, the master suite is inviting and relaxing. Our guest bedroom is furnished with two full beds, and is serviced by a hallway full bathroom.

Tops'l Beach and Racquet Resort offers the most beautiful beaches on the Gulf Coast! There are upscale restaurants and a beachside grill located on the property. Our rental includes use of the private swimming pool and hot tub at The Summit, the beachside swimming pool, access to the beach, and complimentary seasonal tram service and WIFI. Beach chairs and umbrellas are available for rent seasonally on the beach.

CANCELLATION: Reservations that are cancelled more than 30 days prior to the arrival date receive a full refund. Reservations cancelled 14-29 days prior to arrival receive a refund of 50% of the amount paid. Reservations cancelled within 14 days of arrival receive no refund unless the guest purchased travel insurance. Guests are required to complete a rental agreement by electronic signature within 3 days of booking.

NOTE: The total reservation cost includes the nightly rate, clean fee, damage waiver, processing fee and tax. By requesting a quote for this property, you agree to be added to our email subscription list.

Amazing

Enjoyed our stay

First time we have done a month stay. Our unit was very clean and updated and very comfortable. The beach is beautiful! Disappointed that the pool wasn’t warm. One night we had a 2 1/2 hour fire alarm. Overall we had a very good stay.

Beautiful condo with amazing view

The condo was exactly as pictured. The decor is tastefully done and the views are amazing. My only advice is to bring your own tp as only 1 roll per bathroom was provided.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My husband and I stayed with our three kids and the condo was perfect for our family. Just as wonderful as the pictures described! Everything was clean, beds were comfortable, and I loved having the two bathrooms between the five of us. Easy walk to the beach, the kids also loved having the pool right by us. The location was perfect, because you are just outside of the main Destin traffic, but have an easy drive to all activities. The beach was stunning and never overly crowded. We were extremely happy with this condo and will stay again if given the chance on a future vacation!

Beautiful unit with a view

The unit was beautiful, as described on the website. However, I felt misrepresented by the $83 per-night cost for a 3-night stay. After the final reservation fees, the charge was over $870, which shocked me. In the end, I had buyer's remorse after signing the agreement. Vrbo needs to include the agency’s fees upfront instead of partial information.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great condo. Decorated beautifully with comfortable beds and linens — super important when relaxing is your focus! The condo was incredibly clean- even the baseboards and ceiling fans. Yes, I pay attention to this when renting. Beach is a short walk, tram is provided but we just took the easy walk down the hill and across the boardwalk. Super nice pools. Carts were plentiful for check in and check out. David at Beach Blue was incredibly helpful with all of our needs and questions.

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Dirty kitchen, TV cable worked on/off, lack of oven mitts & certain kitchen essentials (wine glasses), filthy shower curtain & bathroom rugs that made us feel like unexpected guests, && the maids walked in on us in our pajamas while packing our belongings during 9:30am breakfast. Very scary to think they had access to our door code prior to check out!!! The guest room had no tv for my guest and the decor in that room was not good (in keeping with the rest of the unit). I’ve stayed in Tops’l for years & years. Very sad about this stay:(.

As soon as an issue can up they got right on it. However a few things about the unit: it had a stale smoke smell. I did not read in the description that smoking was allowed. If I had I would not have chosen this unit, it is quite a distance to the beach, the decor was very worn (not as pictured), getting a drink at the pool was difficult( you either had to have some kind of plan or a visa) no cash allowed. Instructions for tv with Chanel list would have been great

January 2023 Stay

This is a great condo, decorated beautifully, and stocked with everything you need. The pictures show the condo exactly how it is. The beds are very comfy, the pool and hot tub are right next to the building, and the view from the balcony of the gulf and the forest are perfect! We were close to everything we needed, and everyone we came in contact with was very nice. Great community! We highly recommend this condo!

Beautiful property and unit. Only downside was that they changed our door code at 8am our check out was at 10:00. Luckily our daughter was still in the condo and was able to let us in.

The walk to the beach wasn't terrible but it was a little jaunt. I loved that this unit provided beach chairs, it was super helpful and very useful! The pool was super convenient though! Love that there is a hot tub and grills close by as well! Only complaints were not enough cups for coffee or drinking cups in general. The door code didn't work for us on the last day.

March 2021 Stay

This two bedroom unit was everything we hoped for. It was beautifully furnished and had everything we needed, including washer and dryer, dishwasher, great tv’s with smart features, and of course the gorgeous view from the balcony of the ocean and nature preserve. We will definitely stay here again.

Reviewer Comments: My friend and I rented this beautiful condo for our annual beach trip at Tops’l. The condo was beautifully decorated with an awesome view. I was a little disappointed when booking to not be right on the beach, but was pleasantly surprised when I got there and saw the beautiful view of trees and the coast. When we first arrived we noticed quickly that the cleaning job was barely done. The kitchen counter had not be cleaned, several areas had not been vacuumed or swept, there were tiny black hairs all over the white comforter in the master and some hair in the guest bathtub. It looked as though the previous renter had a black dog. The condo itself was in great shape, so we just let it go and enjoy med our trip. There was some difficulty sleeping in the double beds room as the mattress was uncomfortable. Overall, it was a good place to stay.

Beautiful condo and seamless orocess

This condo was beautiful. It had wonderful upgrades and was decorated beautifully. It was clean. The process with the property manager was seamless. Not a single complaint.
