"Sea Kissed", Unit X2 at the Cruzan Princesse Condominium. Two bedroom. two bath Caribbean casual seaside condo with an assigned parking space and galley kitchen. Second floor unit overlooking the ocean with private entrance in a small, gated community. Watch the sunrise and sunset from the balcony along the entire oceanfront side of the building with views of Christiansted and Buck Island-- seating to enjoy your coffee and libations. Quiet atmosphere and an easy beach walk to The Palms restaurant and bar. Washer and dryer in unit. Trade winds & ceiling fans keep this unit cool throughout the year. Impact windows/sliding doors and full condo A/C installed recently..
*Booking the same day as check-in or check-out day for others is not possible. Most flights out are late afternoon and as such we allow guests to stay comfortably at the condo until it's time to show up for their flight out. We've found that this greatly reduces the last day stress of a rigid checkout time. It may seem like an inconvenience when booking but will be greatly appreciated on your fly out day!

The host was very attentive to all my inquiries. The location was superb and the view was unbeatable. Love the vintage vibe and it fits with the condo being one building over from a condo owned by Maureen OHara, whose husband was killed in 1978 flying a seaplane from St Croix to St. Thomas. She kept a propeller from a similar plane on her porch and it is located outside of the condo (Z1)

Cruzan Princess X2 was an absolute dream stay. Right on the beach with incredible relaxing surf and a private beach vibe, exactly what we were hoping for. The pool was fantastic and a perfect bonus after long days of activities! The location couldnā€™t be better: close to Christiansted and surrounded by rich history, great food, and plenty to explore, yet still peaceful and uncrowded.The condo itself was spotless, comfortable, and thoughtfully equipped. Two bedrooms (a king in the primary and two twins in the second that can be converted to a king), two full bathrooms, a fully apportioned kitchen, mini-split air conditioning units, and a dedicated parking space made everything easy and convenient. We also appreciated having washers and dryers, coffee machines, and so many recreational options nearby.And the host was truly awesome, responsive, kind, and made the entire stay seamless.We highly recommend Cruzan Princess X2 and will absolutely stay here again!Iā€™m sad to say the place was so awesome we took no photos inside! That is simply a sign that it was great!

The condo was right on the beach and a very pleasant place to stay. The kitchen had what we needed. The owners were easy to contact, and the on-site manager was very helpful. We would stay here again on a return trip.

My family and I enjoyed our stay at Sea Kissed. It had everything we needed. We appreciated all the extra towels and the washer and dryer came in handy for beach days, which was every day. We also appreciated the keyless entry, no need to worry about losing the key. We all agreed that we would stay here again.

Great location fun fun

Easy checkin.Dave communicated well prior to trip gave us all the important info. Complex is nice with good pool. Right on the beach. Great snorkeling on beach beside the condo. Alot of seaweed on our trip made for tough conditions but must go to Canes Beach to snorkel best I have done and I have been a lot of places. Condo is nice , great for 4. Only recommendation is a larger TV for those rainy days. And there will be rainy days in St. Croix. Great trip would recommend to anyone visiting St. Croix. Good location

Always a great time in St Croix!

We had a great time on the island. The condo was clean and stocked with everything we needed to get the most out of our time there. It was close to the grocery store and not too bad of a drive to the two cities. My only very small gripe is the skylight in the main bedroom. I donā€™t believe itā€™s included in the listing so we werenā€™t aware of it prior to checking in but itā€™s extremely high up and has no curtains so you kind of have to get up with the sun every day (around 6 am) unless you can sleep in a fully lit room. I personally like to sleep in but I guess it just meant more time in the day to explore the island. Overall, it was great even if we were a little sleepy!

What a wonderful stay.David was a great host! Condo is awesome. Very roomy perfect for the family. Very clean plenty of towels. Kitchen was well stocked snorkeling gear big plus. The beach at the complex was perfect for our five-year-old. Loved exploring it. The views and the weather were absolutely awesome. No complaints whatsoever. Already looking at dates to book again in the coming months.. most definitely will be returning.If you are looking to kick back and relax.And you love the sound of the ocean 24/7 This is the place to be!

Ideal Location, condo ready for travelers

Dave communicated ahead of time perfectly. We knew what to expect and everything was exactly as he said. The added bonus when we arrived was the condo had everything a traveler to the islands may need - beach towels, mini coolers, reusable grocery bags for shopping, even a beach blanket (and some sunscreen to tide you over til you could buy your own!) It all felt very thoughtful and immediately comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay and would pick this very convenient location again.

