Fabulous renovation just completed! Brand new furnishings and stunning views of the Gulf of Mexico and Tops'l Resort. Our 9th floor condo located on the east end of the Summit at Tops'l Resort is the perfect spot for a relaxing beach vacation. Just 200 yards to the sugar white sandy beach and a few steps to the tropical swimming pool.

The coastal chic living area is flooded with natural light, and is stylishly furnished in coastal décor with relaxation in mind. There is also a brand new couch for relaxing. The balcony is accessed through sliding glass doors, and offers impressive views of the resort and beach. Our fully stocked kitchen opens to the delightful dining area and breakfast bar seating.

The master suite is complete with a king bed, a private bath, and access to the balcony. With views towards the beach, the master suite is inviting and relaxing. Our guest bedroom is furnished with a king bed as well, and is serviced by a hallway full bathroom.

Tops'l Beach and Racquet Resort offers the most beautiful beaches on the Gulf Coast! There are upscale restaurants and a beachside grill located on the property. Our rental includes use of the private swimming pool and hot tub at The Summit, the beachside swimming pool, access to the beach, and complimentary seasonal tram service and WIFI. Beach chairs and umbrellas are available for rent seasonally on the beach.

CANCELLATION: Reservations that are cancelled more than 30 days prior to the arrival date receive a full refund. Reservations cancelled 14-29 days prior to arrival receive a refund of 50% of the amount paid. Reservations cancelled within 14 days of arrival receive no refund unless the guest purchased travel insurance. Guests are required to complete a rental agreement by electronic signature within 3 days of booking.
