A Charming 800 sqft brand new two bedroom apartment

Located just 10 minutes from multiple towns. Athens, Leeds, Catskill, Freehold and Coxsackie.

Warm and inviting. You will feel like your right at home. Fouton in livingroom will give you space to sleep two more!

Guest are welcome to use the full apartment as well as the front yard and patio furniture.

Just a 20 minute drive from Hudson. Where Amtrak has service to Penn Station.

The town of Athens is a 5 minute drive and offers The Little Spirit it runs on Friday and Saturday evenings from 5 to 10PM. It leaves Hudson on the hour, and Athens on the half-hour. It’s $10 roundtrip, and seems like the start of a great date night or early evening activity with the kids. The ferry runs through October.

Family vacation

This was our first trip in Catskills, we had a great time and the apartment was very nice, clean and comfortable, the host was very nice and responsive. We definitely recommend it, nice peacefully area and quiet. Can't wait to visit again. Thank you.

Amazing to say the least...

From the moment we pulled in to the moment we left, everything was beyond perfect. This place is literally home away from home. This was my first time using Vrbo and I must say, this was incredibly easy and far better than any hotel room you'll ever get.....as I said, this place felt like home. The owners are incredibly adamant on making sure you're stay is perfect in every way and respond within seconds of any question you may have. I can't recommend this place enough...it made our vacation SO much better to be in such a nice, home like place like this. Thank you guys so much for everything!!

My second stay with Breanna

This is my second time staying at Breanna's property. The place has all the comforts of home. Lots of room for everyone to spread out. Clean, stocked with everything you need and any communication you need to have is answered very quickly. Would highly recommend a stay there anytime. Looking forward to staying again next year.

Great location in the Catskills

We stayed 3 nights here and enjoyed ourselves. The accommodations were comfortable and spacious. The place was rustic and wooded, which led to one of the minor issues we had while we were there. We had to contend with a couple of spiders in the bedrooms, which normally wouldn't be an issue. However, with a 3 year old, it present a small challenge. Overall, though, the area and convenience to several small towns was a huge plus. The owner did a great job communicating about the surrounding area and telling us about some of the small gems (The Little Bake Shop!!!) to try out. They were very hospitable and we enjoyed trying several of the suggestions they left. The furniture was comfortable, if a little worn.

Perfect Place

Meticulous apartment with everything you would need to feel right at home. Owners were polite, respectful and eager to help with anything we needed, but, we didn't need a thing. We will be relocating to the area and enjoyed our stay to try out local restaurants and get to know the area. Highly recommend booking with Bre and Ross. JeanAnn and Sal

Family vacation

Wonderful experience!!! Breanna was so good to work with. The apartment was perfect for our family. Everything was exactly as described and pictured. Furnished and supplies were abundant. This owner is well prepared. We will choose to stay here again in June 2020. Although in the country-that’s another perk in our book!!! Only wish there was a washer/dryer access. Especially for staying several days.

Great little getaway

Beautiful ground flour apartment exactly as pictured. Fully stocked and very comfortable. A little isolated, but that it the nature of the area-you simply have to drive everywhere. Great book of ideas for things to do. Only problems (very minor) is that hot water pressure is low and there was some noise of the family overhead.)

A great home away from home.

From the beginning of the booking process to the end of our stay Breanna was the most gracious host. She answered every question I had in a very timely manner. The property was very clean and had all the comforts of home and then some. It was close to everything I wanted to do while I was there. I would surely recommend to anyone, and I will definitely be back in the future.