This property is in the perfect location especially if you are a St. Croix first timer! Literally mins from ā€œTownā€ Christiansted, grocery stores, restaurants, not to mention seconds from the beach. Hearing the waves from the sea as you sleep and wake up is the most pleasurable feeling. Dave reached out to us upon our arrival to make sure that everything went smoothly and is very easy to contact if needed. Super clean, roomy, more than what we expected from the photos. Would STRONGLY advise to book.

Awesome view as advertised and a lot of info and amenities included. It was great to have beach towels, snorkeling equipment, bag chairs, etc available and included. Definitely recommend staying here.

At home in paradise

Nice condo, kitschy decor but I like that. On second floor so not step directly on the beach. Lovely views. Ac worked well but very hot in the second bedroom. Appliances worked great. Felt safe, coded entry to the property. Owner very helpful & responsive.

Perfect for anyone

We have spent several weeks on St. Croix over the past few years, have stayed at a few different condos, and Sea-Kissed at Cruzan Princesse is by far our favorite! We spent a month at this condo with our 2 kids, 6 and 10, and it was perfect. It would be perfect for anyone who loves to explore the island. This condo is centrally located on the north shore, very close to Christiansted and not far from Fredericksted! We love staying here because we drive all over the island and this is the best place to be based. You have a great swimming beach just down the beach from the condo- it may as well be right in front of your condo for how close it is. Drinking coffee every morning while gazing at Buck Island is amazing. The pool here is beautiful and so well-kept. The condo was so clean and so well-stocked. I couldnā€™t believe how well-stocked they kept it for us with soap, supplies etc. And it was so much bigger than it looks in the photos! The pictures donā€™t really do it justice. The kids had their own shower. Washer and dryer in unit! And did I mention the A/C?!? We were comfortable every day! On the rainy/windy days, we left the doors open and A/C off, and had a wonderful breeze blowing through the condo. The owner was so incredibly kind and responsive. We had no issues but any time I had a quick question, he responded immediately and helped out. This condo would be perfect for anyone. It was perfect for us and we will definitely be staying here again when we come back!

My Granddaughter and i stayed at the Condo for 8 days. The Condo was fully stocked and clean. We truly enjoyed being right on the beach. We would love to go back there soon. David answered every question I had in a very timely manner. Thank you .

This was our first trip to St Croix. We are so glad we chose to stay at Sea Kissed, Cruzan Princess. Dave is a fantastic host, very responsive to any questions we had, and was super helpful when we were on the way from the airport and thought we were lost. Lol turned out we were only two minutes away from the condo. Dave stayed on the phone with us while we turned around and navigated us back to where we were supposed to be. If you are going to St Croix, do yourself a favor and book with Dave, and stay at a sea Kissed! Beach front, amazing view, great host, close to everything. You wonā€™t regret it! We will be back!

Amazing Moonlight Views

This is a beautiful condo right on the beach. From the balcony you can't see any other units just the ocean and beach. We felt like we were the only ones there. Amazing moonlight views. I loved the handmade bamboo furniture and overall decorating was beautiful. The A/C worked great, cool and quite (no noisy widow units). There were many extras like folding beach chairs, ice chests, beach towels, fully equipped kitchen, flashlights/Lanters, board games, WiFi, Roku TV, DVDs, even a telescope. The pool was very nice and clean. I enjoyed lounging by the pool under the big palm trees. The beach was very clean and secluded and seaweed was not much of an issue like other places I've stayed. If you're brave, there is a small "calmer" area to snorkel between condo and beach bar (worth a look). If it sounds like I had a good time and I enjoyed the place....I did. Owner was very responsive to txts and emails, addressing every request quickly. All in all, no complaints.

Great Location and Comfortable Condo

We really enjoyed our stay in this condo. The location was great, right on the beach. Plus only 10 minute drive to Christenstead. The owner was very helpful and responded to questions in a matter of minutes.

Great condo and location

Great spot to reach anywhere on the island. Dave was a great communicator and did not disapoint with his description of the property and location. Will definetely keep in our future plans.

Awesome Beachfront Experience

The wife and I stayed here with our daughter and granddaughter for a week and were impressed with the location and how well stocked the condo was. We would definitely stay here again. This was our 3rd trip to St. Croix in the last 18 months and loved our stay here. The location is convenient to everything.

Right on the ocean, wake up to the sound of the waves!

Very quiet and extremely well provisioned condo that is minutes from just about anything that you would want to do on St. Croix. Very accessible beaches everywhere and a very nice pool to boot! We were very comfortable during our stay and found ourselves very sad to leave. Communication with the owner was quick, effective and accommodating; you could not ask for anything better!
